Jordan was awesome. I wanted to get my boyfriend's car detailed but we couldn't find anywhere that would respond as fast as Jordan did. Called in this morning and he allowed us to come the same day. Out of all of the quotes, Jordan's quick, detailed and professional response got me hooked. Some other quotes somehow didn't understand what I needed, even going as far as offering me a quote for ceramic coating, even though I originally requested a car wash. When asked questions, he answered them fully and thoughtfully. His service is above par and deserves recognition. The pricing is affordable. I had asked for a car wash and added in the comments that my car had a ceramic coating with a PPF in the front. Jordan knew exactly what to do and offered an exterior hand wash including the door jambs with vacuuming. I found this spot because my sister in law had a full paint reconstruction and ceramic coating done on her Cadillac a few months back. My husband and I tagged along to drop her off to her car and after checking out the work he did, I was intrigued. I didn't contact him right away because my car was still under a lease but I definitely took down his info. Once my lease was up and I bought out my car, I decided I needed a good cleaning inside and out. Glad I contacted Jordan. Not only is he professional, he also replies promptly and is extremely thorough. I sent him a message on Monday and was able to have my car detailed that following Friday. Luckily, I have Fridays off because I did have to drop my car off for a few hours, but it was manageable. Ps my husband helped by being my ride, and thanks to him I didn't have to Uber at all ;-) Anyway, I booked myself for a wash & wax and interior shampoo. About an hour after I dropped my car off, he sent me a message to check about adding a trim dress to the exterior trims before doing and/or not doing it. Thought that was very considerate - not to mention he let me know to bring a towel to sit on as my seats were going to be wet. When I arrived to pick my car up, it looked great! Though I selected the Gold package that has the clay bar detailing, Jordan suggested that since my SUV is in a decent exterior condition, it is not necessary to get that detail and recommended the Silver one.
