We had both ordered 12 ounce cups, but she handed us a 12 and a 16. I asked if she was sure it was mine, as I had not ordered that size. Still apparently in a snit she snapped at me as well. "I only charged you for a twelve ounce!" I said it was fine, and as we walked away from the counter she called after us nastily, "Sorry you guys don't trust nothing!" We got to the car with our coffee and it was lukewarm and generally awful. We didn't object to the wait time. It was long, but maybe they were busy with the drive-through. And a bad cup of coffee isn't the end of the world. But neither my friend nor I had been rude to that barista, and there's simply no excuse for an employee of any business to be making nasty comments like that to customers. I rarely post negative reviews as I feel it's more productive to encourage good service than complain about bad. But if their employees are allowed to speak to customers that way, it says something about the business and if the owners don't know their employees are speaking to customers that way, they should probably be told.
