The owner bakes all the pastries in the case that greets diners first thing inside the door. We saw several people come in just to buy the treats. Small town café open Thursday-Sunday with hot and cold lunch items (Hubs loved his Rueben and our non-meat eating daughter raved about the Grilled Cheese Margarita), burgers, and a wide variety of breakfast items. I had the Crab Stuffed Eggs Benedict that was fantastically delicious. Don't even get me started on the fluffy homemade biscuits with gravy. YUM! Stopped in when randomly looking for a breakfast restaurant. This atmosphere has a hometown feel, and the food is definitely home cooked. The staff is laid back and friendly. We had the basic breakfasts, eggs, and pancakes, and hash browns. The nice surprise was the unexpected fruit that came with the breakfast. It has blackberry, a grape, a slice of melon, a slice of orange, and a large slice of strawberry. A nice touch. What can I say other than that the eggs were cooked the way we asked for them, and the food was tasty. They also had more gourmet style breakfasts including Quiche, Eggs Benedict, Salmon, etc. along with a full lunch menu. Plenty of seating. If you're in Naches, WA, give it a try. read more

Sticky fingers is one of the spots that has been here for a long time, but unfortunately took us even longer to discover. After coming out here last summer, it's quickly made its way onto our regular brunch rotation! Located in Naches, it's a small town bakery that is Doing some big-time stuff. We tend to go out there around lunchtime, but they serve breakfast, lunch and have lots of pastry options. We have found the maple bars to be a favorite and the cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting has become the family favorite in the Valley. We've come here with groups as large as 15 and often just have the five of us in tow. The staff here are always pleasant and consistently go out of their way to make sure we are having a pleasant experience. It's a bit of an older building, so it's got a great Ma and Pa shop type feel. The standard eggs, bacon and toast are always delicious, and we have found their specials to be particularly good. This past weekend we had chicken and corn waffles. The chicken was a pan fried chicken breast, so it was different than what we were expecting, but it was absolutely phenomenal! They've often had options to include some sort of brisket or salmon. It's just adventurous enough to keep us interested, while also delivering on the favorites. The prices here are very reasonable, and as stated before, the service is exceptional. This is the sort of spot that it's worth driving out of your way to go check out! read more

This place is probably--no, DEFINITELY one of my favorite local cafes ever, if not my absolute favorite. I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken burger with a side of fries and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who visits this place. The chicken was cooked perfectly tender and the BBQ sauce is by far the best I've ever tasted--which says a lot coming from someone who's lived in Texas most of her life. My boyfriend got the strawberry french toast with a side of eggs and he loved it as well. The portion sizes of both our meals were huge! As much as I loved my sandwich, I was unable to finish it all as I got very full without making a dent in it. Both of our orders came with a side of incredibly fresh fruit--very refreshing after a long day of hiking. If you even remotely like coffee, please do yourself a favor and order one from here!! I'm not a huge coffee person myself, but this place changed me. I ordered an iced coffee purely to help me get through a 3 1/2 hr drive to Spokane, but what I got what Heaven in a cup. I would seriously order gallons of their coffee if I could. The service was also quite possibly the best we've ever had. Trevor, our waiter, was the most genuine server we've ever had, and he made sure to treat us as if we were family. We felt so at home in this little cafe and we will never forget Trevor and his kindness. To top it all off, this place was SO clean and well-kept. Everything about this place, from the amazing food, to the BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD, to the outstanding service by Trevor and the other staff, and the cleanliness of the establishment, has me absolutely *aching* to go back as soon as possible. We visited Labor Day Sunday, they had been slammed, so I took the service with a bit of leniency. The food was fabulous! Everything that went by looked great! Had to keep asking for order, to be complete, forgot pancake, forgot strawberries and cream... Service was frazzled, again very busy, small establishment. Out of the way in 'downtown' Naches. I had French toast made with their homemade raisin bread, be hungry! The fruit garnish was to die for, melons, pineapple, grapes, wow never raved about a garnish before! Staff was great! I've eaten here before COVID and thought it was good but your true colors (including hair color "surprise! The real me") come out during a pandemic. With that said I learned they bake their own bread (I had sourdough) "excellent" and make your order fresh - so can take some time. In my case I had a simple lunch of cranberry/cream cheese turkey sandwich on sourdough with a nice side of potato salad accompanied by fruit. They have a great beer selection for a home-town breakfast/lunch only restaurant. Kristyn and the other lady who runs the place were so pleasant and helpful. Leaving Mt. Rainier (Packwood) on the way to North Cascades, you will pass through Naches, and I highly recommend you stop here for breakfast. We shared a veggie omelette. It was stuffed with fresh vegetables and cheese. The sides were hot and delicious. Coffee was good. Left very satisfied. Fairly small, but on a Sunday morning at 9am it was not too busy considering it is one of the few restaurants open on Sunday morning. read more

What a lackluster experience. The food was bland (the peanut butter cookie for dessert tastes like a plain sugar cookie and none of the food had any seasoning on it at all, not even salt and pepper). If it wasn't bland it was burnt (the fries tasted like they had been cooked, then recooked to a dry, blackened crisp). And cleanliness is not their forte (the toilet had some brown dried liquid running down the front of it, the cook was eating while cooking and putting her gloved hand into her mouth and then continuing to prepare food, and several of the condiment packets brought to the table looked like they had exploded and were dripping their contents out). Two things were good. Our server was very sweet and the grilled cheese. I wish we had gone to the place across the street. read more

Finally tried this little gem out and it did not disappoint. Good'ol home cooking. Biscuits were airy/fluffy. Sausage gravy from scratch. Eggs perfectly cooked. Fresh grated hash browns. We also bought a little cheese cake to go that was to die for. Will definitely be going back. Only thing negative I can say was there were several flies in the indoor seating area. Really disappointed in this morning's breakfast. After I asked if the Cinnabon was warm, the waitress replied with a yes, then I received a cold and fairly hard Cinnabon as my appetizer. My girlfriend and I both ordered the #2 and received the pancake side first then waited a solid 15 minutes before getting the rest of our meal. I asked for over easy eggs and got over hard eggs. Well, lets see...if you like waiting 20 minutes for someone to take your order and over an hour for your food to get to you, this is the place for you!!! I am new to the Naches area but was highly disapointed in Sticky Fingers. We've heard nothing but good things about it so I had to try it ourselves. Our daughters went there a month before we went with my Aunt and Uncle. The service then was uber slow (my Aunt had to track down a waitress...and then order their food at the cash register even though they were already seated!!!) and then my daughter told me she found 2 hairs in her pancakes and was too disgusted to eat anymore. I figured maybe it was just a bad day, and hubby and I decided to give it a try. We went on a weekday, around 12:30 but didn't get out of there until 2:15 or so.... that is ridiculous! I can see if we ordered something complicated, but we ordered breakfast for lunch. We both got the waffle platter. When we walked in, it wasn't crowded at all. They seated us in a back dining area. It took the waitress 20 minutes to even come and take our order. When we placed it, it took almost 1 hour, I kid you not, to bring out our semi warm breakfast and the eggs were cooked wrong as well. In fear of having to wait another half hour, my husband just didn't eat the eggs. We left the place still hungry and totally dissatisfied. I'm pretty sure we wont be back.... it was poor service and being that our kids have ate their previously with the same lack of service, I'm pretty sure that it must be the way the run things all the time. read more
