It's one of those rare places that instantly feels like a part of your tradition, even after just one visit. Tucked away from the more obvious main spots, this café truly feels like a hidden gem that more people should know about (but selfishly, we almost want to keep it to ourselves). The ambiance is simple yet elegant--cozy, welcoming, with a laid-back Hamptons charm. You can tell there's thought behind everything, from the perfectly brewed coffee to the friendly and attentive staff. It's the kind of place where you can sit outside and relax in the morning sun, or tuck into a warm corner and recharge before continuing your journey. We usually come for breakfast, and this time we ordered the avocado toast and sunny side up eggs. Both were absolutely delicious--fresh, beautifully plated, and packed with flavor. The only thing we noticed is that the portions are on the smaller side. Not a dealbreaker at all, especially considering the quality, but we do wish they were just a little more generous, especially after a long drive. One suggestion: it would be amazing to see an Eggs Benedict option on the menu one day. A classic like that would be a perfect fit here, and we'd be the first to order it!
