One of the few places that was open on NYE, but I guess I now realized why... I'm not expecting Pho from Vietnam... but damn their broth tasted closer to the prepackaged broths in a box. I guess this place would work if you're reallllly in need of Pho, but would not be my first choice, especially in Park City. The main reason they got 3 stars was the lady was friendly and my order was ready relatively quickly. So I appreciate that. Maybe I came on an off day.... but hope you have better luck here!

    Fried noodles with beef

I came in with no expectations and was still let down some how. This food is a joke the most seasoning they have is black pepper. Noddles taste of whatever was cooked last in the pan and a lot of oil sorry but this was a waist of 20$

    Menu

Not bad when you're craving Pho and don't want to drive down to the valley. I got the beef and asked for extra noodles. My bowel was so full I had enough for an extra meal. The place is small and that day it was cold inside with a space heater. Also I feel like each time I visit the prices have gone up. But again when you don't want to drive down the hill.

Owners mother holding us hostage. She's holding the door closed so we don't leave.

Had the beef Pho. It's very tasty! And it's a huge portion. That's it but yelp wants more words...

Ambiance is a 3, friendly old man in the corner wasn't doing much. All of our pho was good, broth could've been hotter. Great service.

Has an old school hole in the wall feel, but great food. After skiing, hot bowl of pho hits you just right.

Does PC Pho make the Bhan Mi sandwiches too?

I don't think so, but I haven't asked. Their regular menu has appetizers and pho.

What an incredible dish. The slight spice and abundant flavor in every bite makes me want to go back just for that. The Panang Curry was tasty and well done but it did have a slightly overpowering taste - we deemed this to be from the fish sauce. Still recommend, but not quite as smooth as other Panang Curry we have frequented. The Khao Ka Moo and Yum Woon Sen provided some variety in the typical Thai Dishes and they were phenomenal as I attempted to broaden my Thai cuisine palate. The variety of food choices gave off an authentic experience when paired with the traditional Southeast Asian decor found around the walls and ceiling. I sat near a wood panel divider that separated us from the front door and it provided exceptional separation from the happenings at the front of the store despite us being rather closing to the register and door. The service was slower than expected but the house was packed and our original server was sent home after a burn from the kitchen so they were understaffed on an absolutely crazy Valentines Day night. My Fiancé and I highly recommend this restaurant to all!

I blame Google map not the restaurant. Most of the customers ordered pho the evening we were there, but I thought I should try something different, so we had Garlic Butter Wings (really juicy and very buttery); calamari (nice portion, but very greasy) Thai basil mango shrimp salad (my favorite dish of the evening, but it's a small portion and cost $20! ) AP Choe is crispy flat noodle, but againA, the price and the quantity/ quantity, none of them wow me. I hope that more people discover this fine restaurant. The restaurant is classy in all details. Interior, dinnerware, service. All food is carefully crafted and delights the taste buds. Well balanced. We first tried this place when it was very young and I hoped that more would discover it. So glad that many have. It is one of the finer restaurants on the Wasatch Front, not just one of the finer Asian restaurants. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
