The inside is a bit small, so smaller crowds are better and it does tend to get crowded later in the evening and on weekends. The garlic knots were interesting -- VERY heavy on the butter/garlic topping stuff - so much so it cakes the bottom of the pan. I can see why that would appeal to a lot of folks, but for me and my kids, we found it to sort of just make the knots soggy and mushy instead of that nice balance of dough crisp bread and flavor. Overall, probably on the 3 1/2 star scale for me with the wait/service issues and mostly average flavor.
