    Breakfast for $9.50 Yum

Absolutely delicious breakfast - the pancake had to be 8" in diameter & there were 2 ! Plus 2 eggs & 2 pcs of bacon .... For 9.50? Wow ! Plus they were so accommodating- we had our ( well behaved ) dog with us & they set up a table outside - remember to bring cash!

Environment: Very homey (literal), small place, I felt as if I was eating breakfast in my own home. Great view of Mullet Lake. Customer service: Our waiter was so sweet, helpful and gave us great service. Very much appreciated. Food: Wonderful homestyle food, in my opinion a little too greasy (or buttery) for my taste. I enjoyed their veggie omelette along with hash browns and cinnamon roll. Everything was perfectly cooked, and tasted good. Price: For all the amazing food we got it was so cheap, and for how good it tasted I believe it was a great price. Overall. I really enjoyed my visit here, will definitely be coming again!!

Incredible food. You get a lot of food for the price. It's like a home cooked meal from mom.

This beautiful restaurant once belonged to my grandparents -Robert and Ida Graham. It was so wonderful to come see it looking so nice. And such great owners and staff. It was truly a wonderful visit. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

Fantastic food and unbelievable pancakes! Good service but inconsistent hours. Close on a whim! But worth trying.

Our server Ashley (beautiful locks) was kind and communicated so well. My 10 year old said "best BLT of my whole life", homemade chips were crispy perfection, and the zucchini fries you must try!! The Farmer's Table is conveniently located just off the Wolverine, MI exit of I-75. It looks like it may have once been a gas station; very unassuming building with a huge parking lot for all sorts of vehicles, trucks and RV's. Once you step inside, the magic happens. Cute and cozy, filled with charming little tables and a mercantile area, the friendly staff will greet you and make you feel at home. Their menu is varied with many entrees made from locally sourced ingredients. This concept feels fresh and healthy, though the entrees themselves feel like grandma's cooking. Not fancy or trendy, but hearty, flavorful home cooking. My husband chose a pork chop, baked potato, corn and side salad. The photo of the pork chop looks juicy and tender; it was just that. He said it was the best pork chop he's ever had. The apple glaze was really good. I chose the chicken cordon blue, to sample something I would not make at home. It was rich, a tad salty yet very good. The side corn was amazing, as was the apple slaw. Next time I'll ask for mashed potatoes without the dark gravy. We took a small fried raspberry pie for dessert on the road and enjoyed mulling the through their homemade bakery items. The prices were very reasonable. We will be making this stop a regular on our way up north. Look forward to trying their brunch items, which get raved reviews.

Their handmade bakery goods and other goodies are made fresh daily, sometimes hourly, are always delicious and you can tell they take great pride in only offering the very best they can. We have ordered 'Yule log' otherwise known as 'Bûche de Noël', Christmas cake several times, including this year & they are always delicious and very well received by our Christmas guests! They use locally sourced ingredients where they can and always seem to have a lively, fun, yet relaxed atmosphere of locals and seasonal guests either stopping by for an excellent cop of coffee & a treat or maybe lingering for a while enjoy a breakfast treat or sandwich and while hopping onto the Internet to check of email via their Wi-Fi network. You are always greeted with a friendly 'Welcome' or 'Hello, we'll be right with you.' if they are busy and you always feel welcome even if it's your first time! We loved everything we've tried including their artesian breads, pastries, cookies, Pecan Rolls (so good when they've just come out of the oven!!) as well as their made-to-order cakes, which are amazing!! Highly recommended & we love supporting locally owned & operated businesses & this one is definitely worth supporting!

Ordering can be a little confusing the first time, but it's easy once you know the process. Just head to either the indoor or outdoor bar to order both your food and drinks. They'll give you a buzzer, and when it's ready, you'll pick up your food from the window inside between the indoor and outdoor bars. We always order the pizza, it's so good and has really unique flavor combinations. Don't skip the featured salad, and definitely try the cider. The blueberry cider is my favorite! If you're bringing a dog, they're welcome in the outdoor seating area. There are two large tents with plenty of seating, lots of activities for kids (including farm animals), and a cute little shop inside where we always stock up on their dressings and grab a 4-pack of cider to take home. 10/10--couldn't recommend it more!

But the real standout for me was the cannoli pizza--creative, indulgent, and completely unforgettable. Beyond the food, what truly sets Pond Hill Farm apart is the experience. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly charming--exactly what you want for a night out in Northern Michigan. As a fellow local business, I also deeply appreciate how supportive they are of the community. It means something--and it shows in everything they do. If you haven't been, go.
