    Matcha Latte
    Rajandeep D.

Went in for a quick pick me up. The cafe is gorgeous and very cozy. Plenty of space! I order a Matcha Latte with half a pump of strawberry. I saw the barista pull out a premixed Matcha so I was no longer interested :( while I didn't enjoy my bev, the barista was really kind. I do know their coffee is pretty good but I will never get Matcha from them again.

This has become a frequent hangout spot for my friends and I because of its proximity to work, the comfortable atmosphere, and great drinks and snacks. We have been meeting here for bible study in the evenings for the last couple weeks and everytime we go, we find a very cozy table. The only downside is that the inside space is on the dimmer end. But in the warmer months, they do have outdoor tables if you're looking for natural light. There is a water station, which I like to use before making up my mind on what to get from the menu. So far, I've tried their iced strawberry and vanilla matcha and cinnamon roll. The iced strawberry and vanilla matcha was good and it was nice to watch the barista prepare it with so much detail. It was on the sweeter side especially after mixing everything together. I did realize that by the time everything is mixed, the matcha flavor is diluted, and the drink tastes a lot like fancy strawberry milk. The cinnamon roll doesn't look like much in the glass case (in fact it looks dry). But once its warmed up and you taste it, everything changes. The bread has a croissant like consistency, where it's buttery and flaky, just firmer. Since the bread is not as sweet, the frosting is and taste like a cross between butter cream and cream cheese. I wish it did have more cinnamon. I'm not sure if they already have this but it would be cool if they had board games to use or even rent out. They also do have a private meeting room you can reserve. The parking situation varies, where some days/times it can be easy to find spots and other times you might need to drive in circles - but that is expected with a plaza with so many popular options. Also, it can get busy inside, so prepare to wait a bit for your order if there are a couple people in line.

Library cafe, cool relaxing vibe! Got the winter blend coffee and chilled by the fire with some yummies from Whole Foods. The coffee was comforting, faintly spiced with a hint of orange/citrus to brighten it.

Decent place with great decor. The two times we visited while in town almost all the seats were taken with people working. Good coffee, tasty selection of bakery items and a good vegan offering. Friendly service.

I found my new go to in Cafe Nero! Amazing Coffee! Incredible treats and incredible ambiance at this location! Staff is amazing also thanks! Most enjoyable place to sit and indulge!

Excellent service, the staff is always so friendly and fast. They make it feel like they're enjoying giving out the quality stuff they're serving. Never had a bad thing on the menu. The coffee is some of the best around, I love the mascarpone and prosciutto sandwich and would get a coffee here every day if I could. Donuts and all of their sweets are great. Ambiance is great, old library and book store vibes on the inside always kept nice and classy. I go here every time I'm in the area. Would give six stars if I could.

This is a review for all the Caffe Nero's I've been to. One of my favorite places to grab a light bite and/or get some work done. They have ample seating indoors, great wifi, and outdoor seating. Coming here is like going to the an old library-- the decor is made up of vintage and antique looking furniture and there's books everywhere. Lots of people will be diligently working from their laptops here, but I usually never have any issues finding a seat. I haven't had any drinks here, I usually get a blueberry muffin which is always soft and on point. They have also sandwiches and lots of pastries here too. You can rent out their private meeting space at the Dedham location for $50 per hour, one hour a time. The meeting space seats about 10 people and you have to make the reservation in person. My only suggestion for the Dedham location is to add some umbrellas for shade. If someone from Caffe Nero with power is reading this: PLEASE BUILD SEVERAL LOCATIONS IN THE SOUTH SHORE of Boston.

Service is friendly. There are several seating areas: an indoor air-conditioned area with sofas or dining tables, outdoor tables and benches for sunny days, and a sheltered open-air patio with sofas for cool summer days. The coffee is excellent. I have had lattes and frappes. The frappes are not the icy-like texture you would find at a Starbucks; it's silkier like a creamy nitro cold brew. There is a decent selection of sandwiches and pastries. I have only tried the tiramisu so far, and it was delicious.

Caffe Nero is an Italian coffee chain. It is super high quality compared to a Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts. They have many food and drink options. If you are vegan I also have noticed they have a lot of vegan baked goods. The interior is super cute and relaxed. Great place to sit down and get some work done. Lots of seating: couches, desks, chairs, tables. It is decorated almost like a bookstore. Very cute. Coffee is great.

This place needs to be recognized. In an amazing way…read more Well first I should note, there isn't anything special about this Dunkins. It's your run-of-the-mill Dunkin Donuts. But, comparing it to the other location on Route 1 Southbound (that is visible from this location), this is SO much better. Literally. Now, I LOVE drive thrus. I live for them, and the Westwood area just doesn't seem to ever have enough. And this one isn't a drive thru. It should be, but it's not. And the other one is. But the other one is run so poorly and such a terrible Dunks to go, that I would make the U-turn, and go into this one for extremely better service. The better qualities of this Dunks is that there isn't normally many people inside, maybe 2 employees and 1 other customer, if that. It's sort of like I have the whole place, which is really nice, not loud and always immaculate. Next, the staff are always super friendly and continuously give me coupons and tell me about other Dunkin perks. For the food, they ALWAYS get my orders right, never EVER a problem with that (and they put cream cheese onto my bagels, which the other location doesn't do, even when I specifically ask for it). Overall, this is just such a better Dunkins, and there really isn't a reason to go to the other one, unless it would be super inconvenient, because once you U-turn to come here, you can't U-turn back, you gotta go up Route 1 Northbound, which is (YES) annoying for people going southbound, but still. This place is worth it...... so much better than the other Dunkins!

In this day and age we get wrapped up with the luxuries and sometimes we forget about our roots. My good ol' bacon egg and cheese on a plains bagel was stacked perfectly. It's wild, no egg spilling out the side, the bacon was evenly distributed on the sandwich. What more could a girl ask for? It was the PERFECT temperature, not to hot so I could eat it immediately but warm enough to melt the cheese to my desire. The service was the quickest I've ever encountered. My sister thoroughly enjoyed her iced coffee. She says "it had a very good ratio of almond milk to coffee to caramel," her words, not mine. Snaps to you Dunkin!!!

The process begins about three months in advance with a consultation, where you sit down with their talented designers to bring your vision to life. From that meeting, you're presented with several different flavors to sample. Pro Tip: have a few helpers ready at home when you receive the samples--you get more than enough for two people! For our wedding, we chose a Boston Cream Pie and strawberry combination, and it was absolutely delightful. Not only was the flavor incredible, but the design perfectly matched our cultural theme. The decorations were placed with precision, and it was clear that the team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. One highlight was the "topper piece", which is cream-based and made for a perfect treat the day after our wedding. While many couples save their cake for their one-year anniversary, ours was simply too good to wait. By the third day after our wedding, the cake was gone--leaving us only with the tasteful memory of how special it was. If you are working with The Lenox Hotel, you'll benefit from their partnership with Dessert Works. And if you're not tied to a specific venue, but have the option to choose your own cake vendor, I can't recommend Dessert Works enough. They will make your wedding day both delightful and delicious!
