Out haul.... Even had leftovers to take home.

Been to many of the BBQ joints around the valley like Mission, Wild, Bobby Q and the rest and this place has the best we have tasted. We got the 3 meat tray with corn casserole and macaroni and cheese as our sides. The side were solid! The corn casserole is different and very good as a Corn bread replacement. The brisket, and ribs, pulled pork and we also got the burnt ends. All were excellent. The ribs were fall off the bone tender without falling off the bone. The burnt ends maybe had too much sauce but still were excellent and the brisket was meaty and moist. Definitely worth the drive.

My husband saw a review by a YouTube content creator. I was at a conference and came home to take out he picked up. I had a little of everything on my plate. Not pictured is Burnt Ends. I had a piece and it was meaty and very tender. The St. Louis Pork Ribs were bought for me but hubby had a taste. A half rack was 2 meals. Aunt Susan's Corn Casserole was tasty. The Texas Red Chili is deliciously seasoned. The macaroni and cheese is excellent. Oh my goodness. I would drive there for that alone. The ribs were tender and tasty. I didn't need any sauce. I am particular with my coleslaw so when I saw it I was skeptical. It had a different taste. It was actually good. When I saw the receipt it's Lemon Poppyseed Coleslaw. I was pleasantly surprised. I understand customer service was great! The food warrants a dine in experience.

Our food from our first in-person experience!

We've visited their Gilbert location several times but this Peoria location is much closer! Great outdoor seating area that's covered and the inside is open and clean. Picking up an online order today for Father's Day was simple and easy. There was a line out the door but they had a dedicated space at the counter for online orders. The family of 4 dinner is the perfect amount of food. Brisket and tri-tip are our favorites. Extremely flavorful and juicy. The sauces are delicious as well but honestly, you can eat the meat plain and have a ton of flavor. One thing I'd like to point out is that the service is extremely good. The lady who helped us with our online order went through the entire bag to ensure everything we ordered was present. She also gave us the complimentary sausage for Father's Day, which I thought was only for in-person dining. Much appreciated! There's nothing worse than getting home and finding out something is missing or incorrect. Our takeout here was perfect and they did not skimp out on portions like some restaurants do with takeout. All in all, my favorite bbq location in Arizona that I've personally visited! Looking forward to their North Phoenix location to open!

New barbecue hotspot in Peoria. The meats are great, both the lean and juicy brisket are moist and tender, pulled pork is very good, and the ribs had a great bark, moist, nice smoke and fall off the bone without falling apart (the best). The sides are a step above any other barbecue spot I can think of. Texas chili (no beans!) has a touch of heat. Macaroni is flavorful and not at all gloppy. The lemon poppyseed coleslaw with bits of Granny Smith apples is very unique. The lemon was a bit pronounced for me but my wife is obsessed. The corn casserole is also very good. The bar is limited basically to what's on their menu, but what they do offer is good and a bargain. The ambiance is sort of an upscale Rudy's. Did I mention the ribs?!

Go check them out! I'm glad they opened a location in the west valley! I am pleasantly surprised with the options, flavors, and overall service! I got the Family Meal for 8, a quart of Mac n cheese, and 2 jalapeño cheddar sausages. It was quite a spread and my most favorite items were the brisket and the ribs! There was plenty of flavor, strong peppercorn, and everything was well seasoned. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors as well as parking around the location. The service was so friendly and hospitable. You can sample the different items so you know where your dollars are going. I loved how the employees came around to check in on tables and asked if anything else was needed. Overall, I'll be coming back!

Was super excited to try this place. The outside is very nice - large patio area with the tables and picnic tables, fans, and the little table fans to keep the flies away. I appreciated the huge menu when you first walk in the door. We had 6 in our party plus my toddler. We ended up deciding on the family of 8 meal. After you decide what to order, you walk around the wall and there's a counter to order sides. I wish there was another menu there because even though I literally just looked at the menu, I didn't know the sizes, which sides we were getting, or what was happening. It was also Friday evening with a long line so I felt bad. The lady asked what she could get me. I guess I should have told the girl it was our first time? I told her we were doing the family of 8 meal then she said we got the bigger containers of two sides. Then the guy at the other end gave us onions, pickles, and jalapeños. It was just me and my sister so he didn't give us enough, but after I told him we were doing the family meal, he gave us more. And added bread. It feels like the meat counter should be first? Happened again there and the girl asked what we wanted. I told her we were doing the family of 8 then she explained the options. The ordering experience was just weird. We got pork, brisket, smoked turkey, corn casserole, coleslaw, added a smoked sausage link, and got my toddler Mac and cheese. The pork was great. Nice and tender and it paired well with the house sauce. I love brisket but this one missed the mark. It was 80% fat on all the pieces we got, so that was disappointing. The smoked turkey was good. I really enjoyed the sides - the lemon poppyseed coleslaw was surprising, super refreshing and paired well with the meats. The corn casserole was delicious. The jalepeno cheese sausage was ok, definitely would not pay $9 for a single sausage again. My toddler did not like the Mac and cheese. I'm not sure if there were green chilis in it or maybe it was one of the cheeses, but I couldn't find anything else on the menu she would eat. We spent $150 for our family, which is cheaper than if we each got a meat and sides, but still expensive. I'd like to go back to try the ribs and hopefully have a better ordering experience.

Caldwell BBQ had been on our list to try but we just never made it to the east side of town for it. SO happy there's a location close by us now! The BBQ here is fantastic!! The employees were so welcoming and friendly and there is lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We did the family of 4 meal for $65 which is a great deal. We added on a half jalapeño sausage and some desserts. The meats are all so tender and flavorful!! Some of the best brisket we've had. For the sides we really liked the Mac and cheese and corn casserole. The beans needed something to it but were filled with meat bits throughout. The coleslaw wasn't really my cup of tea but I don't really care for more heave based vinegar recipes. The Texas sheet cake and banana pudding were delicious! We've also tried their sliders and all equally amazing and served on a pretzel bun. Looking forward to the next meal from here!

We came here for family dinner on a Friday evening and I've been really looking forward to trying this place! There is plenty of parking around the front sides, and they have a really awesome patio with tables and chairs picnic style, fans, and little table fans to keep flies away! The menu has a huge selection of food to choose from right when you walk in the door, and they also have some great options for merchandise purchases. We went with the family meal deal, but walking around the restaurant to place your order and go through the lines was very confusing. When you walk around the corner from the first menu, you're supposed to pick up your sides and toppings there. We got a family meal for eight, and I swear we got six pickles and maybe five onions. We asked for more and they were super stingy with the toppings. We weren't asked what we were ordering, they just asked us what sides we wanted, but we didn't even know what size to order, because there wasn't another menu around the corner. It would probably be helpful if they asked what we were ordering so that we could tell them, and they would give us the appropriate size side. Seeing as it was our first time there, it was very confusing and also overwhelming when you have such a big menu to look at. I also think that the meat counter should be first, not after the sides, unless there is a better way to explain what you're actually doing since there isn't a menu right there. The girl at the counter where the meats were explained it a little better for us once we got up there with our sides, which is where another menu is located. The food on the tray was amazing. We got pork, brisket, smoked turkey, coleslaw, corn casserole, and I got a sausage link to try. The pork was really yummy and super tender, but the brisket was very dry and it was more fat than actual meat. The turkey was amazing! The sides are incredible, and the lemon poppyseed coleslaw is very unique and yummy. The sausage was good, but nine dollars for a sausage link is a little extreme in my opinion.

Walking in, it feels like a classic BBQ spot with a rustic, open-house vibe. There is plenty of seating along with plenty of food options to choose from, and the service was absolutely amazing. We were greeted at the door, and someone checked on us in the middle of our meal to make sure everything was going well. The staff were all very friendly, and the food was flavorful and delicious. The setup is almost like a lunch-line style--you grab a tray, tell them what sides and meats you want, and they serve everything right onto your plate. Before you know it, you've got a full tray of great food all to yourself!

Warms my heart to see one on the west side now. Been driving an hour one way to hit up the other locations. Now we can feast even sooner! Same great smokey taste and same great sauces! Usually go with the 'family of 4' meal and add on as necessary. Brisket is usually on point and devoured quickly. Pulled pork is fork tender and goes so well in a sandwich or by itself. Mac & cheese is delicious and so is the cornbread casserole. Do yourself a flavor favor and come stuff your face!

If you like tender, well seasoned brisket & ribs this is the place to go. Sides I've had are mac n cheese, potato salad, & beans. Beans are savory, but everything is okay. I go primarily for the meat. Cannot go wrong!! Service is always good & fast. Great indoor & outdoor seating.

This bbq spot is going to be a hot spot for sure! Now open and we're glad we stopped by to try their bbq. Food was delicious with really good meat / side options. The corn casserole OMG I could order a tub of that alone. The man that helped us cut our meat selections was very friendly. Inside there is a lot of seating and room for large parties if you're planning on coming with a large group. There's also a lot of outside seating to enjoy your meals. We will be back in the near future to satisfy our bbq cravings!!!

This is one of my favorite bbq places to eat and I'm very glad they decided to build a restaurant close to me. The food here is delicious and they have a wide variety of bbq. I definitely love the smokiness of the food and overall the food is delicious. If you're craving some great bbq I would highly recommend this place! The people here are kind and helpful and love the open space dinning area great for big or small families.

We decided to try it today for Mother's Day and it was the worst decision ever. I placed my order on the app on Saturday afternoon, for pick up on Sunday at 4:15 PM. I got to the restaurant at exactly pick up time and there was almost a dozen people standing in the waiting area. I finally got up to the counter and gave the girl my name, and she turned around and looked at the table and then said we're working on that. I was very aware that it's a holiday and it was going to be very busy, so I walked in with patience because I knew that I would probably have to wait a little bit. The same couple of people stayed in the waiting area, but there were several that were coming in and out and picking up food as well. It was very confusing. One gal finally walked up and asked for an update on her order, and the girl behind the counter said that they had to fulfill all of their dine in orders first, and they were just now getting started on all of the go orders. I cut in and said, how is that fair to everybody who placed pick up orders for an exact time? Some of us have been waiting here for almost an hour. The girl looked at me and said that they were doing the best that they could, and it's like this every year. If it's like this every year, why aren't you changing and adapting to better suit the needs of the customers who are coming to provide business to you? If it's the same every year, clearly something is not working and there needs to be changed. The girl did not apologize, there was no manager out there to help her at the counter, or reassure the customers that their food was coming. There was zero communication. I finally got my food after about an hour of being there waiting. I was very close to canceling, but it ended up coming out. Mind you, I had a homemade cake in my trunk that was melting. When I finally got to my destination where my family was, we didn't have barbecue sauce, and all of the food was room temperature at best. What a terrible experience and a waste of $100.

Issue #3: I had to ask 2 different people and wait 10 minutes for a cup of ice for my water. Issue #4: my husband opened a bottle of ketchup to put some on his burger and the bottle literally exploded. Ketchup went everywhere. It was all over my husband's face and clothes. It was all over my clothes and arm and all through my hair. His burger was covered in an avalanche of ketchup. This is clearly not normal for a bottle of Ketchup. The server seemed baffled and was going to leave my husband with his meal that was drenched in Ketchup even after he asked her what would have caused the bottle to explode like that. I finally asked him if he was comfortable eating the food and she then offered to have it remade. Now the food: Burger (after being remade) was average. Chicken tenders were average. Mac and cheese and baked beans were not good. The positives: Loaded potato peels were delicious. Would definitely recommend those. Server kept my husband's soda refilled. The lady doing the bingo games was awesome. She played good music and had a good vibe with everyone in the room. I think (hope?) they were severely understaffed, hence the extreme wait times for service and food. All in all it took 2 full hours from when we got there to the time we were able to get our bill paid and leave. I cannot imagine wanting to return here unfortunately. The other patrons seemed to be having a good time with the bingo host as well. It seems this place does attract regulars but most seemed to just be drinking beer and eating onion rings. Maybe that's the way to go!

I would prefer to dine out as the burger would be more fresh. A 15 minute dive can lower the quality of the sandwich especially if the bun doesn't stand up. However the burger did fine. Overall this beats any of the chain burgers. It was seasoned well. Was it a knock your socks off burger. No. But I'd give it a 7.5-8 out 10. I'll be back to try out the other burgers.

He had a good laugh saying it was nothing like it would be in PA since it wasn't with the kind of cheese they use and it had mushrooms. I wasn't expecting mushrooms either since I didn't see that listed, but I love mushrooms, so it was a nice surprise for me but would be a bad surprise if someone didn't like them! We sat outside but the traffic on 99th made it hard to converse. Maybe a little privacy fence/sound barrier could make it more pleasant. Friends ordered the regular burgers and said they were fine, but were off put that combos substantially more. All of us would have preferred paper over plastic cups, but were pleased at the paper liner and reusable basket since that's the minimal waste and no-plastic/styrofoam we prefer, so 3 cheers there.

I knew that this would be great just by smelling the BBQ aroma in the air. We shared the BBQ Brisket Sandwich with added corn and an added grilled poblano pepper. This was a giant pile that you need to eat with a knife and fork. But they don't get the 5 stars for generous portions. They get the 5 stars for taste. This started off on a very tasty bun that was baked with cheddar cheese and jalapeno peppers IN THE BUN. The smoked brisket was so flavorful and so tender and was a perfect mix of lean and fatty. That really delicious fire roasted poblano was the perfect delicious embellishment to the sandwich. This was really great. Hope they are this great all the time!

Pros: They serve alcohol. Including my favorite draft Big Blue Van. Brisket and pork both had pretty good flavor. Cabbage in the slaw was fresh. Cons: All proteins were cold. Like not even warm. Coleslaw even though the menu specified cilantro and jalapeño I only tasted raw Cabbage . Ribs weren't tender. I know they should have bite but mine was tough with a artificial smoke taste. Brisket was shredded not sliced. Service. Bartender was nice and personable but I sat for 10 minutes with a empty and she never asked if I wanted another even though the place wasn't busy. Bar itself is a sh!t hole no points taken off because they are remodeling. Overall the meal as a whole was meh! Decently priced but...I'm not sure if it was worth the trip.

If Korean BBQ is all about abundance, flavor, and the experience of gathering around a sizzling…read moregrill, Manna BBQ delivers on all three fronts. This meal was a satisfying all-you-can-eat feast that balances quality meats, traditional Korean side dishes, and crowd-pleasing appetizers, topped by superior service from Jimmy. From the moment the food arrived, the presentation set the tone. The table was quickly filled with colorful banchan (Korean side dishes), including kimchi, cucumber salad, bean sprouts, pickled radish, fish cake, and potato salad. While these sides may seem simple, they play an important role in Korean BBQ, providing contrast to the rich grilled meats. The kimchi was fresh and vibrant, with a bright red color with plenty of spice and fermentation. The appetizers looked like a strong start to the meal. The japchae (glass noodles) were well-seasoned, offering a slightly sweet and savory flavor profile. The gyoza had a crisp golden exterior, suggesting a satisfying crunch before giving way to a savory filling. One standout appetizer was the corn cheese--a bubbling skillet of sweet corn and melted cheese that looked indulgent, comforting, and impossible to resist. The fried chicken also deserves mention; the crispy coating was perfectly golden and paired with a vibrant dipping sauce that added a sweet-spicy kick. The real star, however, was the barbecue itself. The platters of raw meat has excellent variety, with beautifully marbled cuts that promised flavor before they even hit the grill. Steak, in particular, was thick-cut and rich, tender and well-marbled. Once grilled, the meat developed an appealing caramelized exterior with just the right amount of char. There is something uniquely enjoyable about cooking your own food, sharing dishes, and pacing the meal at your own speed. The tabletop grill becomes the center of the dining experience, encouraging conversation and making the meal feel more like an event than simply dinner. The restaurant's atmosphere appears casual, clean, and focused on the food. The grill setup was well-integrated into the tables, and the overall dining area looked comfortable without unnecessary distractions. The emphasis remained where it should be: on the endless flow of food. For the price point shown on the menu, the value appears excellent. The combination of unlimited appetizers, numerous beef and pork options, seafood selections, and traditional Korean side dishes offers plenty of variety. Diners can sample multiple proteins and flavors without feeling restricted to a single entrée. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned Korean BBQ enthusiast, this is a meal worth gathering friends and family around the grill for.

TL;DR The variety of food and some excellent service are…read morewhat brings us back. Notable lesson: Ask your server to let you know when the last order will be taken. Ambiance: Large dining area with ample seating. I'm partial to booths and this establishment has plenty. They also have tables in case you're not up for the AYCE. This is a place to enjoy food with others, especially with a grill in between. Not a fan of the smoke off the grill? There are no drop down exhaust fans that block conversations, but they're built into the table. Is it smokeless in the dining area? All I can say is if I can describe what people are having four tables away from me, I think it's alright. Food: Variety and choice meats are important, and they are both above sufficient for the two hours you get to dine AYCE. Whether you're an adventurous eater or not, there is something for everyone. I do stress it is a grilled food restaurant, so try not to expect much of some items like their bibimbap. Also, AYCE does not include drinks unless it's water. Service: We enjoyed every server we've had, but three stood out. Let's begin with the two who were especially unforgettable for good reasons. Emilee and Kelvin, thank you for your excellent service. Emilee's smile and manner made us feel welcomed and comfortable. As many tables as we saw her cater to, she never let us feel ignored. Kelvin is also a great team player. Just as knowledgeable of the menu as Emilee, he also jumped in to help so that none of the tables were left waiting. Both served us very well, and left us supremely impressed. When there is a time limit, this is absolutely important. No customer wants to feel like they paid too much to receive so little and wait for so long, regardless if it's AYCE. Which brings us to Sue. My husband remembers Sue as the server who refused to take our order after an hour, but most of her service time spent changing the grill (which is bizarre considering she didn't take many orders from us; more on that later). We sat at one of her eight booths at 11:34 am, and she abandoned us after taking two orders and changing our grill multiple times. Maybe Sue expected us to order all the items we wanted, stack all those orders on top of each other for the first hour, then the second hour we should just eat and not bother her anymore. I understand she didn't have a helpful team member, making service slow. I'm sure she knew her limits and so was quick to serve fillers like corn cheese and gyeran jjim. Another notable fact is our receipt showed we ordered multiples of items, but we NEVER recieved as many plates as she entered (because she didn't come to our table that many times to allow us to order). I am sorely disappointed she literally abandoned us for 30 minutes when we wanted to make our last order. When she finally came back to us at 1 pm, about 1.5 hours after being seated, she told us we've been seated longer than two hours and she can't serve us anymore. How did we pass the two hour limit when the restaurant opens at 11:30 am and she stopped serving us at 12:40 pm. If she had not abandoned our table and took our last order at 12:40 pm, we would have finished and left before the two hour time limit. Overall: 3.5 stars but rounding up because of other well-mannered representatives like Emilee's sister. 5 stars for all the times we visited and were not served by Sue. 2.5 star experience being served by Sue. Please don't enter orders that were not delivered; that seems fraudulent. Please be transparent with your customers when it comes to AYCE rules and your capability.
