She explained the distilling process in a way that was informative without being overwhelming, and her passion really showed. She kept things moving at a great pace while still making time for questions and conversation. Another special shoutout to Renee, the bartender. She was fantastic -- friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled at what she does. The tasting was smooth, well explained, and enjoyable, with Renee making sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of while walking us through each pour. Between Tina's great tour and Renee's excellent service at the bar, the entire experience felt well run and memorable. Each floor includes a tasting sample along with a recipe card, which was such a nice touch and makes it easy to recreate the drinks at home. We even came back the next day, but it was still out of stock, which was a bit of a letdown. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. They were all super tasty, my favorites were the coffee and rum punch. Highly recommend stopping by for great drinks and the tour if you have time. They have a happy hour and limited hours but when they're open, there is almost always people enjoying their rum drinks.
