This cafe is located in the back parking lot of La Hacienda. The outdoor seating is lovely. The ambiance is amazing. If you know me, ambiance is a must, and this place has lovely music playing and a serene water fountain. Service was nice. You go to the counter, placed your order, pay and pick up a number call. Today, I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich. It was very tasty. Of course with a cup of coffee, which by the way, was amazing. I definitely found a place I will be coming back again and again, when I am in the area. Sorry I don't have pics of my entire sandwich and coffee, but enjoy these ones. This place is really great, the employees are warm and professional and they offer a variety of breakfast and lunch items. At this cafeteria, you will find all the healthy food options and the food tastes absolutely delicious! I come here almost every day to get my breakfast, lunch, drinks, and desserts, and always leave with satisfaction. They have a variety of choices here, and my favorite option is the Chicken Chipotle so good sandwich. They also have a very good chicken quesadilla with avocado, sour cream, and salsa on the side. This is a cozy cafe located in the medical/business chancellor park building. They have a huge menu. Many tasty selections that you can substitute or add things easily. Office complex lunch spots usually suck or really suck and the only reason you're there is because it's close, but Cafe Pascale is actually decent. I mean I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but if you work in the area it's a no brainer to add to your list of places to grab a quick lunch. I usually go for a salad, and the best part is they have them all made up in the fridge so you can just grab one and then leave. I usually come here when I'm running around like a crazy ass person and have exactly 3 minutes to get lunch so it works out. The Cobb and chicken Caesar salad are both nice options, the chicken is a little wanting in both since I think it's like thick slices of deli chicken and not a big breast cut into pieces, but it's not bad. I did order something hot here once and it took way way way too long. I also have no patience to wait for anything and they say that gets better with age but it's gotten worse for me, I an more impatient when I turned 30 then when I was 20 so who knows, but still it did take a while to get my food. So I'd say go with the premade salads, can't go wrong with them and prices are decent too. If they switched their chicken to more succulent pieces it would make it better but that's really the only complaint. read more

It seems like they might have made some changes over the last months (it had been a while since I've been here), but overall I'm pretty happy. They have an amazing chipotle chicken panini with some really bold flavors; they used to put banana peppers on it, but I guess not anymore? They make the sandwich with a new bread now, and it's amazing. Very light, with a good herb flavor. I think this was the only place in the office complex to grab a bite to eat so while it wasn't anything truly remarkable, it did serve its purpose. The cafe itself is a little bit difficult to find for a first-timer - it's tucked away in a corridor on the plaza level of Building 4150. However, the inside was very well lit and clean. There was only one couple inside at 9:30 AM so I didn't have to wait in line to order and my breakfast burrito ($6) came out really quickly. I just placed an order in this establishment and the new girl on staff took my order with her mask below here nose. I didn't say anything. She then proceed to serve me my chili after pulling her mask down to do so. I'm assuming she didn't think I saw as I was at the soda fountain but I was faced towards her when I seen it come down. I questioned her and all she could say was oh sorry. I have noticed on several occasions that this new staff member continuously wears her mask below her nose. Today I was very shocked and concerned about the COVID safety practices of this Cafe after today's experiences. I have had issues in the pass but today was enough for me to send an email to the owner, since ownership was not on site. I work in Healthcare. I have informed everal members of my staff about this issue to be forewarned should they go there to order anything for breakfast and/or lunch. Given COVID that was unexceptable service! And response. There was a customer in the dinning room who asked me whether or not this new staff member lowers her mask on a regular? I said well the times I have come in here her mask is always below her nose. I would imagine she will talk with her coworkers about what she was witness to today. read more

When I arrived to pick up my food, I was told that no order was taken and they don't have Specialites. The owner was trying to make me feel stupid and I had to literally point that their Specialites area. Then I was told they don't take orders over the phone (which is a complete lie). This is the 3rd time the owner has been nothing but rude to me. You can't pay me enough to ever come here again. With so much selection around the UTC area, I am shocked that you have the nerve to treat your customers like this. I found Café Pascale about six weeks ago. I've been about 10 times since! Granted, I work about a 3 minute walk way, but this place is a little gem. Great sandwiches, and delicious pre-made salads when you're in a hurry. Not to mention all the ridiculous little treats you have to shuffle past when you check out: crazy brownies, fresh chocolate chip cookies, and other items you won't be able to resist. Terrible place don't wast you're time and money I went there to grab a light lunch I ordered the açaí bowl and a cafe mocha a couple of minutes later they tell me they can make the açaí bowl because they don't have any bananas or strawberries this is at 10:30 am how are you already out its not because they were busy or anything. So the owner talked me into getting a veggie roll which was a big mistake the tortilla was very soggy even though I got it toasted and the only thing that was inside was a little hummus , tomato and avocado for $9 bucks I could of ordered one of their sandwiches and it's not about the money at all! Then I tried the coffee and that was even worse it tasted the mocha and all you can taste was straight sugar it's like I was drinking the Starbucks cafe mocha you buy at the retail stores in the little glass bottles and it had no coffee taste even though I paid for an extra shot. So walked up to the cashier and the owner want around anymore he was somewhere in the back room I explained to her about the coffee and she said she would make me a new one and that maybe the guy put too much coco powder so I said cool then a minute later the owner comes to my table and says here's you're cafe mocha and that he can't do anything about it and next time I order one to ask for less sugar which blew my mind I said ok and poured half of it out and told them to add some hot water but it still tasted terrible . I usually don't like to complain but this guy really got to me and felt like I really need to say something on here to let people know that these type of owners don't deserve the business when they treat their customers like this coffee cost nothing these days to lose customers over it. read more

Café Pascale is a lunch counter tucked into the first floor of 4510 Executive Dr. and offers fresh, tasty food that meets the average workday lunch budget. This was a great find - I work a two minute walk away and had no idea this café was here until a couple of weeks ago because you can't see it from the building exterior. The best way to find it is to walk to the interior courtyard formed by the surrounding buildings (you'll know it by its big water feature, slight grade with stairs and a ramp, and the three or four picnic tables with umbrellas), enter 4510 Executive Dr. at ground level, just next to the stairs that lead up one flight, and hook a left - Café Pascale is just 10 feet or so to the left once you enter. The owner, Johnny Jabbour, is extremely friendly and recognizes familiar faces. Sandwiches (including paninis and wraps), smoothies, coffees and an assortment of other items like quesadillas and breakfast sandwiches are made to order and fresh, pre-made that day salads are available in the deli case (if they are out, they will make you a fresh one). There is also always a soup of the day and a special of the day (today's was chicken curry), along with plenty of baked goodies to grab. Prices are very reasonable for the area ($6.50-8 for almost every entrée option) and the sandwiches are large enough to save half for another meal. There are five or six tables inside the cafe, and the aforementioned courtyard tables if you'd rather soak up some rays. Café Pascale also caters, though I've never tried it. A must-visit if you work in one of the buildings off of Genesee between Executive and Eastgate Mall! read more
