I texted them via Yelp and chatted with Eddy, an appointment was set and I received a date that was favorable. Before that Eddy also came to check my Terrazzo before he started the work. Eddy is likable and generous in his information sharing as well as his work ethic. His crew, Juan is also easy to get along and had thing done right. They started the work at 9 am on Jan 28th worked non stop until 2 pm and Juan came back to finish on 29th the next day. The reason being that the floor has to dry before they can move to the next step. After the job was done, my Terrazzo's looks naturally amazing. It so shine that I thought there is a pond of water on it, seriously. Eddy Recommended against artificial seal as it will cause problem in the long run, I agreed. Naturally shine works for me. Thank you Eddy and of course Juan for taking great care of my floor. I almost make a terrible mistake replacing my Terrazzo floor with artificial floor. I would be regret, had I replaced it. Mastic Masters had a crew clean out all the expansion joints, fill them with grey mastic, and then press tan sand into the top of the mastic, matching the dominant color in the pea gravel. All done in one day and they cleaned up all the mess before leaving. And for far less than I had assumed it would cost. I could not be happier with the job Mastic Masters did. Bill P in Houston

I was very interested in that porcelain tile that looks like wood, and both of those places did not have a large selection. Also, both places charged $35 to give estimates, which I paid just so I could get a comparison. Forsyth gave me an estimate for free, and they had literally hundreds of different options for that porcelain tile. And thinking about it, it makes sense that they would be so much more on top of stuff since flooring is their entire business, and it's only a small part of what places like Home Depot or Lowe's deal with. After they did the measure, we talked about my budget and switched the upstairs section to laminate due to some floor issues that would make porcelain really expensive in terms of prep work. They had another huge selection of laminate samples to work with and I ended up picking out this awesome color (pattern?) called Oregon Spruce from EarthWerks that I have gotten so many compliments on. I would absolutely use Forsyth again - I felt really comfortable with them working in my house and they did an awesome job on the install. Obviously, flooring is pricey - I paid a little under $7,500 for around 900 square feet of porcelain and laminate - but if you saw how great my floor looks I think you would agree it was worth it.

The last time we were supposed to meet to go and pick some materials out it was a Friday and I waited on him for 1.5 hours before it got too late. I got a little mad and I told him to tell me when he was available vs. me waiting on him. When I didn't hear from him by Saturday, I sent him a note and said, "Julio is my job too small for your company to take on? I'm getting the impression it is and if it is please just let me know." Julio responded back to say the job wasn't too small. "I will get it done for you. I am working on the schedule for this up coming week. I apologize for the set back. I will get it done for you." I responded that I was thinking the job was too small and that he was just being too polite to tell me. He responded back again and said, "No mam. We value all our customers. We will do the project. Please allow me to finish my schedule and I will put you on our list for the week." I never heard from Julio again so I went with ACE Hardware handyman services, who did a fabulous job for me; did everything I asked; and the actual cost came in $1,000 less than the estimate - which was very unexpected and appreciated. As a matter of fact, I think they did such a fantastic job that I am having them come back and do more work for me. So in summary, I do not recommend Liberty Kitchen, Baths and More. Lack of follow up and no customer service. But I do recommend ACE Hardware Handyman services!

When I contacted him, he said it was because he never received my Zelle payment. Instead of simply letting me know there was an issue beforehand, he chose not to communicate at all. When I tried to resolve the situation, I was met with a rude attitude rather than professionalism. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend working with him.

Also, they trimmed my hedges, edged all my other lawn, cleaned my driveway, trimmed my bottlebrush tree, took away my mess. I have never had such pristine service.
