Coffee was also good. The cafe itself is small with limited seating. There is street parking and parking spaces across the street, good if you want to pick up food and go. Breakfast all day. Much larger than your egg mc muffin or your Starbucks breakfast sandy. Really yummy too and only $6! Another great feat of this place is the vast assortment of baked goods prepared daily by the store owner. Quiche, chocolate chip cookies, rice crispies? You name it, she bakes it! She was also very friendly and accommodating. My friend and I, being the clumsy fools that we are, dropped our sandy on the floor and she was happy to remake it for us with no trouble! We were tricked! We went her because their website made it look like a good place with good slow food. Psyche!!!! Somehow we spend $44 on a Bagel Sammy and Eggs and Avocado and macaroon. Nothing on the menu was more than $15. Onto the food. The Bacon was MICROWAVED!!! The eggs were watery! My avocado, tomato and cream cheese sammy came out as an egg, avo, mayo, and American cheese sammy. What? They did fix it. One star for that! They advertise Bree cheese not sliced American cheese from a wrapper. The coffee - thank god I did not have it but I could hear the barista steaming the milk. It is apparent they don't know how to barista. Until they either make quality food or advertise it for what it is, I would go elsewhere. read more

Cafe Minee has been our trusty breakfast/lunch cafe almost every weekend since they opened and there's a couple reasons for that; 1- clearly we think the food is great, we've tried almost everything on the menu and we're yet to find something we don't like. Some of our favorites; egg and cheese breakfast burrito, avocado toast (with scrambled and balsamic vinegar), grilled Tuna, avocado rice bowl, and the kids will never tire of eating their grilled cheese made with thick, freshly baked bread. 2- The bakery items are all out of this world. A cafe minee meal just isn't complete to us without a Reese's peanut butter cup cookie or a m&m cookie. The carrot cakes (cute little cakes perfect for two) are our special treat when we feel we deserve a little something extra and the macaroons are amazing. Nothing will disappoint. Obviously a freshly baked loaf of bread is such a treat too, and makes the house smell amazing. 3- they can make bespoke cakes. They made the most incredible cake for my daughters second birthday, exactly what I wanted! I also make a basic (box) cake to pad out the food table at the party and mine was barely touched, the Cafe Minee cake demolished and everyone kept saying how good it was. 4- Most importantly, the main reason they will forever have our loyalty is the owner and staff. They are the absolute friendliest bunch, we are always made to feel so welcome, they quickly learnt the names of my kids and always ask after them or welcome them by name. They work extremely hard, day in and day out but our order is always on time, consistently amazing, and always handed to us with the biggest smile as if we're family, sometimes with an extra treat snuck in for the kids. I'm so happy they came to Snoqualmie, our own little bakery! I bring every guest, visitor, friend and colleague here and have yet to hear someone not liking the food or coffee (my husband is the biggest coffee snob and he loves their coffee). My review is based on our order only. We had hot breakfast so no idea about baked goods or lunch. Menu looked good for lunch. Baked goods looked good as well. We had the French toast and two breakfast burritos. I would not order either again. Nothing special. French toast served in a box. We all were eating there. All paper goods to include the coffee. It appears the owners are trying very hard but the whole bakery seems like they are trying to do too much. Service was not friendly but honestly that doesn't bother me if the food is spectacular. Presentation was good, but the bagel is as hard as a rock (clearly not fresh and soft as one would expect), the avocado slices had black spots on nearly every slice, and with respect, literally two capers on the sandwich can not be expected to be reasonable (at any price). I thought I'd try you as you're local, but will think twice before ordering from this establishment again. Very cute spot, that went beyond our expectations! The owner was very friendly and sweet! I love the diverse menu, especially when I found bibimbap, having live shortly in Korea it was a nice nostalgic treat! The steak burrito was such a nice combination of flavors, both my gf and I enjoyed it so much that we ended fighting for the last bite (she won obviously). I had the pesto turkey panini and their tuna melt & it was so delish! We saw several people come in, look at the menu then turn and leave. We would have done the same, but didn't want to spend time finding another bakery. Cookies were unidentified so I guess you're just supposed to guess. We both ordered a muffin and Americano. The Americano tasted like weak coffee. Muffins were ok, nothing special. The last 2 times I have gone here I have been thoroughly disappointed. Today I went and I ordered an iced mocha, a bacon egg and cheese croissant, and a macaron. The mocha tasted burnt and was inedible. I dumped it down the sink. The croissant sandwich was horrible and had loads of Mayo and disgusting fake egg, along with plastic cheese. The only good part was the croissant and bacon, but those were ruined by the globs of Mayo that shouldn't have even been on there in the first place. The macaron tasted like dishwater and had an awful texture. I would advise you against spending your money here, the food and coffee are awful, everything is way overpriced, and the workers were NOT wearing masks in the back! They were making my sandwich without a mask on and only pulled their mask up when talking to a customer. Do not go here - I wasted too much money and time here. read more

I'm not often in Snoqualmie, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a wonderful place! I could tell before I saw the proprietor that she must be Korean because of the bibimbap on the menu (I'm half Korean myself). She was thrilled to find this out and added a sweet rice cake to our meal, gratis. The bibimbap was surprisingly delicious -- I say surprisingly because in my experience it's usually of average quality at a place like this, as opposed to a Korean restaurant or teriyaki joint. The pastries were good. When we were done I went back in to order a coffee and she gave that to me for free! I can't guarantee she'll do that for anyone, even other Koreans, but her hospitality was very much appreciated and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Snoqualmie. read more

I ate half and then thought something tasted funky. I took the bread off to look at the other half of the sandwich and the avocado on that half had MOLD on it. I threw it away. As I was going to throw it away I saw the one person in the shop making sandwiches LICK A KNIFE after spreading sauce on a sandwich and PUT IT BACK down to be used again No wonder the place only has an "okay" food rating. I love Cafe Minee! They are so hard-working and eager to make their customers happy with great tasting baked foods and sandwiches, I'm so glad we have them in the area. I love their breakfast sandwiches, muffins and their caramel macchiato is perfection. Above all, their hospitality is what keeps me coming back frequently. Note that some of their sandwiches are closer to a Seoul street food style rather than a traditional deli. What that means is their sandwiches won't be piled high with meat, it is a more delicate balance of veggies, proteins and bread that you'll find in most coastal Korean bakeries. read more

I visited Cafe Minee with my friend after hiking Snoqualmie Falls. We wanted to have something warm since it was very cold outside. We visited at about 16:55pm, ordered a hot chocolate, orange spice tea and a slice of pecan pie. The hot chocolate was not hot, it was so cold. I asked for a small size tea, the lady behind the counter gave me a venti size tea! We sat down to eat and we were immediately told it was closing time. Another group walked in with a small kid obviously seeing the sign which said "Open". They were immediately shoved off saying the store was closed. The kid was so disappointed. I know how it feels after a long day, but throwing your customers out is so rude! I don't know if one of the ladies was the owner, but if the owner wasn't around this was such poor customer service. Where can I start.. first things first, my impression of this shop was that it was adorable. Then the lady (I'm guessing the owner) was incredibly sweet & welcoming! The menu options are a lot to choose from and I LOVE IT! There is a open area where you can see where she HAND BAKES AND COOKS! It's amazing and you can really see the passion for what she does! "Açaí bowl" was a syrupy smoothie in a plastic cup with stale granola and no fresh fruit as advertised. The breakfast sandwich was fine but untoasted and cooked in the microwave. Tables were dirty, there was trash on the floor and multiple customers arrived and got in line without being acknowledged. Wish there was something more positive to say about this place - maybe the baked goods and macaroons are good but we didn't have any - but I don't see a reason to come back. read more
