They had one lady taking orders and three people making sandwiches, which seemed about right given the intensity of the crowd. I had the Italian sandwich and ordered the big one. I should've gotten the medium size because it was giant. The bread is made in house and is super tasty. The ingredients on the sandwich top shelf. These folks know what they're doing. It was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I hope we get to return.
