    The Day Breaker
    Christina T.

Nice cafe with ample seating. I went here for brunch with friends, and we were able to score a table without much trouble. The Day Breaker sandwich was yummy, although a bit salty. The portion is pretty big, I couldn't eat the fries on the side. This cafe is on the pricier side, which takes off a couple points for me. It's just a regular sandwich haha. The servers are nice enough; they took my order without any major issues. There was a little bit of a wait, but not bad at all. This cafe does serve raw milk though, which I guess says something about the customer market they're trying to reach.

One of the best aesthetics in Inland Empire for a coffee spot. Service was efficient. I arrived with friends around 12:30pm and the line was already out the door. Drink order was quick, but took longer for the food. They were doing their best w/ the large amount of people. Indoor seating was full and only outdoor was available at the time. Recommend coming here early for an indoor seat. The Guava Coconut Matcha was okay. Don't think I'd order it again. I'd buy the Yuzu soda and order the Market Frittata again though. Soda was refreshing and the Frittata had really good flavor. Also, they don't serve oatmilk here, only pistachio, almond, and coconut milk. Market Frittata: 4.5/5 Yuzu Soda: 4/5 Guava Coconut Matcha w/ Coconut Milk: 3/5

Unfortunately, I gave Cafe Cultivate two chances and left disappointed both times. The first time, I visited with my daughter. Since it was our first visit, we had a few questions about the menu, and the staff came across as very unfriendly and almost bothered by us asking questions. The drinks themselves were tasty, but the customer service really took away from the experience. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that everyone can have an off day, and I decided not to judge the business based on one visit. I went back a second time with my 6-year-old, hoping for a better experience. We arrived about an hour before closing and were told they were completely done serving food because they had sold out and had stopped making anything else. The only food available was one pastry left in the case, and unfortunately there was a fly flying around inside the case, so that was an immediate no for us. What confused me most is that I remember the owner emphasizing on Instagram that Cafe Cultivate isn't simply a coffee shop, but a restaurant. If that's the case, I think it's reasonable for customers to expect food service during the restaurant's posted business hours, especially a full hour before closing. I really wanted to like this place, which is why I went back a second time. The drinks were good and the concept is cute, but between the customer service on our first visit and being unable to order any food on our second, it just wasn't a good experience for us.

This place was busy. Line was out the door we were greeted so nicely. We waited about 20 min to order. The ambiance is so nice we came to get some studying and homework done . Staff was super friendly and attentive . The bathrooms were clean. The seating area was comfy, the music was a vibe . The food was fresh and amazing . Will def be back here . Thankyou !!

I've only been here a couple of times, but each time has always been great! A kind customer talked to me about how Cafe Cultivate uses natural, clean and fresh ingredients, making sure to prioritize customer care and satisfaction. The Roman sandwich is AMAZING and their blueberry matcha is wonderful as well. My friend got the "birthday cake iced coffee" and a kale salad. She said it was also really yummy. It's usually pretty busy here, so probably not a great place to study but an awesome place to go and catch up with friends. There is an hour of free wifi and plenty of seating. I'll definitely be coming back to try different items.

A peaceful and beautifully decorated cafe near downtown Redlands. We came after a morning walk and the line was just building up. They had a full food menu and fun and enticing seasonal flavors that made me want to come back for more, such as fig vanilla and blueberry! Service was excellent and the coffee was great. I got the pistachio latte and my friend got the blueberry. While I loved the pistachio-forward flavors, it was honestly too sweet for me. I had to ask if they can help me with the sweetness and they modified my drink no problem! I loved that they put the customer first and reflected good quality customer service.

Always packed & hard to find seatings inside. Can get loud if ur working or studying and does not have a lot of outlets. But food and drinks were delicious! The matcha definitely tasted authentic and ceremonial grade. The food were made to order so they were hot and fresh.

Mean girl energy all the way around. They look at you like you're stupid.

Mean girl energy. They look at you Luna's you're stupid. Made with hatred more than anything.. $36.50 for 3 24 oz cups of coffee with raw milk and one extra shot of espresso and caramel drizzle. Not to mention the way they were looking at us and they asked the customer in front of us if they have been here before but not us. I don't know if it's because we weren't dressed up or what. But it felt very unwelcoming.

10/10! The staff & service was AMAZING. They truly care and put their love into it all. And the food, was not only good, but didn't just take like everything else you've had before. You can tell it was made with love, thought out & has ingredients added that made it best food we've ever tasted! Great portions too. The cafe is so cute & was so perfect to hang out and eat in and talk to others. We tried three drinks during our visit and took three others to go, all six were SO GOOD, and unlike any other cafes around! Not only do you know you're getting good ingredients, but everything tastes amazing too! Can't say enough good things about this place. It's a must try and a go back to constantly!! The seasonal fall drinks right now, best around. Love the banana and the maple cold foam! Yum!!

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and the best Lox bagel I've ever had.

Overall the food was super tasty!! Really enjoyed the garlic aioli spread on the day breaker. The midsummer toast is super sweet but the butter was really good. Small cons are having to stand in line for a while just to order, having to find seating, and bussing your own tables. I think a waitress style would be better suited.

Gluten free mango cake, Morning Bun (but ask for it warm) double earl grey latte, blueberry matcha.

Cafe Cultivate has quickly become my new favorite local spot. My two cents is kind of long but it's worth noting so hang with me... The place- From the moment you walk in, it feels like you've escaped somewhere coastal. It's bright, airy, and inviting with what I I think is a perfect balance of Mediterranean meets California coastal vibes. The patio is also beautiful, the decor is thoughtfully curated, and every little corner makes you want to sit, stay awhile, and enjoy the moment. But it's not just pretty... The Food-- The coffee here is excellent. They use fresh beans from a local roaster, make their syrups in house, and you can taste the care that goes into every drink. The food is just as impressive. A European inspired cafe fare with fresh, quality ingredients that are as beautiful as they are delicious. The pastry case is always filled with beautiful pastries from Twelve Eleven bakery. Made fresh daily with seasonal ingredients and it's honestly hard to walk past without wanting to try one of everything. My current go to is the Trinity Latte (cardamom, maple& pistachio) paired with a Morning Bun. The people-- What really ties it all together though, is the people. The owner is incredibly passionate and talented. You can tell that she has poured her heart into creating something special for the community. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Some are younger and new, still learning as you'd expect from a brand new business but their effort is evident and that's something worth encouraging. A Friendly PSA about Yelp-- Yelp is a helpful tool but it's still made up of individual opinion. I've read some of the negative reviews, and honestly, they make me a little sad. It's okay to have constructive criticism. It's not okay to act like Gordon Ramsay because your latte took a few extra minutes during a rush. Every NEW business has growing pains but not every review tells a whole story. Imagine being a new business owner and pouring your savings, countless hours, stress, and heart into creating something for your community, only to have strangers tear it apart after ONE busy visit. The conclusion-- We're always saying we want more locally owned businesses instead of chains. Well, this is exactly the kind of place we should be rooting for. I'm grateful to have this charming little place to spend my days off with a nice cup of coffee, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Cafe Cultivate is a wonderful addition to the area, and I truly hope our community gives them the grace and support every new small business deserves. If your first visit happens during a rush, maybe extend a little patience instead of reaching for Yelp. A single busy morning doesn't define a business. Places like this become neighborhood gems when people choose to support and encourage them while they grow. I'll definitely be back, often.

We bought 2 coffees (a 12 oz drip coffee with half and half and a 16 oz iced latte). We also got 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches. Our total was $39!!!!! Even my tiny drip coffee cost significantly more than a Starbucks equivalent! The Quality I truly hate to say it because I want local businesses to be successful, but everything was low quality. My drip coffee was lukewarm when I got it, my wife said she prefers iced coffee from del taco compared to the one she had here. But the really disappointing thing was the sandwiches. First, they came out heaped with lettuce (on a breakfast sandwich???) I've never seen that before, and we didn't ask for it. After we picked the lettuce off of the sandwiches they were very small (especially for the price!!) I managed to eat about 2 bites of mine before I couldn't stomach it anymore. It was just bad. The sausage patty tasted freezer burned and was extremely dry and the egg white was undercooked. I love an over easy egg, but this was not that. This egg was not cooked enough to be served. My wife made it about 1 bite further than I did, then she had to call it quits. All in all, we paid $40 to throw away our sandwiches and drink aggressively mediocre coffee. What really sucks is that I want to support local businesses! I would love to keep going to a small local shop. But when they rob us blind and serve food like that, I can't justify it.
