While on a quest to find coffee shops near home where I can co-work some times, I stumbled into Cafe Comma early last Friday morning. The staff was friendly and had awesome recommendations of coffees to try. I went with an Iced Cookies 'n Cream Top and a Honey Almond toast. Everything was amazing from the presentation to the taste. Walking into to a very modern atmosphere with a plant-like vibe, the ladies behind the counter were so friendly and nice! I tried the avocado toast and it was the best avocado toast I've had in my life. It's on a thick slice of bread, red pepper flakes and salt scattered on the avocado, with a drizzle of olive oil. The side arugula salad mixed with a sweet sauce (maybe Sriracha, not sure) tasted amazing with the toast. The churro iced latte was also delicious. Nice and sweet! Tasted exactly like churros. Only thing that I wish was different was the seating. I wish there were more seating and tables. read more

Visited today and ordered the churro latte and honey almond toast. The latte was heaven. I really liked the almond toast, but it seems like it needed a little more drizzle of honey. It tasted like there was too much bread to topping ratio. The store is cute and trendy. There really is no seating except for these hard tables. There are a few seats outside and I chose to sit there. The service was ok. They said they would bring it out to me, but instead called me to come and get it. Not really a big deal... just something of note. I will go again and try something else. read more

I got the iced caramel cream and the iced matcha and they were both so creamy and delicious. The matcha tasted like higher quality matcha and the inside of the store is trendy and full of plants. The service was great and we didn't have to wait very long for the drinks. read more

I have been coming here for 5 years now. I have tried most of the popular craft coffees and they never miss! My go to order is the cold brew with pistachio sweet cream and a pump of vanilla - it is literally like a treat in your mouth! If you like decadent almondy pistachio flavor this is a must try! My one recommendation is that they get better seating with more tables - it is hard to do work all day here. read more

Super high quality coffee near downtown Vinings. This place has excellent drinks with tons of creative twists. It's a bit on the expensive end but I don't mind it when they are clearly putting a lot of work into their drinks as opposed to just selling drip coffee and lattes. Another thing to note is there's very little room to sit so it's not a great place to go if you're looking to sit and work or have a meeting. read more

This might be my favorite coffee shop ever. No joke. I came in last weekend with my fiancé. There are some super last sounding speciality drinks on the menu. But we opted for the cream topped drinks since we love Starbucks cold foam. But this is 10x better than Starbucks without a doubt. I got the sweet cream cold brew and my fiancé got the chocolate cream cold brew. The cream on top is so thick and so delicious! It's like a dessert but also so refreshing! You can tell that the cream is fresh made. I was craving another the second I finished my drink! The toasts all look so delicious as well. And they have a good pastry selection. So I found out about this place via Instagram about 2 weeks ago. It randomly popped up on my feed. Out of curiosity, I drove 20 minutes from north DeKalb to check it out. Great coffee shop in a convenient location. I was visiting a friend living an an apartment complex close by, and it was an easy walk to the cafe. The inside is super cute. It does get busy on the weekend so definitely sit out if the weather permits! We got lattes, which were made pretty well. We also shared an avocado toast and smoked salmon toast. The avocado toast was packed full of so much avocado and had a great flavor to it. The smoke salmon was tasty as well, but could have used a little more salmon. Overall this is a reliable cafe with yummy food and close to a lot of central locations with an easy, walkable area. read more

This is one of my fav coffee shop in the smyrna/vining area. The coffee is good and the atmosphere of this place is very comfy and modern. The only downside is that this cafe is very small and they do close slightly early but still love this place ! BTW : They also offer milk alternatives like oat milk ! This coffee shop is aesthetically appealing, with its warm and modern industrial interior and beautiful drinks. And I'll be frank, I'm not paying just to look at a pretty space. I have been here just for drinks, specifically the latte with pistachio cream and the matcha latte, both iced. Both delicious (with my go-to oat milk) and served in the iconic transparent plastic cup with the eponymous punctuation mark that we use to separate within sentences (the comma, in case I lost you, lol). The service is friendly and fast, which is my favorite variety--be decently nice to me since I'm handing over some money but keep the line going so that we can all get to where we're going. Even if that's nowhere just to be alone. There are plenty of outdoor tables, if that's more your cup of tea. Head over and take a photo of your pretty drink. read more

I was honestly very pleasantly surprised by this place. Nice modern cute cafe in Vinings offering up some great coffee and specialty drinks. They have great signature drinks that you definitely won't find anywhere else. Today we tried charcoal coconut Ice latte and fig& Ricotta toast. I didn't know what to expect by looking at the black Charcoal coconut with Oat milk, OMG surprisingly taste really good. Have great smooth mocha flavor with Oat Milk. Fig & Ricotta toast. Spread toasted bread with softened Ricotta cheese. Top with sliced figs and spread with I think it was figs Jam. I love it. Inside seating is limited, but there is additional outside seating available. Plenty of parking available in the deck. They have good measures in place for social distancing and I had a very pleasant time here. I can not wait to try different coffee and toast my next visit. read more

Saw this place on instagram and as soon as I saw they had Taro sweet cream foam I had to go!! I got the iced matcha latte with taro sweet cream foam and the smoked salmon toast. The matcha latte was really good and I was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful the taro cream was! I have never tried smoked salmon before so this was new for me but it was delicious and I'm glad I branched out! The capers, pickled onions, and dressed arugula made the toast. The shop is pretty small and it was busy when we arrived but we got our food and drinks fast and luckily we were able to find a seat. I've been dying to try this coffee shop ever since I first learned about it through a foodie Tik Tok channel, and I finally got my chance today! I was in the area for work and decided to pop in and grab an afternoon pick-me-up. I got the latte with sweet cream (they have a selection of creams that you can choose from to top a latte, Americano, or cold brew). They also have some signature drinks like the charcoal coconut and caramel. I was absolutely BLOWN away by how tasty this latte was! Everything here is a bit on the pricier side, but I think it's worth it. There's 15min parking right outside, and a visitor garage right next door if you want to stay longer. Cafe Comma's drink concepts are so unique and delicious; this place is definitely a 10/10 from me for aesthetic AND taste. I guess it's a good thing for my wallet that I don't live nearby. read more

Soo I loved loved this place the first time I went the staff working at the time were super kind. I even recommended it to family visiting because we are from out of state, i will also be telling all of them not to visit now. The next two times and this last time specifically made me never wanna visit again lol. The cashier made a snarky comment that I ignored and when I asked for adjustments they said yes but when I asked if they added a syrup they said yea and didn't. I was asking if she could add something and making sure she got it. She said "yea i heard you the first time". She also clicked off the receipt action before i could pick a choice, i wish i got the receipt so i could get my money back. I should've left after she made that remark and im disappointed i gave an establishment my money after being spoke to that way, i am not a confrontational person and should not have to be in a coffee shop of all places... I could see and taste the difference. I have pictures to show the difference so I gave up and left and the easiest choice is to not have it again. They could have communicated to me that they changed things but i was met with quick remarks just for asking questions. I work in customer service in nyc so i understand busy days, i dont argue or raise my voice, i just wanted clarification and they were so unhelpful and rude. Aesthetic and unique drinks! Been seeing this new coffee shop all over Instagram and was finally in the Vinings area to check out! The shop is pretty small, although there are some patio seating available too. I love the minimalist and grey tone vibes of this cafe. Parking in front of the cafe is limited so I got lucky with finding a spot. But apparently there's a parking deck next to the shopping plaza. They have a variety of unique coffee drinks~ -- Pistachio Cream Top: my favorite. It's an iced americano with pistachio cream foam. It's perfect for someone who loves a mildly sweet but nutty flavor. The drink is also very smooth. -- Comme Creme: next favorite, stronger in coffee but still very delicious. -- Apple Black Tea: not so good... it really tasted like watered down tea... I couldn't even taste tea actually and the apple was very subtle. I don't think I'd order this again but I'd be interested in trying other tea drinks they have. Terrible customer service. Ordered a matcha latte, and when I ordered, they didn't ask if I wanted it sweetened. I did not indicate that I wanted it sweetened, but when I received it, it was pure sugar. Straight up tasted like an artificially flavored matcha milkshake. Definitely not a matcha latte. When I went to the counter and asked if it was sweetened, the barista had an attitude and let me know it was presweetened. She acted as if I should've known even though there's no indication on the menu or anywhere that it's presweetened. She didn't offer to make me a new drink, showed no sympathy, and charged me another $7 for an iced oat milk latte. The coffee is just East Pole coffee, so no complaints there. I was going to hype this place up on social media even though I wasn't happy with the drink, but the barista's attitude was something else lmao read more
