I initially reached out to Julie years ago to get laser hair removal and it went well. I recently returned to Julie to address drooping facial skin and lines after weight loss. Everytime I looked in the mirror, I was not happy with my how much older I looked, even make up did not help. Julie suggested the scarlet, collagen and later botox. I was willing to try, but have to admit a bit skeptical. I have only done one of the three recommended Scarlet treatments so far, three weeks of drinking collagen, and one round of botox and I am already noticing a significant difference. The first day, my husband and daughter said they couldn't notice anything, but after two weeks both of them commented how my face looked different without me asking. By different, i mean my face dropping skin has tightened up and my wrinkles are a lot less significant. I am excited to see what the next few treatments produce. Received multiple Fraxel treatments from Julie. After each treatment I had a few little brown spots which were fixed after the next treatment. After the final treatment, every part of my face that was treated, more than 50% was covered with large dark brown patches. She denies that this has anything to do with Fraxel; however, it is only on the parts that she treated that I have the dark patches. To remedy this, she offered to treat me with Cosmelon for hundreds more. This was three years ago. I have tried everything possible to fix this problem. All I can do is buy expensive hydroquinone and retina a and stay out of the sun every single moment of every day which is impossible. I can't believe I paid someone to destroy my face. read more

Where do I even start? First of all this spa is absolutely adorable. So clean, all the staff is so friendly, they give you a tour and really make you feel at home. BUT... Dr. Logani is absolutely amazing. From the moment you meet her, you feel like you have known her for years, on top of being incredibly talented. I got the laser genesis treatment to help treat acne scarring on my face and I could tell a difference in one session! Also, it takes about an hour, but chatting with Dr. Loganj makes it feel like you're done in minutes. The esthetician sent me home with some great samples... Seriously 2 days later the girls at work told me my skin was GLOWING! I cannot wait to go back for more treatments. They literally do it all! Botox, laser, lashes, facials... Had several Fraxel treatments done by Julie in the last 12 months. What a waste of time, money (thousands of dollars) and undue suffering. No positive results (only complications) and she kept telling me to come in for more sessions to charge more money on top of the few thousands already spent. I think not. I really question the equipment she use in being outdated or not fit for purpose. Good luck trying to get her to work with you on any issues because she will just try to get you to buy more treatments or products at expensive prices. Feeling duped by her. I have gone elsewhere for Fraxel treatments and am seeing positive results. Caveat emptor!!! read more
