This is way overdue!!! 2-3 years ago we stopped by here to grab a cup of coffee since the review was good. One thing I did not pay attention was that you can actually do a drive through. So we parked our car and walked in to order. That was actually a good thing ( I think) since we left there not just with a cup of coffee but with a 1962 Vespa with side rig. It was just parked right next to the stand and it was like love at first sight. Well we were not equipped to take it back home and was not 100% sure if we really "need" to buy it, we thought about it, and asked tons of questions to Nick the owner. Well we also contacted some other dealers who handle old motorcycle and they all referred us that Nick is the best guy to work with in this area! Ok enough about the bike. Chai was great! I don't normally drink chai but it was good and worth it! I don't really like sweet drinks and they heard my request very well! Worth the trip. Just be careful you might walk out not just with a cup of coffee or tea, but also with a bike. read more

This place is such a cool concept. It's in a converted gas station garage and the drinks are made in a food truck in the garage's driveway. As a chai drinker I must praise Cafe Scooteria for having one of the best chais I have ever tasted. Thank you for make a tasty chai drink and not half-assing it like the majority of cafes do. This place is a local gem. Serving the best tasting cappuccinos and coffee in town, hands down better than all the others. Not only that, the cool drive-thru concept really works well there and you'll get fast, friendly service. If you manage to get out of the car, you can talk scooters and motorcycles with the owner Nick, and Giovanni, both expert mechanics and very knowledgeable about bikes. Specializing in restored classic Vespas, 70's bikes, and off-road bikes, it's fun to walk around and look at them. Count me in as a huge fan. read more

Best coffee in town! Friendliest staff, and best owners! Scooteria is a two lane drive thru, but you can park in their side parking lot and there is plenty of seating! Stop by to have some great coffee, a pastry, look at awesome vintage, or new bikes, talk to the owner or mechanic about scooters and motorcycles. They fix bikes, and sell most of what's lined up outside, which puts See See motor co to shame...They also deliver M-F 10-1, have gelato, and cater their gelato and coffee. I wish there were more stars to give! I love this place and it is the best coffee and for sure the BEST chai in Sonoma. The Tiramisu dirty chai is so good it tastes like dessert. I get it non-fat to make myself feel better about my habit and I cannot taste the difference from 2%. My kids love it here, they make a yummy kids hot chocolate and they are so sweet about trying to find 2 matching donuts so my 4 & 5 year old don't fight over who get's what donut. Get your frequent flyer card so you can rack up your free drink or enter the scooter raffle. Love that they love the locals and reward us for our java habits. The staff is wonderful, they remember your drink order if you are a creature of habit and here is the best part.... ready for this???? THEY DELIVER!!!! I am sort of surprised this place gets such high reviews. I was just charged $5.50 for a single shot iced latte. Not even on the square so we play those prices. The taste was burnt and the wait was ridiculous. The idea is cool but you'd think for the price they're charging, the place would look a bit better, weeds growing all over and a flaking paint run down sign. But even then, $5.50?! That's insane. Additionally, they have no natural sweeteners, only Splenda, sugar, or equal. Get with the times people! If you want to charge insane prices make it an experience. Having owned a coffee cart in the past, I have tried a variety of espresso/coffee in my time and Cafe Scooteria is the best. From a plain cup of joe to a flavored latte or flavorful chai, every sip is heaven in a cup! Nick and all his employees are so pleasant, cheerful, always a smile on their faces. I LOVE Cafe Scooteria. I work nearby, and it's definitely one of the favorite "escape work for a few minutes" destinations for all the staff. The chai is the absolute best. It reminds me of the chai my grandma used to have, so I'm all over it. The best part is that the sugar-free chai tastes just as amazing. The staff is friendly and will give you great recommendations on what to try and all that! The ONLY thing I wish was different would be the hours they're open. I had very high hopes of this place, I've passed by it many times and it's so cute. Stopped in Friday morning for coffee and a bagel. The man who took my order was very nice but he never told me what my total was or gave me a receipt after I gave him my card to pay. The bagel was pretty sad, it was cold and hard and not yummy at all. I figured a bagel with cream cheese would come toasted as expected or maybe I'd be steered to another option. Sadly won't be stopping in again as Starbucks inside of Safeway knows how to toast a bagel. read more

This place is a winner! I usually pick up coffee or a dirty chai at least 5 days a week, if not more. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone that works there is great. They are happy to be there, friendly, and make great drinks. They have tons of varieties of chai teas, but I usually stick to the house chai since I'm a creature of habit. Be sure to get a coffee card. You can either get a free drink after 10 punches or enter the card into the drawing for a free scooter. For my sake, please get a free coffee.
