Melina coffee is the best!!!

I ordered a medium Mango Green Tea. Because it's so hot outside Jasmine provides Friendly, Excellent Service with a Great Smile

I love that I could come here to print. I printed a document and got a Cuban coffee. It was great. The temp was a little cold in there- cold day but could've used some heat but other than that it was great. Quick friendly service. I love the ham and cheese here too! It stands out as a delish breakfast option in DTR.

Poor Coffee serving..

Sooo disappointed.. I have been a longtime customer and swore by Molinos. I don't know how many people I recommended Molinos to.. I ordered a quad latte and this was the serving after I asked for no foam.. I sent an email and reached out any way I could to see if they could make it right and no one NEVER reached out to me... I would strongly advise to try another coffee shop with better customer service and just better ethics because $6 for have a cup of coffee is unacceptable..

This place is awesome. I got an iced latte and an acai bowl. The acai bowl was perfection, and their prices are very reasonable. The only reason it gets a 4 is because of the abundance of dust and spiderwebs everywhere (ceiling, AC vents, walls, upper areas when you look around). As good as the food and coffee is, I can't give it a full 5 because of this issue.

We stopped in while visiting family thought a coffee was needed while walking the market. It is a smaller place with limited seating, but options looked great & smelt amazing. The wait was quite a bit longer than expected for 3 coffee's. Maybe due to the market happening..? I didn't taste much flavor in my drink, but the others loved it. We may be back & try something new next time to give a second chance.

Iced latte with cold foam and cinnamon powder

Visited Molinos Coffee in Redlands and had a great experience. I ordered a small iced latte with cold foam and cinnamon powder; it was smooth, flavorful, and hit the spot without being overly sweet. The interior is bright, clean, and super inviting, perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done. What really stood out was the friendly customer service; the gal was welcoming and helpful. Solid coffee, cute space, and great vibes all around. I'll definitely be back!

Iced Matcha Latte with whole milk

The cafe is pretty! I love the cafe vibes at their downtown location and the staff are so nice. I felt welcomed upon entering and decided to try their iced matcha latte. The employee made sure to ask if whole milk was alright, and considerate. I forgot to take pictures, but definitely coming back. They have a study room area in the back for a quieter setting. The matcha taste was a little grassy which i love but it is on the sweeter side for my preference. If you're looking for a cafe that makes matcha barista style then this is it.

If you're here for their Cuban-style offerings or espresso-based drinks... Then I'm sure you'll be pleased. I ordered a Cafe con Leche, not realizing it is no longer "Cuban style." it's purely coffee and milk. I hadn't been here in forever so that was my mistake to not notice. Service was a lackluster. Same old song. Not really too fond of the place but they do have Art of Teas for their tea selection (I've had Earl Grey creme at home/have had it elsewhere) and their coffee gets the job done I guess. There is a great coffee scene in Redlands aside from Molinos.

guava cheese pastry, pretty good

Stopped by on a weekday afternoon and it was DEAD. The space is large, clean and modern, and probably a good place to study considering there was nobody in there. There's additional space down the hall towards the back for extra quiet. Service was great - the barista answered my questions, made some recs and let me try the cookie butter syrup before ordering. (Glad she did, too, because I didn't like it.) Vanilla latte - 7/10 Solid latte, but nothing too special. The vanilla syrup is not made in house, but it wasn't bad. Guava Cheese Pastry - 8/10 The taste was great, but I wish the filling was more evenly distributed. The center had a big chunk of guava and cheese but towards each edge it was just puff pastry. It took a few bites to get to the good stuff.

Stopped by on a Saturday morning, ordered a chocolate muffin, it was rather dry, highly recommend getting it warmed. Also, ordered the açaí bowl (delicious), and the peppermint mocha latte (not as sweet as I had hoped). Will return, it was very busy, glad to see there was a hiring now sign posted, they could definitely benefit from additional help. Plenty of seating inside and outdoors, nice location.

Slow Bloom always has a rotated seasonal menu that literally reads like poetry. like wdym i have the option to get a Whimsical Strawberry Magic Cheesecake Latte???? i love hojicha more than regular matcha (before the "uuurm, actually--" comments i know they're both matcha) BUT MY FRIENDS STILL CALLED ME PERFORMATIVEEEE?? and do i care? HELL NAH. Hojicha tastes like a nuttier, cocoa-like, more roasted version of matcha, and Slow Bloom does Hojicha GREAT... close with all the drink cafes in KTown.... BUT IN THE INLAND EMPIRE BABY. it was so smooth, whisked, and CREAMY. the vanilla cream top really topped it off, it was perfectly balanced and not insanely sweet. BUT THE MATCHA IS FANTASTIC HERE TOO. i tried a sip of my friend's matcha latte and it was POTENT. ur not gonna get a light green matcha... it'll be dark, yet smooth and not bitter at all. definitely one of the top matchas in the IE. the coffee selection here are so unique, and you can tell they GENUINELY care about have high quality options and varieties (their drip options are plentiful, include origins, and flavor profiles... i see all you pretentious connoisseurs--)

Creamy, fluffy foam, coconutty flavor with a bit of caramel sweetness, dark chocolate espresso and alotta cinnamon flavor. Deliciously perfect for a Fall or Winter drink! This drink took me by surprise! Really enjoyed it! CHOCOLATE SEMOLINA OLIVE OIL LOAF It wasn't bad, but a bit disappointed that it was straight up chocolate loaf. Technically, it is more of a cocoa loaf, as it is not sweet nor is there chocolate in it. However, it had a lovely spongy, bouncy texture. Flavor-wise, it's nothing special especially with the long name and all. SUNSHINE MATCHA LATTE (Iced) Nekohama matcha. Latte was a bit sweet. But you can taste the Earl Grey and matcha. Got it with whole milk. It made it creamy, which was good. I did taste a hint of lemon in it as well. Honestly did not like that extra lemon flavor, as it distracted from the Earl Grey itself. I don't think the lemon was necessary. There was citrus flavor, but not tartness. I think citrus peel would have been better if they wanted an extra citrus flavor. Overall, it wasn't bad except the lemon flavor. Really threw me off. CUSTOMER SERVICE Service was nice. Recommended drinks were good. INDOOR & OUTDOOR SEATS A-PLENTY Ambiance had a retro feel, which was fun. Indoor was packed! No tables or seats available. Smaller tables for 2. Outdoor tables and seats were available. Big groups can be seated outdoors with larger tables. Bathroom available. PARKING LOT Small-ish parking lot. Parking lot was packed. Given how packed it was inside, there were a few spots for parking. There is also free street parking as well. Love the drink options here and would love to return when I'm in the area!

We already have a regular spot we go to in the area, but we decided to try something new today! This location is inside the Kith and Kissui boutiques which is really cute already. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because one of our drinks was the wrong order, but other than that their drinks were a hit. Our server was quick with our large order and I wouldn't mind trying other iced drinks throughout the Summer either. I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.

The inside has a really cozy and aesthetic vibe, and one thing I thought was super cool is that you can actually sit and draw, then put your artwork up in the shop. It gives the place a really creative and community feel that makes it stand out from other tea spots. The worker was super nice and helpful, especially since I was being really indecisive about what to get. They took their time to explain things and helped me decide without making it feel rushed at all. I got the matcha latte, and I absolutely loved it. It was smooth, well balanced, and just really comforting without being too heavy or overly sweet. I also tried a few drinks off my friends' orders, like the Assam + Oat and the Barley + Sea Cream. The Assam + Oat had a really deep, bold tea flavor that paired nicely with the creamy oat milk, making it smooth but still strong. The Barley + Sea Cream was more unique, with a light roasted, nutty taste from the barley and a rich, slightly salty cream top that made it really interesting and different in a good way. It's a really cozy spot that highlights the tea experience in a simple but thoughtful way, and I'd definitely come back.

Hoji shared the same parking lot with a coffee shop we're familiar with! On a Sunday afternoon, there was plenty of parking. When you walk up to the store, there isn't a sign on the outside. Before walking in, there's also a posted sign that says only 10 people at a time. We counted about 6 people, and proceeded to walk in. The decor is timeless and vintage. Super cool to look at and enjoy. We turned around and there was the cashier. It definitely is a small as can be. We took a bit of time looking at the menu and then deciding our drinks. We were a bit indecisive, but settled on their Rose Salted Cream and their Hojicha Black Sesame. The cashier was a bit interesting and didn't bother to help us or explain anything. He had us repeat our order a few times out of inattentiveness. It wasn't loud in there, but he definitely wasn't listening. Immediately after our order, he goes on his phone. Another worker had finished making a drink for a customer, and had to nudge the cashier to let him know the drink was ready. Even then, he wasn't on alert about it and made a face at the customer who stood up to grab the drink. Our drinks came out fairly quickly. We took our photos and left to sit in the car. It was quite small and stuffy in there. Our drinks were delightful! You can definitely taste the hojicha. The black sesame didn't overpower the drink, as for the rose salted cream, it was flowery enough. The boba itself was definitely handmade and perfectly chewy. I can understand why this store's drinks are a favorite. I deducted a star because of the service and attitude. We walked out the door saying goodbye, and even then, they didn't seem to care. The customer service here is lacking, but at least the drinks are decent. I might wait to see if any changes are made to their workers before coming back to try again.

It was fair priced, a large slice, good presentation, good amount of crumble, not dry, and not too sweet. My mom enjoyed hers as well. As for the coffee, it is amazing. I tried the iced oat milk meteorite latte and it was absolutely amazing. I usually ask for half sweet, but the drinks here are, as the owner said, "balanced." That is my go to drink. My mom loves their matcha. I've had it as well and it is just as amazing. They had a strawberry matcha with strawberry sauce at the bottom and strawberry cold foam on top. However, the sauce was too sweet for us so we did plain matcha and strawberry foam and it was 10/10. I wish they brought this one back. They now have like a triple matcha that is also really good. It is matcha with matcha foam and a matcha dust. Really great. Service: The service is really great. The employees are welcoming, patient, and kind. I also really appreciate that the cafe accepts reusable cups. That says a lot about their environmental conscious. This is actually one of the reasons I return. I do not need a discount on the coffee for using my own reusable cup, however this might incentivize others to bring their own and return. A rewards program would also be good. Ambiance: Plenty of seating -- plenty. There is a bus inside with plants for sale. There are a lot of retro and vintage trinkets with a hint of plants and space. I enjoy that there are couches as well as tables and chairs. There are outlets available but I think there could be more. One reason why I do not tend to work here though is because it gets so hot there in the summer. They do have fans but, I like a nice cool environment. There is plenty of parking as well. H - Hospitality - The staff is friendly, respectful, hardworking, and personable. In no particular order: Zoe, Mandy, Grace, Zach, Piper, Reagan, Mackenzie, David, Ava, Amelie, Rivers, Casey, and Emery (apologies if I've missed anyone) all demonstrate a high level of customer service. Each person brings different strengths that promote a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The owners, Nick and Rayji, are passionate about their craft and never cut corners when it comes to providing the best products and service possible. I've witnessed the rare moments where a drink was missed, something was spilled, an order was misunderstood, or a rude customer walked in, and every situation was handled with kindness and great hospitality regardless. O - Outstanding Drinks - Having visited hundreds of coffee shops across LA and Orange County, I can confidently say Hooray keeps up with the best of them. The coffee isn't too acidic, and the drinks have been consistently excellent. My favorites are the Honey Cinnamon Latte, "Zach's Special," and the Golden Hour (thanks for bringing it back!). I'm not typically a matcha drinker, but the Golden Hour is my exception. O - Open, Inviting Space - Although Hooray can get busy on weekends, the outdoor seating adds a welcoming option. The nook in the back is a great place to disappear into a book or dive into your work. The bar seating is my favorite because I can socialize with the baristas. Also, parking is one of Hooray's biggest advantages over many coffee shops in Redlands. R - Reasonable Prices - Drinks and food are reasonably priced. They bring in pastries from Two Trees and Deuax. Always a good selection. They also make food in-house, and it's all delectable. My go-to orders are the Avocado Toast, Grilled Cheese, Quesadilla, and Turkey Pesto Panini. A - Aesthetic & Décor - Hooray has a cute, quaint, and homey feel. It's a great place to hang out with a friend or family member, get some work done, or simply study. The music varies depending on who's working, classic rock, indie, house, pop, rap, R&B, and more. It has never been too loud for me. Y - You'll Want to Come Back! Just like me!
