I love this place. The staff is always super friendly. They will customize my dietary restrictions. The food is delicious the ambience it's a cute little café down past the movie theater kind of sitting at the end of the strip. I love this place continues to get better with time. I love it a lot more since they added a a huge amount of breakfast and lunch items, other than pastries

This is a really cute coffee shop close to the Fresno State campus located in the Campus Pointe plaza. There's loads of parking and they have pastries if you're in the mood for that. Otherwise, there is plenty of other food places to eat in the plaza. I came here around 8:30am on a Sunday morning and got a macadamia latte with oat milk and my bf got a cold brew. My latte was perfectly sweetened and creamy. The service was friendly, fast, and the coffee was delicious. It was a very quiet and chill vibe at that hour and it would be great for reading or studying. I loved their decor and I made a mental note to try their affogato next time I visit.

Amazing service the barista Jude was super sweet and super helpful finding a drink I would like. Great coffee shop

I have only been to Collect a handful of times, and honestly, I had to warm up to it. I went over 4-5 years ago when matcha wasn't popular, and they had a nitro matcha that I ended up trying. It was decent--at that time. I've went a few more times and gotten things like chai, brewed tea, and pastries. All of them were decent to me but nothing extraordinary. I think their location and the vibe of their shop (clean and open) was a good appeal point for them though. I often went to work. However, I recently went back and had their matcha again with cold foam, and they've definitely leveled up. They are also very supportive of the Fresno State students, which I appreciate as an alumni myself. Overall, the staff is nice, the space is bright and open, and the drinks are great.

Collect Coffee Bar is easily one of the best cafés I've been to in Fresno!! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the food is great, and the drinks are delicious. I love how they blend Middle Eastern flavors with a modern, everyday café menu - it feels unique but still comforting. They even offer free water, which is always appreciated. Since it's located near Fresno State, it's usually buzzing with college students and has a lively, energetic vibe. I also love that their menu is always evolving, so there's always something new to try. Definitely a go-to spot for studying, hanging out, or just grabbing a really good coffee.

Came here to study with a friend, lots of seating and people in there that are also studying so it encourages you to lock in. Inside is nice and clean, and service was solid and quick! I got the white macadamia latte with oat milk and my friend got the crème brulee latte. We both agreed the coffee flavor wasn't strong enough. Very much too milky imo. In my drink, the nutty flavor was present but it wasn't sweet at all? Overall, I didn't like my drink, but the panini.... If I could use the heart eyes emoji right now I would. Bread was soft, and flavor was great!! Tasted healthy but was savory enough. I miss it already

This is a nice place to study or work on business with good seating available. I feel like it's a place I could focus. It is near California State University, Fresno so I imagine it can get very busy. Most of the tables were taken around 9:30am on a Sunday. The cashier was very friendly. I switched up my order after she rang me up, and she was patient with me and accommodating. The food was okay. Nothing stood out to me. Prices are reasonable. Would stop by here again. Came here to study and really liked it. There's free Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets, and lots of people studying, but it wasn't too loud. The coffee was fairly priced, and the ambiance was nice and relaxing. Staff were friendly and welcoming!

Collect Coffee Bar was such a pleasant surprise. The space is bright, clean, and has a ton of comfortable seating plus plenty of outlets, making it an ideal spot to cowork or study. The vibe is calm, the decor is cute, and everything feels really intentional. The staff was incredibly kind and quick with service. I ordered the honey cinnamon latte and the avocado toast to go -- both were fresh, flavorful, and made well. Parking was free with time limits, and I had no trouble finding a spot on a Saturday morning right after the holidays. Since it's close to Fresno State, parking might get tighter during peak hours, but my morning experience was super easy. Overall, highly recommend for coffee, coworking, or even a cute photo moment. I'll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time at Collect on a Sunday morning. There were a few customers, mostly college students, but plenty of seating. Orders are placed on iPads with minimal staff interaction, which felt a bit disconnected for a small local coffee shop. My drip coffee was extremely acidic, the most difficult I've ever sipped, even after diluting it. The strawberry matcha was fine, and the chocolate croissant was slightly burnt and dense. While I'm glad I tried it, I wouldn't come back.

This place was a college student's dream! Plenty of seating, including a cozy sofa and soft chairs. And outlets for charging your devices! I can see why the caramel-vanilla latte is a favorite-- it had just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. The espresso was delightful and the way they foamed the milk made it feel like an extra creamy treat. I will definitely be back for more vibes and the bakery treats next time!

Collect Coffee Bar serves up good quality coffee and provides plenty of seating to relax and connect. It should come as no surprise that Collect Coffee is mostly frequented by college students given its location, providing a college study vibe which also made for a nice quiet place to connect with my husband. My husband ordered the Cortado and I ordered their chamomile tea with steamed oatmilk and slightly sweetened with honey. The tea was simple and made just as requested. We will definitely return for another coffee date!

Just a simple solid coffee bar. Everything is clean, the employees were kind, and it was pretty quiet. Overall this place was a pretty decent experience but the pastry was disappointing. I want to hear on a Saturday morning and lingered reading for a good couple of hours. I had their London fog which was very nice. I would definitely say that the London fog is on the weaker side and you might know like it if you enjoy a good strong earl grey. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that but I do wish it was a little bit stronger. I ordered the chocolate croissants and was a little disappointed. They asked if I wanted it warmed, and when I received it, it was cold in the middle. When I told them the pastry was cold in the middle, they microwaved it, and turn the pastry into a chewy soggy mess. Definitely not ideal. Later, I ordered a bagel sandwich and was absolutely impressed by the flavors. I would definitely advise that if you go here, get one of the prepared foods, and avoid the croissants altogether. All in all, this place was a great experience with very nice people. I do wish the pastries were a little better, but, it wasn't a bad experience .

We went here again just a few days ago and it still hits the spot. The menu typically rotates ice cream flavor every month. Not only ice cream, but they also have warm taiyaki! This place reminds me of SomiSomi chain, but to be honest, I think Nummy Yummy is better. All of the staff here are super nice, patient, and always willing to answer your questions. I've come here a lot and have yet to come across a grumpy staff member (haha). The location is in the corner of the RN Market plaza. There is plenty of parking, but I wish they hadn't taken away the indoor seating. There is nowhere to dine in and sit other than the dirty bench outside. I see the majority of people just eating in their car. I hope they decide to offer more flavors and toppings. The various Asian flavors are a hit, and a suggestion box from the public could be an idea. Also, not sure if the eye is playing tricks, but seems like their new cups provide a smaller portion than the old cups. Hopefully that is not the case.

We were in town the morning after seeing the Firefail. Finally success on the third visit attempt. Amongst other shops on the desolate street stood an unremarkable window front where the repeat button has remained on since the 60s. Within was an eclectic mix of Japanese American household fixtures and Americana. Rustic. Nothing like Benkyodo's proper shelf presentation - or a hamburga stand. Some Japanese goods were on offer, but you come here for something sweet. We got a couple of mochi and manju, traditional red bean flavors, because that's all that was left. Their manju, seeming to have a different "batter" and "panini"-grilled, had a crumbly texture. The mochi though... Have you seen that viral video of that slapping mochi shop in Nara? What about people enjoying it? How soft it was, leaving a vegan cheese pull with every bite? This was by far the softest mochi I've ever had, and I thoroughly enjoyed the soy dusted yomogi. The bigger size of the mochi also accentuated the softness of the mochi. The matcha, also green, had a distincting different flavor, just so you know that the shop wasn't cheating. My partner in crime loved the lima bean mochi. The red bean filling tasted homemade, good flavor but not too sweet - the best compliment you can give an Asian in a world that remains overrun by pollo ala naranja. We are proud* that such a heritage perseveres on, especially in a part of town that's honestly become quite desecrated of life. Call ahead to see if the shop is open, and try to come early. The shop is a one woman show, and if my first two visits say anything, this lady enjoys having a life. And yes, she does sell out. She was nearly sold out when we visited. And try to enjoy the mochi ASAP. The mochi will last in the fridge. The texture will not. If you come at the right time of the year, the shop will have mochi in different fruit and pie flavors, and even ice cream mochi. *OK, "I'm proud of you" might be a bigger compliment to an Asian. And yes, there's Fugetsu in LA, but I haven't been. Though if you need a reason to visit the Fresno, you can always take the 99 traveling between SoCal and NorCal... Just need to be early if much is desired. If you're interested in AYCEat mochi, staying healthy, working out for free, and have an eye for the art of making mochi, may I suggest asking the owner for an apprenticeship? The owner's mentioned on articles that there's no one to take over and you don't become a master overnight.

I decided to try two flavors since I was only passing through and couldn't easily come back to try it again. I got two of their monthly flavors, the sweet corn and the treasure chest. The sweet corn lacked flavor, you can only get a hint of it. There were a few corn pieces mixed in, but they were few and far between, plus they didn't have a strong corn flavor either. I loved the concept but execution was disappointing. The treasure chest was very good, though I personally wished there was a more even ratio of brown butter cookie to brownie. I can't recall if I even got any brownie pieces. Flavor was excellent otherwise. The other complaint that I have is that the scoop is small. As you can see from my photo, my two scoops looked like 1 scoop. Not worth the price. I know competitors like Han**ls, where I'm a regular at, have given bigger scoops. All in all, still a great quality ice cream.
