    Breakfast burrito
    Cyndy And Randy R.

Today is our first visit. I ordered the quiche of the day and it was really good. And HUGE. Like share with your husband huge. It was all veggie. A ton of veggies. Here's what I remember her saying: potato, cilantro, thyme, rosemary, sage, paprika, onion, garlic, tomato, broccoli, arugula. I may have missed some veggies lol. The cheeses are Parmesan, cheddar, Colby jack (I'm not a fan so I'm not 100% sure about the name of this cheese). I think the Jack gave it a nice kick though. There was also a crusty bottom. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the incredibly thick layer of cheese on top. It was way too much especially considering there was a layer in the quiche right above the crust. So I took it all off - easy to do - and gave it to Randy (he's a cheese ho). Randy ordered the breakfast burrito: chorizo, hash browns, cheese, black beans and it came with salsa. He liked it ok but said he'd order something different next time. He loved my quiche. He also ordered a mocha and the more he drinks it the more he likes it. Has a nice bittersweet chocolate taste and not as much coffee taste. They had a container of pesto pasta that we ordered to have later today but we each had a bite and it's super flavorful. Customer service is awesome! Very friendly and helpful and quick. We sat outside - it's a gorgeous morning - and there are also tables inside. We will definitely be back.

Do yourself a favor and visit the fearless leader Michaela and her right-hand girl Maddie at Pagato. They have delicious food, excellent coffee, fast Wi-Fi, and an outstanding staff. Michaela is an excellent manager who runs the place with heart and passion. If you're in downtown Redding near the hospitals and medical centers, this is definitely the best spot you can find. Bring your friends, your family, and even your patients if you're a doctor. You'll be glad that you did.

My sandwich was so good, I got the Turkey pesto. Such a great combo of choices and the service was friendly and fast. I would say that it is def. A hidden gem and so glad I was able to try them.

I wish we had a place like this back at home. Great study environment: well lit, spacious, and option between booth seating and chairs. The customer service was amazing here. As usual, I wasn't sure what to order. The barista recommended the holy honey latte (off-menu). Apparently, the honey comes from a nearby monastery, which is why it's called "holy". Then again, the barista could have been pulling my leg; I'm not sure since I was so dead tired after driving 3 hours up to Redding. The holy honey latte hit the spot. Sweet, cinnamony, and the caffeine was just what I needed before a 3 hour drive back home. For those who are lactose-intolerant or caffeine-tolerant, you can substitute soy or almond milk for an additional 50 cents or add an extra shot of espresso for 75 cents. Located in CalTrans station across form the Shasta Regional Medical Center. Would definitely recommend this to other fellow Yelpers who happen to be in the area or need a bit of pick-me-up when passing by.

Loved the barista and my honey Lavender latte! We were trying to find it through Waze navigation and literally made it right before they closed! :) Note to remember: it's located at the bottom of y'all building of offices (it kinda looked like a hospital building--we kept overlooking it lol) And the artwork was encouraging. I drank my drink too fast before getting a picture--it was super yummy!

My favorite coffee shop to meet with friends and get work done. The atmosphere/environment makes for a perfect balance!

The service is great, and the food doesn't take long to come out. I feel that the prices are reasonable (though for some items, they err on the higher side of what I'd consider the average price range). I find that I like their pastries a little more than their savory food options (the lemon blueberry danish is wonderful), and the coffee isn't bad either. There are a lot of snacks and small purchasable items displayed around the store, largely from their own or other small businesses. I like the selection offered, and I do think it's wonderful that they seem very supportive of small businesses. I would fully recommend stopping by for a nice breakfast or brunch, or even just to pick up snacks or dessert for a treat later in the day. It wasn't too busy when we visited, so sitting down to relax here was also very nice. Overall, a very solid spot with good food and a nice atmosphere.

This particular location (Churn Creek Rd.) is the best out of all 3 stores in the city in regards to interior and general vibes. The prices are a bit high, but in contrast to its contenders, I know what I'm getting and I'm happy when I go. My personal favorite is the Peruvian Steak Sandwich (specifically with subbed-in sourdough bread) and truffle fries. Sizing of things like the fries admittingly have shrank since I first went three years ago sadly. I have yet to have anything bad off the menu that didn't please my tastebuds. When asking if they use tamari or gluten free soy sauce, she said she wasn't sure and pointed to a list of salad dressing options that were marked. Not their rice bowls toppings - heads up- it's regular soy sauce. Also since I was asking all the gluten free questions, it would have been nice to be informed that the tacos were also served on flour tortillas. Not the cashier or the menu indicated this. Luckily I do not have a severe allergy, or I'd be furious. Obviously this place is a bakery, so there's gluten everywhere. I'm not mad, honestly. Just a little disappointed. Any information is best. I got the chimichurri steak tacos, which are covered in chipotle aioli - I'd honestly rename them to be chipotle steak tacos. Get zero chimichurri, the aioli completely takes over. I do like the steak isn't tough though, so still get some points for the attempt. For me, and my gluten sensitivity, probably won't be back since there aren't many options that are actually gluten free.
