    Nutty Mocha...fall special
    Jessica Q.

Cafe Divano is now one of my favorite coffee shops in the tricities. Their service is ok but their goodies are delicious!!!. I love their coffees, teas and handcrafted drinks!. This fall I tried their Nutty Mocha with almond milk and it was great!. I like their muffins, scones and biscotties. They also have gruten free products and you can replace your milk for a few cents more. They have great atmosphere, the store is at a pretty quiet location in Port Moody and I think that is why I like it so much. (Their store on Hastings can get pretty hectic sometimes). I give Divano 4 stars for consistency and good products. As I said, the service is pretty average and they don't clean up their tables often (sometimes you gotta clean up your own before sitting in).

Super cute cafe in a very nice neighbourhood! A bit pricey. The scone was dry, but the lemon loaf was quite delicious with the right amount of sweetness. The hot chocolate was a little tasteless.

Very convenient location for those living in this area. Its located near lots of town homes and condos. Pretty nice looking coffee shop, I been to several other of their location. I wasn't a fan of their drip coffee I find it too acidic but I was introduced their Gibraltar, thats a different story I enjoyed it very much. Its a latte with half the milk. They have several options of baked goods and sandwiches. Lots of tables and also several seating outside. Parking lot at the side or on the street.

Great latte and americano. Banana bread was normal, but hefty on the wallet. Other menu items are hefty too. Sour cream cake was alright. Table was dirty

Latte art and fresh baked goods.

Fresh baked goods. Good selection of lunch items. Decor and atmosphere is well done, comfortable and trendy. Lunch items include salads, sandwiches and soup. Coffee is 49th Parallel, and properly made for both coffee and espresso style. I would say I am a coffee addict and regularly drink at the independent coffee places in Vancouver and this place would compete quite well.

Americano & a beauty of a Pannini (-that I can only dream of eating.)

@caffedivano is an excellent cafe, serving @49thParallel coffee. A lovely peaceful location, great customer service and gluten free options for sweets. Also, this is a very dog friendly cafe with a water bowl and tables out front. Thanks for making the day even better Cafe D. I heart you!

    latte art. Nice leaf

They have an amazing soy London Fog. There are few seats but the latte is really good so it's worth a drive over just to get take away.

I like this little hidden gem. Great baked products, nice lattes. The only issue is parking if you drive.

My go-to café in the spring/summer time. Location is great. Quiet and relaxing. And their Spanish Lattes are something else.

Cozy, nice decor, great veggie panini, coffee and teas. They put really nice designs on lattes as well. Friendly service.

Four other people who came in (two groups of two) got their drinks orders before we did, which I thought was pretty rude seeing as there were two baristas behind the counter. The tiramisu tasted old -- the outer chocolate layer was hard and didn't taste like much, and the inside was dry and crumbly. A far cry from the creamy tiramisu I had elsewhere. I don't know if we were just unlucky because, judging by other reviews, the food is supposed to be good. My cappuccino tasted watered-down and my partner tells me their flat white wasn't much better. The ambiance is lovely, sure, but the food and drinks were nothing to write home about. We won't be back.

I ended up getting a breakfast cookie and a London fog, both of which were great. The London fog used stone-ground tea which made it nice and strong. Even though it was pretty sweet, it was balanced with the tea. The breakfast cookie tasted a little like banana with lots of walnut pieces and dried fruit. Very soft. The cafe had a calm and almost intimate atmosphere. The design feels down to earth.

The donut itself is soft and fluffy, the filling is nice and creamy, and the crackly caramelized sugar on top gives you that classic crème brûlée experience. It's good, but for me, it wasn't quite the type of donut that all the hype made it out to be. The other flavours were enjoyable; I do wish they were a little more innovative. It feels like there's room to be a bit more creative with the menu. One other thing was how quickly they "sell out." Maybe they genuinely do, but it almost feels like they simply make a very limited quantity each day to create that sense of demand. The location also doesn't do them any favours. Parking is difficult, it's right along a busy road, and it's not exactly the kind of place you casually stop at. Overall, the donuts are good quality, especially the crème brûlée, but I personally don't think they're worth going out of your way for.
