Worst customer service ever, waited 2 1/2 hours to get one patch out on a tire because I told them I didn't want to replace any tires and therefore no money for them. They waited on everyone else and moved them in front of me. Last time I brought my car here they stripped the lug nuts and I ended up paying a few hundred dollars to get them fixed. My friend brought his car here and the wheel came off on the freeway !!! Dangerous place to do business with. Unfortunately I bought my tires here years ago and have warranties here with in the tires. Never again because their free upkeep and maintenance isn't free in the long run and they make you wait as long as possible. Disgusting business and beyond poorly run. Ryan "took care" of my car!!! Woke up to a low air pressure tire so I drove 5 minutes away to the nearest Discount Tire. By the time I arrived, my tire was completely flat and I was informed that it couldn't be fixed. I already had an idea that it was getting close to me having to replace all of my tires. The tires that were currently on my vehicle were originals from when I purchased it new a couple of years ago. I decided to change all 4 tires at once not realizing how expensive tires are nowadays...whew! Oh well, I sucked it up and had them mounted while I was in the vehicle. I immediately informed the young tech that I would have to remain in my vehicle because I have autoimmune issues and cannot be exposed to a lot of people. The team were thoughtful, professional, and accommodated me by allowing me to remain in my vehicle. I would've given them 5 stars however, I noticed that everyone working there were of Mexican descent (or Latinos) which is fine. I am a Black Latina woman wondering why aren't there any Black people working there. The business should always reflect the community that it serves on every shift. read more

I always get my tires here and have always been satisfied with the service. I realize that getting new tires isn't anyone's favorite thing to do, but this place is good about getting you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I had an unfortunate incident (nail in the sidewall) with one of my tires after on having bought it TWO WEEKS earlier, but these guys really helped me out and I'm thankful for that. I was told my car would be done in 30 minutes. 35 minutes later I come back and they haven't even pulled my car in to be serviced because they had "an appointment show up" when I was pressed for time. This is not my regular location however since it was close to my home and my car was driving weird as if a tire was low I chose to stop by. This was today which is a Saturday and I arrived at 5:00. I thought they closed at 6 but unfortunately for me they close at 5 pm. All their bay doors where open and they had a few vehicles in a couple of the bays. I asked one of the guys if they could check my tires real quick and he said yes. About 2 minutes lates, Noah, approached my drivers side window to inform me that they closed at 5 and where no longer checking tire pressure. OMG! Really?!? When I expressed my disbelief and asked to to just check the air pressure as they are not opened on Sunday so I really needed them to just check the pressure. With a smugness he asked 'which tire'. OMG! Little boy how long does it take to check all 4 tires? I was so outraged after I have been a customer for over 20 years and have spent ALOT of $$$ on tires for several vehicles and this little punk couldn't go out of his way to check all 4 of my tires. I'm so grateful he checked one and reported that is was at 32 and should be at 35. I asked if he was going to add air and looked at me as if I was asking him to do a rotate and balance. I despise this location so much! I will NEVER EVER EVER return to this location! I will drive to I-10 east or visit one of the many shops on Freeport St. read more

Brought my car on December 4th to repair my front passenger tire. Woke up the next day to find the same tire flat. As I wait for the second time to get my tire repaired I noticed the person making the repairs took off the wrong tire. You would think they would of looked at the computer and seen it was the front passenger tire. Disappointed because I need to come back because they don't have the tire I need in stock. read more
