I'm not sure if I just caught them on an off day, but the whole experience was a little chaotic. First, as I was standing for the barista to take my order, she tried to give me someone else's drink. It took her a while to make my drink because she had to whisk up the matcha (honestly amazing effort as I was not expecting ceremonial-level prep). As I was walking away drinking my matcha latte, I realized that my drink was made with oat milk and not almond milk as I had requested. (I don't have an allergy but my body sometimes has trouble processing the oat and all the sugar.) The drink was still tasty, the ube syrup was very sweet and different from what you could get at other coffee shops. The matcha flavor was a little lost as a result, but it was still delicious. There is a display case of different flavors of tiramisu slices. Each slice is handmade daily with care, using premium ingredients and layered with creativity. We got a slice of the biscoff and matcha. Both were very good and had good flavor. I don't think I've had these types of flavored tiramisu before and I am so glad I had the opportunity to try it.
