Cream of chicken and wild rice soup.
    Risa S.

Save your money! Ordered a bowl of cream of chicken and wild rice soup and it was so dilute it was more like chicken noodle. My daughter had the French onion bread bowl, which is now 2/3 the size of the former bread bowl and 1/3 of the soup. There was literally less than 1/2 cup of soup in the barely hollowed out bowl. This isn't the first time, but it will be the last.

    I don't remembered

My daughter loved it! Super delicious , well cooked . My son loved the croissant I had a egg white and avocado bagel . Super good! The manager was so nice he came and gave us some cookies .

    Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Zero stars but because yelp doesn't let you just post a review. You get one star Panera, went to order a grill cheese sandwich. This is what they gave me. Did not look nothing like the menu picture. I told the cashier I wanted it toasted. And they gave me a soggy cheese sandwich. Really! She told me to come back tomorrow morning to make a return. She didn't even want to make it right. She continued to make excuses for her poor management skills. Never again will I spend that much money on my meal. Poor service and disgusting food

What the hell is this?? A 90/10 cut? This is not acceptable... for 12$. No.

Like always instead of making good food fast they just made it fast. This was 12 bucks and it sucks. I am basically eating through an entire bagel... this is not a sandwich. And I would pay 1$ for this crap.

    Deli turkey meat...eeww.

Expensive. Prices posted were not the actual price. Half a sandwich was $9.62. First and likely last time at Panera

Would be 5 stars but seems like they are always out of one thing or another on the menu. I love having healthy options though.

While visiting Yakima a few weeks ago we decided to try Sub Shop based on reviews. I have recently…read morebecome gluten intolerant and was happy that Sub Shop offered a gluten free bread. The homemade gluten free bread was delicious! You seriously can't find gluten free bread in the store that tastes amazing like this! I can't wait to come back for another sandwich! My daughter had a sub and hers was amazing as well! I've seen a few bad reviews regarding what time this place closes. That is not a legitimate reason to leave a bad review. If you want to eat here. Come during business hours. If they are closed, then they probably had a good reason.

This place is a gem amidst a sea of corporate chain sandwich shops. I was running errands around lunchtime and, feeling peckish, I thought about something to eat. Now I had many more errands, so road food was the order of the day. But how many burgers can you eat? There are even some pretty good independent burger joints, but sometimes, you just want a sandwich. Now, for context, our progeny ate a school lunch maybe a half dozen times, total, throughout their school years. Most of the time, I made lunch, and the centerpiece was the sandwich. Carefully selected meats, fresh veggies, a wide variety of sauces (they can't even eat a roast beef sandwich to this day without a bit of horseradish in there somewhere) were combined with excellent bread. That is what I wanted. That is what I got. The bread choices are white or brown, but that's because the emphasis is on the interiors. The Italiano, with pastrami, salami, and pepperoni, is a classic combination, with provolone, pepperoncini, and "all the fixins" (In response to whether or not I wanted "everything" I replied "Fuck me up, sandwich sensei!") because I firmly believe in allowing the restaurant to present you with their wares, and let you decide if you like them. Now, the-woman-who-lets-me-live-with-her (thanks Mike), cannot stand black olives, but in this sandwich, they provide such a tempering influence of slightly salty, slightly bitter counterpoint to the sweet bell peppers, that it would have been poorer without them. I thought I was only going to eat about half and then save the rest, but I just couldn't help myself. I ate the whole dang thing. The vibe is classic sandwich shop, there is someone at the end of the line freshly slicing more meats as needed while two people turn out submarine deliciousness for an anxious crowd. Do not miss this place, it is a gem.
