The roast profile seems to be somewhere between cinnamon and city, which was a pleasant surprise. The Ethiopia reminded me of some of my early roasts, and, while a bit underdeveloped for my taste, it had a lovely florality that was enjoyable enough that me and my mates ordered several bags from them. Anyway, if you're a specialty coffee aficionado in town and looking for a nice cup, I recommend giving them a chance!

I couldn't taste the avocado. My latte was good. We ended up asking someone to share their table because there were no tables available. The art is interesting, and service was quick. However, I probably won't be back again unless I am in the area and in need of a plain coffee.
