However, changing the price after an agreement was disappointing. I came here based on good reviews and recommendations. Keeping your word matters if you want returning customers.

I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none.
