It is a hidden gem for people who are looking for a simple beach getaway. *** There is nothing fancy about this place except that it's ON the beach. So if you looking for a top of the line award wining resort, this isn't it. *** That said... The cabins are nicely sized and clean but are slightly dated and worn(wood floors have been loved etc). WiFi wasn't great, we definitely used some cellular and personal hotspot etc BUT you won't find a place on Long Island where you can get two bedrooms, a full bath, full eat in kitchen, living room and covered deck off the side of the cabin for the price you will pay here. There's common areas for BBQing and then you bring your food back to your room/cabin, or you can cook in the kitchen but who wants to do that at the beach LOL. There is also free snacks and beverages in the lobby for guests pretty much 24 hrs. Free simple bf foods like muffins, etc in the mornings too. They have day beds and hammocks on the backyard lawn but the entire point of staying here is that when you go up and over the stairs you're on the beach. They have beach chairs or you can bring your own. We brought a wagon and my husband was able to walk around the side to bring everything over instead of lugging your stuff up and over. Kid friendly, dog friendly quiet area of the beach. We got one rainy day and drove into river head for the aquarium and stopped in Mattituck on the way back to the resort for Magic Fountain HomemadeIce Cream. The kids (7&4 yo boys) didn't want to leave and have asked to come back every yr.

We went for a comedy show and it was awesome! I love this venue and will definitely be back for other events they have coming up. We saw Joe Devito the night we went, and for those who don't know him, he is hysterical! He's also such a nice down to earth guy who hung out with us for a while after the show. He talked to us, took pictures with us, and was just like one of us! I also liked the fact that when I took a picture with him, he wasn't that much taller than me! He's so cute and very, very funny! The entire staff that night was also awesome, very friendly and seemed to really have fun that night as well. We will definitely be back :-)

May 232425, and the morning of our departure to Jfk-Quogue, my sister in law became sick. At 4 am we called to cancel or get a credit to come later./ She was admitted to the hospital later that day. Sadly the Quote club would not give us a credit for future stay, sticking by their 21 day cancellation policy. We totally understand that policy, however with this occurrence, we would have loved the chance to come later with 800.00 towards our future stay. Lost a very unhappy customer, we will not be coming now or in the near future. Sick in Los Angeles

Joann, the woman who runs the hotel, does not call you back or email you back if you contact her in Jan - April to book your summer vacation. I also called her to book a 200 person event for the end of the season, and she blew me off! They are rude and have no consideration for people that need to plan ahead. I originally called the last week of January to get information on having my event, so I could make a decision and book a venue by mid February. She was supposed to get back to me right away, but after 3 emails I finally got an email back at the end of Feb, that she was on vacation, didn't have any information, because she was waiting on a call back, and she would get back to me on Feb 28th. She could have emailed me before she went on vacation to tell me that..but nope. The morning of Feb 28th I sent one last email expressing how I was coming out to the Hampton's the next weekend to book and put a deposit on a venue, and I looked forward to her response as she promised, later that day...nothing! I have still not heard back from her, and today is March 6th!

So, we grabbed them and went to our room. Strange check in. For the price you pay for this place, you'd think it would be more comfortable. The living room couch is old and uncomfortable, the WiFi isn't great, the ice bucket had bugs in it, but the kitchen was clean enough. The bedroom only has 1 side table, the bed was super bouncy and high off the floor, pillows were horrible, the bathroom has no sink space and no electrical outlet or fan. I had to sit on the floor in the bedroom to blow dry my hair. At least they had a hairdryer. The ironing board was so old we could hardly use it without damaging our clothes. The AC works ok - it's pretty cool in the living room but the vent in the bedroom is small and doesn't cool well. Needless to say, we won't be back.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating (although they weren't able to offer a later checkout which was a bummer because our last day was the only one with decent weather), but we were really pleasantly surprised. The cottages are the perfect amount of space (we had 5 people, 2 in each room and one on the pullout couch. Originally we were going to get a suite for 4 people with a cot, but they let us know that for the same price we could do the option we did which was really nice of them to let us know. There was plenty of room for everyone and the room was extremely clean and felt like it was recently redone! The only issue we had was that the hot water ran out pretty quickly (which with 5 people showering, was expected, but we had to shower pretty spaced out in order for everyone to have hot water). The cottage was pretty well stocked (the only thing we really had to ask for more of was towels. I'd recommend buying or bringing an extra pot or pan if you plan on cooking a lot, which we did. We brought seran wrap and plates and paper towels which made things easier. The oven was also a little tricky to work as it had no temperature gauge, but that might not be in all of the rooms or cottages. The A/C was in perfect working condition. The property itself was awesome - pool was clean and a good size with plenty of chairs and the water toys (paddle boats, kayaks, etc) were in great condition and we had help getting everything in to the water. There are picnic tables on the bay as well (we had a great view of the sunset from there). Stop and Shop was pretty close driving so that was helpful too if you plan on using the kitchen. It was a bit of a drive from town so I would definitely recommend coming with a car as ubers and cabs are expensive there, but it's not totally necessary (We were able to get an uber a few times with no too long of a wait). Overall a great experience and place to stay at a very reasonable price!

The beach was so nice with great service setting up our lounge chairs and umbrellas. We also enjoyed the cocktails at the tiki bar! We had the ocean front room, we had our own deck with lounge chairs and a table which was perfect to relax in the morning and at the end of the day! We will definitely be back!

The rooms are great...always clean, has a fridge, microwave, comfy bed, free WiFi and many other amenities. The view of Tiana bay, the waterfront deck, salt water pool, kayaks, and free breakfast every morning make for a great vacation in a beautiful spot. Danny and the staff cater to every need, with professionalism, are always friendly and courteous. I always stay awhile when I'm here and can't wait to come back. 10 stars!

The room, while decorated exactly as described, had a very musty, moldy, almost baby wipe smell to it. The quilt on the bed (while it was very pretty) was actually moist (I'm guessing from humidity) even though the AC was on when we arrived. Fortunately, we brought our own pillows bc their pillowcases were also damp. We were able to open the door to the grounds and air out the room, which I was thankful for. With all the covid info going around, I've started carrying Lysol spray if I'm staying out of town. It was a blessing that I had this, as it helped mask the smell, which was a bit overwhelming. From the way it looked when I was able to quickly walk the grounds, if you're able to score a cabin that is the way to go.
