Kevin & his crew are amazing! I had them install artificial turf at my mother's house. They ran into many issues with the sprinkler pipes not being buried very deep, but the crew was patient and repaired anything they accidentally broke during the installation. A few months after they completed the work we had to have the turf removed to repair a sewer line. Kevin worked with me to come to an agreement on the price to have his crew reinstall the grass. He assured me that we would never even notice it had been dug up for repairs when they were done. The crew arrive late one afternoon to complete the job and did an amazing job. Overall, Kevin & team delivered and did a fantastic install. They are clearly experts in their field of artificial grass and have years of experience from another big named artificial grass company. As you can see from the before and after pictures, it came out great. However, it would be remiss of me not to mention that it was not without complication. My wife & I have held out on getting artificial grass for a long time due to visible seams and overall unrealistic looking grass throughout the industry. When we had Kevin come out to our house for the quote he reassured us that longer pile height and S Seams would take care of this very important issue to us. Unfortunately, the day of the install Kevin was sick and didn't make it out during the install. There was a break down of communication and we ended up with straight seams instead of S seams like we requested and were promised. Nonetheless, we reached out to Kevin who answered every phone call promptly and "made it right" so to speak. Kevin had the team come back out promptly and corrected the mistake. We are pleased beyond words with the job that Kevin & his guys did for the backyard of our townhome! We had concrete pads surrounded by rocks that were a maintenance nightmare, especially with two dogs. Kevin & his team came in and built up the grade for a more even elevation between the turf and hardscape. They were also able to manage some unnecessary irrigation and ensure irrigation still ran to our lemon tree.
