Oh my goodness, this place is the real deal!!!!! The inside is intimate while also being able to fit multiple people, the service is fantastic. The dirty chai latte I order was absolutely the best I've ever had. Lots of times, chai lattes can verge on being too sweet, especially towards the bottom. This was absolutely amazing, you could taste every single spice and it never got too sweet. The lox toast was also delicious, and fairly priced. It was sweet from the cucumbers, refreshing with the sauce, salty from the lox, and toasted to perfection. The chocolate croissant was buttery and flaky with the perfect amount of chocolate. I came to Caffeine for the waffle ice cream and left with more than I bargained for-- I received amazing service, the place was sparking clean and aesthetically pleasing and the waffle ice cream was HUGE and everything I could have hoped for and more! I was shocked at how much came on it, and how good it was! Definitely allow a little time for staff to create such a delicious concoction; you can't have something so great without someone taking an extra couple minutes to complete! 10/10 would recommend coming here! read more

I walked here to try something new and WOW! I got an iced honey bee latte, which was incredible. And avocado toast that was maybe the best I've ever had. I carried out but it is a very cute space and would be great to spend a few hours in working or studying. I will be back soon!! read more

Delicious, beautiful, welcoming. Croissants are perfect, lattes are dreamy. The people working were warm and kind.

Very impressed....love the decor (chesterfield sofas yay!). For our first visit i tried the veggie croissant and enjoyed every last bite. Had a hot peach tea with it. Clear glass mugs are a great touch, great vibey music in the background, good food, comfortable yet chic furniture. And definitely try the local fruit filled croissants. This was my 2nd visit to Caffeine. This place doesn't disappoint. My first visit only consisted of a good quality cup of coffee. Today however my wife and I ordered a mocha, vanilla bean latte and a breakfast croissant. The breakfast croissant was made fresh and came with a fresh and tasty side salad...both very good. Space is really modern and clean. The coffee is extremely strong and not that good in my opinion. We both had ice coffees my daughter and I and they were extremely strong. Which made then impossible to drink. read more

i went to caffeine during the Lakewood art fair and ordered a salmon sandwich and drink. granted it was a busy day due to the fair so management should have considered that. i waited and waited and waited as people who came after me got served before me and when I was the last person standing, the fellow making the food decided taking out the garbage was more important, even after I had asked twice if I could just have my money back since I was obviously not getting a sandwich. even after being reassured he would make it, it was still a wait, and after he had been handling garbage. read more

I've been here twice so far and loved it. The place is clean and very modern (feels like you're in a cafe in Europe). First time I ordered a salmon croissant which was light and tasty. The most recent time I went with a friend and we ordered the waffle-puffs (I think that's what they're called?). Takes awhile to make but the employee was beyond nice and the end result was tasty and aesthetically pleasing. I've never tried the coffee but I get an iced tea which is always refreshing. read more

Hopped in after an appointment in the building, had heard of the place but didn't realize they were already open. Their tea selection looked great but I settled on an espresso and one of their croissants, which was fantastic. The owners, Tony and Roman, were awesome and very passionate about their offerings. I would give Caffeine more stars if I could! The coffees I have tried so far are out of this world and not found anywhere else (a turmeric latte, a beetroot latte and a honeybee latte....I am sampling my way down the list). Each was made slowly and carefully with great attention paid to the creation and presentation. I can't decide which is my favorite. I have, so far, enjoyed the salmon croissant (super combination of flavors I have not experienced anywhere else) and the chicken salad croissant (tasted like my mom made it on the spot). Both were served with a delicious and generous sized side salad. The inside vibe is addictively cool....sunlight streams in and there is an eclectic choice of seating (something just right for everyone!) with the most interesting techno music that is somehow relaxing and lightly upbeat at the same time. The decor is inspriational! The gentlemen who greet you and create your food and drink are very warm and welcoming.
