As for parking, their a few spots located upfront otherwise there's a limited amount of street parking in the area. Lastly, the only seating available is the patio which is just to the left of the window where orders are placed. Part of it is covered and has ceiling fans. Today, I chose their country ham biscuit and London fog. I didn't know that the London fog was not sweet, but it did not disappoint if you are an avid tea drinker like me. The country ham biscuit was served warm with a pepper jam (a little heat, but not too spicy). They brought out my food to me and want you to leave the dishes because they will buss them for you. Staff is friendly and helpful, they also make any drink to order. The ambience is inviting and on a Sunday morning, quiet. Definitely enjoy coming here for some peace and a good drink.
