I was there mainly for the pho. The soup tastes really good but are they stingy with the meat. There's barely a few slices and the steak and the brisket are very chewy. They give you a lot of noodles and that's it. For the price I would not be going back there for a few pieces of meat on my pho. read more

This is hands down the best place to get pho in Utah. Ive tried many, many different restaurants and this one stands out. While the price may be somewhat expensive this is made up in the large portion sizes, im rarely ever able to finish and have a meal leftover to eat later. You wont regret eating here. read more

I didn't expect to find authentic pho in park city, but here we are! The broth is flavorful and clean with minimal fats. The meats are tasty and have no gaminess at all. They give a decent amount of noodles. The only caveat is that the pho can be really salty. I've dined here every time I'm in PC for a ski trip and every year it's been salty. If you don't drink the broth, it shouldn't be that big of a deal. I can hear Vietnamese being spoken by the elderly folks that run the shop and they play viet music that my family listened to when I was younger. This makes it even more authentic for me! I'm from NYC and the pho here is better than 90% of the pho places in NYC, but that's a very low bar since NYC pho isn't good. If they open up this shop in NYC, I would be a regular :) read more

One of the few places that was open on NYE, but I guess I now realized why... I'm not expecting Pho from Vietnam... but damn their broth tasted closer to the prepackaged broths in a box. I guess this place would work if you're reallllly in need of Pho, but would not be my first choice, especially in Park City. Pretty mediocre. Ate in right after open to get the best experience. Got the pho with tendon, the meat was good but not much of it. The noodles were fairly bland. The broth was uninteresting and was missing the classic beef flavor I typically expect. Also one bowl of pho with no extras, no drink, and without the tip came to a total of $22.09 which feels borderline extortionate. The sriracha sauce was visibly watered down. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! my friend and I stopped here to get a quick bite after snowboarding and we got harassed and assaulted by the OWNERS MOTHER !!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and EXPERIENCE. I CANT EVEN FATHOM WHAT HAPPENED. WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO MITIGATE THE SITUATION. We ordered the pho with meatballs and fried rice. We told the waiter John that the rice tasted weird if that was how it normally tastes. He tells us he can take it back and ask the chef. He was so kind and helpful ( probably the only helpful person in the entire restaurant) Before he could even talk to the chef the owners mother brings the plate back to us SCREAMING in our FACES saying that's how the rice is supposed to be and that we need to pay because we ordered it. She walks to the door and holds it shut refusing to let us leave until we pay for the rice. At this point we are both freaking out at what is unfolding. We tell the owners mother that we don't appreciate being yelled at and she assaults me causing my phone to hit the table. We are both astound by what just happened and called the police. The police arrives we tell them that we have been held hostage and assaulted ( we have EVERYTHING on video) the owner shows up and basically tells us " sorry my mother is a nut job " offers to comp our meal and asks if we would like it to go. Delicious food, large portions, but they were out of a few menu items we wanted to order

I started coming here pretty often recently, my go to is to split a bowl of pho with a friend and get the chicken drumstick with white rice. I also get the pork eggrolls which are worth getting. The pho is amazing the broth is full of flavor and the noodles are soft and chewy perfect consistency the only fault is that I wish they put more meat in the soup it is just not enough. There are a few pieces floating around in there I'm not sure if thats traditional or other wise but the pho is still really good. The chicken drumstick is a delight the chicken is crispy and full of flavor I haven't tried the sauce it comes with because it smells kind of funky. The rice it comes with is very good but the green onions on top are the best I've ever tasted, they must do something to it maybe cook it in vinegar and sugar or something. A suggestion if you come here is not to ask for any special instructions or changes to the menu items they usually won't do it and you can hear the Vietnamese lady in the back screaming and or arguing about it other than that this spot is fire and her food is worth coming for. They win by default because i havent found another pho place. Ordered the pho combo, i must say it is really good. Broth was flavorful and savory. I ordered the spring rolls with shrimp and pho with brisket. The taste was at par with Vietnamese Pho that you would get in a large city that serves a large Vietnamese population. The pho broth had so much deep umami flavor and there were generous portions of meat. The server (I think one of the owners?) does not speak English very well so don't expect them to be friendly and talkative. these prices are completely misleading. we got a combo pho and it came out to $24 because they don't give you a combo, they just charge for extra meat (6.99). all of their pho is 18.99, not 13.99. they forgot a whole portion of our order and then tried to argue with me saying I didnt order it.
