Friendly service. Looks like groups of regulars come here to eat. The menu is fairly large. We chose to split the house salad, which was a spring mix with cukes, grape tomatoes, red onions and packaged croutons. They were kind enough to give us each a different dressings. We also split the hot beef sandwich. It was tender, shredded pot roast with jarred or packaged gravy ( still blobs of the mix on the plate) served on white bread. The meat was very tasty. Rustic mashed potatoes ( skin on) and a bowl of corn were the sides. Amish fruit hand pies and frozen meats from a farm along with jars of pickles, fruits and dressings were available for sale in a small market inside the restaurant.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff was very caring and made us feel welcome right away. The food was excellent every bite was worth it. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe of the place was just great. The only thing I'd suggest is improving the space for people waiting in line since it can get a little tight. But honestly, once you sit down it's all worth it. The waffle was to die for--SO good!!!!

I got the 2 egg skillet with onions, bacon, cheese and potatoes. With a side of sausage gravy.

Loved the cozy and warm feel of the place. It felt like when you step into your grandparents home and see all the nick nacks they have collected over their life. If your willing to try something new I recommend the frog jelly on your toast. Me and my family loved it so much it was delicious. The service was immaculate. Our waitress gave us a recommendation to another restaurant near our destination to try. All around good conversation and lovely place. Truly farm to table.

Coming back from the upper peninsula the Farmers Table delivered an excellent breakfast experience! We received a quality breakfast at a fair price! Make sure to give this place a shot with a convenient location along I-75.

Excellent food! We both had smashed burgers but one had zucchini fries and the other sweet potatoe fries, everything was amazing! The pistachio almond cake and the peanut butter pie was so tasty! We wished we weren't full or we could have enjoyed more items! This place is a hidden gem, just off 75, easy on and off. The servers were quick to help!

Pretty basic interior and doesn't look like much outside, but very attentive service and fresh home cooked food. Will definitely be back.

I even bought a bottle of their bacon ketchup that I've been thinking about since the last time we ate here.

This place was such a fun breakfast stop!…read more My wife ordered the Cinnamon Roll French Toast with a yogurt, and I had the Michigan Berry Salad. First of all... the portions are HUGE! We shared everything and still had leftovers. We were literally fighting over the last bite of that cinnamon roll French toast... I lost. But that's okay because I took my butt right back the next day and ordered a full serving all for myself! Now, the salad wasn't my favorite, but I do want to say this. With everything that's been in the news lately about fresh produce and people being cautious because of recent food safety concerns, I was paying close attention. This salad looked freshly prepared not dumped out of a bag which made me feel much better about ordering it. The real star of the show, though, was that Cinnamon Roll French Toast. It was absolutely worth going back for! The people in Gaylord are some of the sweetest you'll ever meet, and the staff here fit right in. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The restaurant itself is colorful, cozy, and full of charm. I especially loved the giant colorful coffee mugs decorating the outside they're adorable and definitely photo-worthy! One thing to know before you go: they close at 2:00 PM, so make sure you get there before then. If you're looking for a wholesome breakfast spot with generous portions and a welcoming atmosphere, Rise & Dine is definitely a must-try!
