Cafe Cultivate has quickly become my new favorite local spot. My two cents is kind of long but it's worth noting so hang with me... The place- From the moment you walk in, it feels like you've escaped somewhere coastal. It's bright, airy, and inviting with what I I think is a perfect balance of Mediterranean meets California coastal vibes. The patio is also beautiful, the decor is thoughtfully curated, and every little corner makes you want to sit, stay awhile, and enjoy the moment. But it's not just pretty... The Food-- The coffee here is excellent. They use fresh beans from a local roaster, make their syrups in house, and you can taste the care that goes into every drink. The food is just as impressive. A European inspired cafe fare with fresh, quality ingredients that are as beautiful as they are delicious. The pastry case is always filled with beautiful pastries from Twelve Eleven bakery. Made fresh daily with seasonal ingredients and it's honestly hard to walk past without wanting to try one of everything. My current go to is the Trinity Latte (cardamom, maple& pistachio) paired with a Morning Bun. The people-- What really ties it all together though, is the people. The owner is incredibly passionate and talented. You can tell that she has poured her heart into creating something special for the community. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Some are younger and new, still learning as you'd expect from a brand new business but their effort is evident and that's something worth encouraging. A Friendly PSA about Yelp-- Yelp is a helpful tool but it's still made up of individual opinion. I've read some of the negative reviews, and honestly, they make me a little sad. It's okay to have constructive criticism. It's not okay to act like Gordon Ramsay because your latte took a few extra minutes during a rush. Every NEW business has growing pains but not every review tells a whole story. Imagine being a new business owner and pouring your savings, countless hours, stress, and heart into creating something for your community, only to have strangers tear it apart after ONE busy visit. The conclusion-- We're always saying we want more locally owned businesses instead of chains. Well, this is exactly the kind of place we should be rooting for. I'm grateful to have this charming little place to spend my days off with a nice cup of coffee, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Cafe Cultivate is a wonderful addition to the area, and I truly hope our community gives them the grace and support every new small business deserves. If your first visit happens during a rush, maybe extend a little patience instead of reaching for Yelp. A single busy morning doesn't define a business. Places like this become neighborhood gems when people choose to support and encourage them while they grow. I'll definitely be back, often.

Overall the food was super tasty!! Really enjoyed the garlic aioli spread on the day breaker. The midsummer toast is super sweet but the butter was really good. Small cons are having to stand in line for a while just to order, having to find seating, and bussing your own tables. I think a waitress style would be better suited.

Ambiance 5 stars Service 4.5 stars Food 5 stars Price 4 stars Coffee/Drinks 4 stars I went to their soft opening (2nd day) and again today. Their espresso machine was down so we had to wait about 20 minutes to order drinks with espresso. Their food was absolutely delicious and would like to try the other items, but some of them are a little on the pricier side. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because their drinks are inconsistent. The hot drinks that we received were lukewarm. The iced coffee that I got was not sweet enough and it was the same coffee/drink that I previously ordered. I love supporting small (local) businesses so we are gonna go back to try more items. Hopefully they can improve on the quality and consistency of their drinks.

It's always funny to read negative reviews on a business who is soft opening to figure out the kinks of owning a business. That is the entire purpose of a soft launch--to give grace to the organization and give them insight on how to be better--not to blast them for trying. But, we are in 2026, and I digress.. Heard the spot was finally "soft" opening so brought my kids. The place was PACKED. Immediately I was happy for them. The line moved pretty quickly. Staff was very friendly, and very accommodating. We ordered the focaccia sandwich, Romano sandwich, avo toast, passion fruit lemonade, blueberry lemonade, Spanish latte with raw milk, and 3 pastries. We were hungry. Place is very aesthetic, has lots of greenery and light penetrating in--it feels, like positive energy in there. It's very clean. Attention to detail in the salt/pepper shakers, straw dispensers--everything, you can tell someone poured love into this place. Maybe 5 people working behind the coffee bar, drinks came out quickly, even with a line in front of us. Spanish latte was very good, I was impressed with the quality of coffee and milk steam. Kids loved the lemonades--tasted like real ingredients, not boxed flavor. The owner is in the back literally making food and delivering to tables, and was very pleasant. Even brought over some aioli for us to try on the side potatoes. Sandwiches were very good. The bread crispy, nice balance of salty/sweet/savory. The pesto was a hit. Avo toast was very good too (our cashier recommended an egg on top, and it was a good call). The toast was a little too crispy for my liking, but nonetheless flavor profile was great. They know how to work with flavors and balance here. While sitting there, my daughter asked if they forgot about our pastries, and what happens if they end up selling them? And I said it may happen, if it does, we will figure it out. She was right. Out of the 3 pastries, they sold out of one we ordered. Without us saying anything, one of the staff members came and asked us if we would like another option or a refund. She was very polite and understanding and helpful. They're brand new, just days open, and deserve grace. Kids inhaled the food before we could photograph it, but here are the tricks we loved it all. We will be back and often. Thank you for being in Redlands.

Love this new spot! My fiancée and I have already been back multiple times to try different things on the menu! So far we have enjoyed it all! My fav so far is the chicken Caesar salad, the chicken is cooked so perfect and it's both hearty and refreshing. Perfect for these warm summer days. It's very busy, so give yourself a moment to order, and enjoy your food! The inside space and patio are super cute and the staff is kind. Looking forward to trying more of their delicious menu soon!

I LOVE this place! l I would highly recommend checking out Cafe Cultivate. The food is amazing, the staff is friendly and the environment is comfy and gorgeous. I am obsessed with their brunch options and the lemonades are so refreshing. The quality and detail of each item I have tried is incredible and their price point is also very reasonable. If you are looking for a cute cafe with delicious food, this is the place!

I saw this cafe on Instagram and wanted to come see and experience it personally and I'm happy I did. The interior and exterior are both well decorated. This cafe has a friendly vibe and I love all the details the owner put into decorating the place. They have a variety of drinks and food items you can choose from and service is pretty fast. I would come back to try other drinks and food.

The most beautiful cafe in town! Everything from the decor to the food, drinks, and pastries is so aesthetically pleasing. Love especially the commitment to locally inspired menu items that are free from anything artificial and seed oil free! Been here many times since opening and have always had a wonderful experience. The owner is such a Queen. Love everything about cafe Cultivate!

Every detail in Cafe Cultivate's menu and aesthetic is amazing. I am coming here at least a few times a week to get the best handmade syrups for drink options and the most delicious food. Every detail is well thought out and staff is so sweet. I've tried their Iced Blueberry latte, Spanish latte, iced London fog, blueberry matcha and chai tea latte which are all so amazing. I love the detail of their chia seed pudding that looks like a masterpiece in itself. My 7 year old and 3 year old enjoy coming here and love the cutest little play kitchen for them. Thank you Cafe Cultivate for bringing the community together!

Such a cute and warm spot in a quiet spot of Redlands. The staff was very kind and I have already came twice and tried the Spanish latte and Blueberry latte, both of which were good. They have wifi as well for any students and remote workers and plenty of seating both inside and outside.

The ambiance and service here is spot on, hands down legit. Right when you walk in you are greeted by a beautifully curated seating area they have counter seating area, ample tables, and a very peaceful, laid back patio seating area. My wife and I ordered a 24 ounce Blueberry Iced Latte with freshly made Blueberry syrup;delish), The Roman, and Strawberry Fields Salad. Each food item was fresh, and felt like a beautiful summer song swirling around your taste buds(so good). If you love ambiance, great food, great coffee, and excellent service stop in. Make sure to order the Roman, my fav sando!!!!

The last few times we've gone, the service has been extremely slow, even when it didn't seem overly packed, which made the whole experience feel dragged out. The food is still decent, but it's nothing out of this world anymore, just pretty basic compared to how I remember it. That said, my favorite dish is still the skillet with turkey, avocado, and bacon. It's a solid option and probably the one thing that keeps me coming back to give it another shot. They've changed the decor slightly over the years, and there's a nice little gift shop section right as you walk in, which adds some charm and gives it a cozy feel. The staff has always been nice and friendly, so no complaints there. I just wish the overall experience matched how good this place used to be, because it definitely had something special before.

I found this place a few weeks ago and was impressed with coffee and the loaded breakfast burrito…read more I came back again today hoping that they could duplicate the quality and quantity of both. They did. Ordered the loaded burrito with sausage and bacon. It was in fact loaded. There was not a single bite that did not have sausage, bacon, crispy potato, cheese, avocado, AND sour cream. Wrapped all nice and pretty like a burrito present. You literally cannot go wrong with this breakfast burrito. The salsas are good. Green has a little kick to it in spice and tanginess. Red is really mild, almost like a pico. Ordered the Morenita with 2 added shots of espresso (yes, I'm a caffeine addict, lol!). It was delicious, the espresso was rich and flavorful. I have a feeling that every time I come here in the future, my order will stay exactly the same. Keep in mind, the food is made fresh to order, so you can wait for a minute especially if there is a few people already enjoying this place. They each have their own flavors and hit differently with each bite. Not enough kick for y'all, but for me it was perfect (lightweight). For coffee, I went with El Chino, which is their version of a Vietnamese Coffee. Without stirring, you're going to get that moment you're looking for. After a good stir, you're sipping on a creamy, but strong coffee. Perfect for those who need a quick boost.
