Over the course of 2-3 months, I visited him multiple times, asking for advice, having him look at diamonds I was eyeing, sending inspiration photos, and trying to figure out that what I wanted was basically a Frankenstein combination of multiple ring styles. Still, he entertained every idea I had. He told me more than once, "I don't want to take your money if you don't want what I'm giving you." That alone says a lot about how he runs his business.
