I recently found it I'm my deep freezer two months later and thawed it, seasoned it with sea salt and fresh pepper and grilled it. I am a private chef I should know a great cut of meat. I decided to drive over there anyway. When I arrived, the parking lot was empty and the restaurant looked closed. It's Presidents Day weekend so perhaps they are on vacation.
