Worst customer service…read more I've never actually had the chance to buy anything from this store because of the lack of basic customer service. The first time I went in with my aunt, a woman was sitting in a chair on her phone. We looked at her and she stayed on the phone. We walked around the store and she was still on the phone. We came back to the front and she was still on the phone. We eventually walked out, and then she tried to speak to us. What makes this worse is that today (1/14/26) my uncle walked in to buy something and had the exact same experience. I never told him about what happened to me. He said the woman was on her phone with no greeting, no hello, and no how can I help you. Please fix your customer service. You are losing money.

Came looking for raw cocoa & shea and found even more! Love the ladies here, very friendly,…read morepatient, accommodating and knowledgeable! Lots of spice combos, ghanaian in particular, they have a type of crushed chile pepper similar to a birdseye/cayenne/thai that makes the famous shito sauce, love it, a good amount of spice. They also have Ghanaian butt cheek peppers raw I believe, which is similar to habanero, very sweet! I noticed lots of peanut options like raw smooth peanut butter, raw peanuts with & without skins in bags for a very good price! Tiger nuts too, which are technically tubers but with a nutty/sweet flavor like coconut. Lots of diff plantain chips! The best price anywhere on 100% raw white shea tho, comes in a tub pre-whipped which works well for easy access & transport. Can't wait to come back!

If you want cheap fatty meat this is the place to come. I was super excited to try this place out…read morebecause they have an awesome reputation in California. It's a chain meat market that has amazing marinated flank steak known as ranchera or carne asada. I called ahead to see if it was best to place my order online and then come in or if I could just walk in and order. They told me to order online so I did and I had to place the order a day in advance. I thought that was perfect, that way my meat would marinate all night. When I arrived the next day to pick up my order, it was not prepared at all! I was super disappointed when I walked the counter and saw that the flank steak was not marinated. The butcher picked up a regular price of flank steak and threw some marinate on top then he sealed it. It wasn't sealed properly and it leaked all over the bag I waited until the following day to have the meat since I wanted it to be super flavorful, boy was I wrong. That meat is the cheapest and tasteless meat I have ever had in my life. Only the outside pieces were marinated while the middle ones were not marinated at all. Hiding under the first piece of meat was a ton of pieces that had a bunch of fatty pieces. They are asking us to pay premium prices for mediocre quality. It was 17.99/lb for the marinated flank steak. Any cut of bistec from any other meat market would have been better than this crap they sold me. I also got Al Pastor and the chunks of meat were really big and also a lot of fat in the meat. The color of the meat was correct but tastes nothing like Al pastor. I also ordered chorizo and that one was just as fatty. Overall. I will not be returning. See my photos for the meat quality. 18/lb is insane, that is actually more than what the same chain meat market charges in California. Being Texas, I expected better quality meat than California.

Some of the better meat i've tried in the area. A bit Pricey may be on the more expensive side but…read moreyou get what you pay for, and this spot i always recommend to my friends and family!!

Not bad, but you can't ever help the feeling nothing but rage when you walk into an H-E-B…read more The store is laid out completely wrong. Cold stuff is always first so you have to start in the middle and then work your way out and walk the entire damn store to get to the cold stuff. This is like getting in your car without the keys and trying to go somewhere. Just doesn't make sense. I will say all of the staff are completely friendly. Even though they are younger because they are mostly high school students, they're very very helpful. So props to them for that. Not bad for only being half a mile away. I would prefer Kroger. But that is a longer drive and I am lazy ha ha. Usually, they're out of stock on a lot of items, but with the new H-E-B open on Bridgeland Parkway. Hopefully this will alleviate the supply chain problems. So in conclusion, not all bad not all good. I will still give them four stars just for the staff. The kids are super nice. Rock solid, four stars

This is My Favorite HEB. I live in Tulsa,Ok and come to Texas to see my Grandsons. I really look…read moreforward to going to my HEB. I was raised in Texas & miss not having HEB to shop at. Well today I ran into the RUDEST PERSON in Cypress, Texas. I walked up to the Meat Market Counter to select 4 Filet Migon's for my Daughter's Birthday. I guess this lady in her ugly green tight dress with her Mammy Arms, in her wee little mind must have thought I was trying to cut inline, when I was merely trying to look at the Filets on display that she was so inconsiderately blocking. I have never heard such rude stuff come out of a person's mouth at a Grocery Store. I heard her mouthing some ugly stuff and totally ignored her. Because with what she was saying I knew she couldn't be talking to me. At this point I had never made eye contact with this crazy person. She got her 4 little lamb lollipops, which looking at the size of her... was probably just an appetizer. If that was going to be her dinner she would have had to double up. She went on and I headed to the Bakery to select a Birthday cake for my Daughter, out of the corner of my eye I saw that tight ugly green dress and that lady was mouthing ugly stuff directed at me so rudely that the Lady in the Bakery said what's wrong with her and apologized for her actions. WOW‼ Maybe her wig was too tight too I LOVE MY HEB... I guess crazies have to get groceries too
