Hair in the food enclosed with the lid.

I just left Zupas Syracuse with 2 takeout items. When I got home I found a hair sticking out from the lid. I then pulled it out and it's over 5 inches long.

I'm so excited to have zupas in Syracuse! I was worried they would be a little crazy with their new opening, but it wasn't! I was super impressed at how quickly they made everything and the staff were so friendly! I ordered through the drive-thru and I was the 4th car in line. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I noticed the manager was out there teaching the staff how to navigate the drive-thru and they did a really good job. Be patient with them since they just recently opened. The drive-thru in this location is a game changer for sure! So convenient and there are 2 lanes. Since I go to the one in Layton regularly, I knew what to order and it tasted just as good! The soup is wonderful and the sandwiches were warm even when I got home!

We go to this location often since it opened near our house. The food is good but the price is a little steep. I don't necessarily mind it because I feel the food is good but I don't think it makes sense to feed a whole family here. It's good for just me and my husband though. I wish they added more meat on the salads. It's a very small amount and for the price, it should be a larger portion. The toppings are also pretty lacking in QTY as well except for the lettuce. They give A TON of lettuce and then a few pcs of each topping including the meat. Additionally, any toppings over 5, costs like 60 cents a pc. Once you see how little of each topping goes on, you will def want more than 5 toppings to make it a substantial salad. They do mix your dressing into the lettuce which is a plus and the toppings do taste good. I also enjoy the soup options like the chris (tomato basil and cauli soup mixed) and the chicken enchilada. I do think the large soups are worth the price compared to the salads. They also give you a chocolate covered strawberry and a roll with each full size meal so that is nice too. The food tastes great and I haven't had anything that taste bad there which is why i am giving it a 4 stars, but the pricing does make me want to score it lower.

We were visiting some friends and they raved about this place so we had to try it for ourselves. It's a walk up and order type of place. All of the food is in front of you so you can see all the ingredients. They have a pretty large menu that offers alot of sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts. The people behind the counter were pretty nice. They were very busy. It does get a bit confusing, who does what and what part of your order you're supposed to tell who but we managed. I got the combo meal with a sandwich and soup and it came with a huge chocolate covered strawberry! Yum! Nice touch! The sandwich was very fresh and tasty. I had the mushroom bisque and it was fantastic! It also came with a big roll. The chocolate mouse cake was delicious too! I wish we had one of these in San Diego where we live. This is a place we'll definitely return to when we come back and visit.

Passing through Ogden and the 18k reviews were spot on with Door Dash! The food was delicious but I was even more excited about our surprise chocolate covered strawberries! Such a special touch from a business that shows they take pride in their services! I highly recommend!

It's a nice looking place inside and out, but the food kind of reminds me of hospital food - so yeah no I don't like or recommend it here.

The whole family appears to work there, and everyone is so sweet and kind. The place itself is neat and clean and bright and welcoming. After looking over the menu, I decided to order a few things to try. I had the pan fried dumplings, the stirfried bok choy, and the garlic fried rice. The dumplings came out first, and we're very tasty. The stirfry bok choy was both beautiful and delicious - perfectly cooked! And the garlic fried rice... What can I say - it was delicious! There was so much of it, I had to take most of it to my hotel room for breakfast the next morning. The owner came and sat down at my table and chatted, and it was a pleasure meeting her as well as her whole family. This is a great place and when and if I pass through the area again, I will definitely eat here!

It's a family-run restaurant with an open kitchen, so you can see every dish being prepared right in front of you. It doesn't feel like a typical restaurant--it feels like you've been invited into their home. And what truly sets this place apart is the people behind it. The father took the time to walk us through the menu and explain each dish in detail. The mother shared the cultural and historical inspiration behind the plates, connecting the food back to the Philippines in such a meaningful way. Their son served us with professionalism and genuine kindness. You can feel the pride, love, and intention in everything they do. What we ordered: Pork Lumpia with Sweet Chili Sauce - perfectly crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. Sizzlin' OINK Sisig - served hot with an egg on top... bold, savory, and absolutely addictive. Lechon OINKawali - crispy pork belly done right: crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. Pancit Noodles - THE BEST NOODLES EVER!!!! And for dessert: Banana - Bowlicious - fried plantains tossed in cinnamon sugar, topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle... the perfect sweet finish. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the fried sweet plantain banana desert but I have to say that the flavor still lingers in my mouth and my heart! Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The sauces are clearly made from scratch, and the flavors are rich, authentic, and beautifully balanced. And the value? Unbeatable. We ordered appetizers, three main dishes, and two desserts and the bill left me speechless in a good way :) If you're looking for authentic Filipino cuisine with heart, story, and flavor this is the place. Highly recommend. Thank you for an amazing last dinner in Utah! I will absolutely be back.

My husband ordered the sausage butter croissant and was surprised it didn't come with egg - just sausage, cheese and the croissant. I even double-checked the menu to be sure and they do have both - an option with egg and one without. He gave it a 3/5 and said it would've been much better with egg. I went with the egg and cheese on a butter croissant. It was definitely on the greasy side but that's to be expected with a croissant. We shared a sweet roll, which was pretty good but the real win for me was the free samples. They were handing out bites of their baked goods - pumpkin chocolate chip, a white chocolate cookie of some sort and a mystery muffin - and I snagged a few for us. Overall, pretty good for a quick breakfast!

Not only wasn't it crack chicken with that wonderful creamy sauce, it was Turkey - with no sauce on it. Not even mayo. And it was on plain bread. I showed it to the girl at the counter, who took it in the back to show someone and came back and said, " Yes, that's crack chicken." When I pointed out it was, in fact, TURKEY, she turned to help another customer and ignored me. So, not only is quality slipping, but so is the service. And apparently, there's a chef who doesn't know his own menu and can't tell chicken from turkey.
