S-L-O-W! They weren't even that busy and it was a 30 minute wait to be seated in a rather odd and FREEZING COLD entryway that has a weird 60's retro vibe with a chandelier made from old spoons. Followed by another 35 minute wait for our food. Then we had to ask for silverware which came out literally ice cold! (Like are they keeping it in the freezer?) Took 40 minutes to be seated, never got called, I had to check in myself. After being seated we waited over 20 minutes with nobody to check on us. No water, no smile, nothing. We went inside to let them know we haven't been served yet and are thirsty. They stated they'd bring water. We waited an additional 15 minutes without a single person coming. We decided to leave. That was horrible! Service needs to be worked on, even coming to a table saying they will come back in a bit but are overwhelmed would have helped. Bad. read more

Fun ambiance with lots of great pictures inside and nice snow globes to dine in outside. Our waiter was nice. The food was only ok. We had a ham and cheese bagel and a tuna melt bagel with a couple side salads. The salads were fresh and decent. However, the bagels were pretty dry and the sandwich fillings were basic in flavor. Overall, the food was filling but I wouldn't really seek it out again. Maybe consider adding a mustard or sauce to the sandwiches to add some pop. Cream cheese could add some moisture to the ham and cheese. read more

This was a genuinely an awful experience. The restaurant looked very pretty on the outside, and they were able to seat us, a family of ten, immediately. We were given water, that was room temperature, some glasses didn't contain any ice. The rest had a few quickly melting cubes. After ordering appetizers and desserts we waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive and appetizers came at the same time as our meal. The prices for these meals were absurd for the quality. You can get Digiorno pizza and dried pasta and great value marinara for a better tasting meal. The pasta and pizza were unseasoned and lacking any flavor, a 4/10 at best. The caprese salad had flavorless mozzarella and balsamic with watery tasteless tomatoes. One of our guests received their pizza after everyone had already finished eating and called it "disgusting" it went uneaten. Our drinks never went refilled until the last pizza came and we asked for more water in the 85 degree restaurant. To top it all off, the restaurant was filled with flies, we were swaying them away the entire time and the bathrooms absolutely neglected. They were worse than a gas station restroom. read more

I don't like writing bad reviews but I also don't like restaurants charging premium price for food you can make at home. The atmosphere is cool with the globes and even those are hit and miss. When we arrived we noticed not a single uniform in site. There were a bunch of teenagers just milling around all in random clothes. Some wearing sweat pants and t-shirts a few wearing random clothing with just a name tag. We got seated in our globe it was cool but missing the speaker. Apparently someone stole it. We ordered food. We started with the bruschetta and it came out looked amazing and pretty much was the only thing that looked like a chef had made. I ordered the Rib eye medium rare 38$. Wife got a pizza our friends ordered another pizza some pasta and salmon. When the food arrived the one kid decided the easiest method to open the globe was to karate kick it open...classy. My steak came out and was pretty rare and had minimal flavor no char and was warm at best. It looked like someone put it in a air fryer and threw some garlic butter on it and called it a day. The "chef" must have left. The pasta came out with it and they said it was so so. Guest with he salmon said it was ok. My wife's pizza was good not great but for 18$ it should have looked like someone cared. Here's the issue the other pizza didn't come out until 15min later after we asked several times. It finally arrived and looked like someone soaked a tortilla in water then but pizza toppings on it. Not sure how you get such a soggy mess from a wood fire oven. Again I don't like doing this but when you put a premium price on your menu it better have the chef to back it up. There wasn't a chef in that entire establishment. Aldo is the man! Made this experience a class act of dining. Was very attentive and brought us a variety of very tasty food. Brought Italy right to the table with his grandmas authentic Lasagna recipe. If you go ask for Aldo he'll take care of you! read more

I don't like to write bad reviews, I'm doing this to save someone the disappointment. I was really disappointed with our visit. I guess I had high expectations since everyone seems to rave about it and everyone loves it, but what they're selling is not the food, it's is the experience of eating in a glass capsule. The globes are super cute, but that's about it. Our food wasn't good. We ordered pizzas for our kids, lasagna and steak for me and my husband respectively. The stake was mediocre at best, the lasagna was dry, and the pizzas were ok. The service wasn't that good either. We ordered an extra side of broccolini since that's the only thing our toddler was eating, it never came, but were told that it was put to go (we didn't ask for it to go) but never given to us. When we left we noticed the charge for the extra side, but we just wanted to leave, it wasn't worth the hassle. The food was pricey and gross. It honestly wasn't worth the visit. read more

well... At first it took about 10 min for someone to take my order... I guess they don't take much attention to the service in this annex to the main and very busy resturant The Galleria. Then my food took a very long time to get to me... The menu has all the basics but nothing like a real Thai resturant... when Zi had a chance to meet the cook I found out she was Mexican and was the "Italian and Thai" food specialist...so if she's not there they do. it open. She said she had a Thai friend that taught her how to cook Thai... The food was actually good, not 100% authentic, but tasty. Resturant was clean and tidy, but the very poor and slow service is a big negative. Food 4 Service 2 Cleanliness 4 Thainess 2 If Im in the area and if they are open I am not apposed to eating there, but I can wait another 15 min drive to Kimball Junction in Park City for great Thai good. read more

Went here for lunch after swimming in The Crater. We called ahead to make reservations. The patio is great especially on a perfect day, I got the Sicilian Pizza it was delicious, my wife got the pear salad delicious we got 2 kids meals a spaghetti and the mac n cheese what was brought out was pepperoni pizzas, when we stated that we didn't order this he said oh and walked away. Never came back to refill any of our drinks. When it was time to pay the bill I was handed a table with the tip all ready set at 25% and the server standing over me now stating blah blah I changed the tip to 15% and the tablet was ripped out of my hand with a loud exhaust from our server. By the way we only had water to drink and with what we ordered it was almost 90 dollars for 3 small pizzas and a salad.. **WORST SERVICE** read more

Quite tasty and a great atmosphere, especially on the patio. Stopped in for lunch a couple of months ago and got the mushroom artichoke salad which was amazing. Had the caprese appetizer too. Good food, good service and a nice setting. Will return. read more

That was a very nice surprise! A friend told me we had a Thai restaurant in Midway/Heber-- I didn't believe it but we do. Café Galleria has a small annex building on the south-side where they serve authentic Thai food. I had the yellow curry (w/ chicken) and the deep fried pork spring rolls. Everything was fresh/ made-to-order, piping hot and flavorful. The chicken was lean white meat. The veggies steamed but w/ nice slight crunch. Plenty of new golden potatoes. Nothing was over cooked. The staff seemed a bit stressed and distracted but it was Saturday night. My only recommendation is that the waiter/waitress visit the table more often w/ drink refills and let the patron select the tip-- don't pre-select it for us and then ask us to sign. The portion of chicken and some veggies were pretty skimpy but they made it right by giving me another serving. I'll be back to try the other dishes. Thank you. read more

o.m.g this place is weird ..is saids authetic thai food....but looks and taste like chinese fast food from yesterday...their ramen noodle was overcooked and flavorless..im pretty sure its top ramen from grocery store .the green chicken curry we had was like whole foods vanilla mint cream soup and my pad thai tasted like chicken lo mein wit shredded lettuce and lemon..The chicken satay was deepfried and dried .maybe even fried twice. but the egg rolls were good and service was awesome the waitress was sweet and nice..the place was decent smells alittle oily old when we walked in. not much parking though. .another weird thing was this place was located in back of their pizza restaurant. usualy i dont give bad reviews.. eveyone loves food..but the food they put out here is just weird taste and wayy over cooked or been in warmer too long ..only if you like it cooked that way.(thai).....but i will definetly will be back for pizza part. read more

Very nice people. My partner and I are vegan and they were able to make everything we ordered without any animal products and it tasted pretty good. I don't know what else around here will accommodate Vegans, but this place has done an amazing job at making us happy. read more

This is an Italian restaurant- NOT THAI---Food is great always- but service is often TERRIBLE. They are constantly short staffed and often you have to wait 30-40 minutes before even a server can deal with you. At least they allow you to sit at a table while you're waiting. There is not a shortage of tables, it's just a shortage of servers or cooks or wait staff or something. You'd think the new ownership would have aligned the staff size with the number of tables! Really need to fix this problem- I'll just stop going if waiting is the new game there--- read more

Yikes! I hate to leave bad reviews, but this is the worst Thai food I've ever had. I've live in Thailand and been to dozens of Thai restaurants in the state as well. I got green curry and it was bizarre to have broccoli and potatoes in green curry?! We also got massaman curry and it tasted like they went and bought massaman paste and watered it down a ton. The potatoes looked like bagged hash browns and they had whole baby carrots. Weird. I also found it weird that you're unable to choose the spice level. The massaman has zero spice. Curry is not curry without spice! We also got chicken fried rice. Weird flavor and smell, so bad we couldn't even eat it. I've had less flavorful or not that great of fried rice before, but it's typically a dish you can't mess up too badly, but this tasted awful. To call this authentic Thai food is a joke. Disasterous restaurant experience from top to bottom. The odd entry and layout threw me off but I was willing to overlook it because "hole in the wall" spots can often be hidden gems. My initial odd feeling continued throughout the entire meal. The waitress was awkward and seemingly inexperienced but my big problem was the food! Pot stickers were undercooked and the dough to filling ratio was way off. The Pad Thai had cabbage and no cilantro and just had an overall off putting flavor. The red curry had good spice but had cilantro which I have never seen, the should have put it in the Pad Thai where it belongs. It was simply gross. The chicken satay was okay albeit slightly over cooked. I will never be back and now I don't dare to even try the adjacent sister Italian restaurant. read more

This place has always been great. And now during the virus isolation they are doing even better! You pull in and park and dial the number in front of you in the parking stall and they bring out your online order in a bag with the person wearing gloves and a mask. The order was correct and delicious! You pay on an iPad with your credit card and you sign on an iPad. Then after getting your food they give you a squirt of disinfectant for your hands. I've seen lots of restaurants who are not taking this virus seriously. But these folks get it! read more
