So instead of apologizing for what happened they responded with it being my fault. That's not how you should run a business. I don't know if your system made a mistake or what but I had Ann's card in my hand when I made the online appointment. I made the appointment with Ann because she did my nails so well the last time I was there. You leave out the part that I was told Wendy would be able to do at least ONE of the pics I gave you (I showed you 4) you picked. Then when it didn't turn out she didn't even remove the polish completely. I have color around the edges when I asked for it to just be removed and put clear over my fill. The problem is your behavior when I complained. You looked me in the face and told me you never said she could do what I showed you, you told me that I never gave you options, and you had the audacity to tell me that there isn't anything wrong with what I paid for. THAT IS A PROBLEM. In fact I'm going to attempt again to post pictures of it. All you would have had to do was APOLOGIZE for a bad experience and move on. But instead you double down and say it's MY fault. Every other customer as they were leaving told me to go back in and say something (I was standing outside talking with a friend) so other customers saw this behavior and saw it as a problem. I wasn't going to even say a word. But then I did and this was your choice in a response. I will FOREVER tell everyone that asks how I was treated when I made the attempt to tell you that you made a mistake.
I came here after having an ingrown toenail.. it was so painful so I decided to go in, the gal who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She took her time with my nails and was thorough made sure she got the toenail issue fixed. I ordered the cucumber pedicure which smelled really good... the gal who gave me the pedicure did a great job on the massage too, very relaxing! I will be back!
Kevin took great care of my daughter. No appointment, she just talked in and was taken care of right away! My daughter showed Kevin a picture and he did his absolute best by using his time to make her nails look almost exactly like the photo. In my opinion Kevin went above and beyond! I told me daughter if she continues to get her nails done to make appointments with Kevin! I'm sure everyone else is amazing too, but I got to sit there and watch his artwork.
I was disappointed with my last set at my usual place that I go to. I had gotten my nails done earlier that week and just wasn't happy with them so I decided to try Cali nails and spa based on their yelp rating. They did not disappoint! Amy did my nails. She took off the old set without hurting me. She did a new that was absolutely stunning. I was so happy! Very clean designs. And she was fast! I was in and out of there in a little over an hour, which is amazing given the takeoff and the full set and the design. The interior isn't super fancy. There's not a lot of decorations hanging on the walls. But I think I've found a new spot. I will definitely come back here for my next set or fill. Oh yeah- the pricing was good too.
I'm super basic so I don't typically get my nails done but when Spring and Summer hit, I make it a point to get my toes together. I was able to get a last min appt online for a basic pedicure and they were able to take me to the chair as soon as I came in. They have a pretty good selection of gel color options, and the pedicure packages start at $35 for a basic one. It is $15 extra for gel polish, but get the gel polish. It won't last you if you don't. The basic pedi gets you the typical foot bath in warm water, nail trim and cuticle clean up, foot/leg scrub as well as a foot/leg massage. Wendy was so great. She offered me cold water to drink and really took her time with my whole pedi. I didn't feel like she rushed through it at all. She even did 5 coats (base, 3 coats polish, and top coat) whereas most places will only do 2 coats of polish. She did a really great job with the polish and even went back in trim my cuticles back farther for nice, neat toes! They do accept card but 2% transaction fee, otherwise you can send venmo or zelle. They just ask you to not indicate that it's for nails! I love that they have online bookings and last minute availability for a busy mommy like me, so this will be my new go to spot in the area for my pedis.
My irreparable, damaged nail cut occurred July 7,2025 so this review is submitted in case that employee is still working. I originally would ask for Ben to do my mani-pedicures and he was wonderful and consistent! However, on this date Ben had done my pedicure and was going to start on my manicure when the woman who was upfront answering phones and rushing all around, told him to go do someone else and she would do my manicure. I so regret not speaking up and refusing. Ben didn't seem to have any say. The woman would stop and go answer the phone while working on my nails and was not focused on what she was doing. It wasn't until I went out to the car saw blood on my nail. I should have gone back inside and confronted the woman. I decided to go home and wash my hands thoroughly. I assumed the nail would heal with care. The nail never healed, and the doctor says it is ONYCHOMYCOSIS and because of its location, the nail will not adhere to the nail bed so I will be stuck with having a permanent disfigured nail and/or losing the nail. I am so upset. The only reason I am submitting this review is to warn potential clients to realize how important it is to stay with your person you have requested and speak up right away when you know something is wrong.
Would give 0 stars if I could. See pictures for what I wanted vs what they did. I showed him the picture multiple times and when I told him the length wasn't right he gave me attitude and said "well that's a lot of work do u want me too" and I said yes bc the picture shows shorter nails And then when I showed him the shape again he said well u said square which idk when I would've said that but it was just a matter filing them again at which point I said just put white polish on it This place only does a good job if they are slow I've had multiple bad experiences bc they are rushed and Andrew the head nail tech is rude and I made an appointment and still was rushed Idk why he would think I'd want these and I left crying
I have never been more disgusted with a salon in my life. To give a back story I came here with my daughter to get her a full set. When we were done I sent Zelle for $55 and tipped $5 cash. The Zelle was taking forever to clear so I told them I would just get cash in the car. When I got to my car around the corner someone had smashed into the side of it. They were still there so I called the police and my insurance. Meanwhile the owner Tan Pham continued to call and text while I was on hold with the police department. I was still in the parking lot. He then started to text me nasty messages saying I was a bad mom with a dirty face and all kinds of despicable things. Once the report was made I walked back in with the cash and he started yelling at me saying I tried to steal from him not even understanding my car just got smashed in the parking lot. I asked for a receipt of payment and left. I am literally going to tell everyone i know to stay away. I have all the messages he sent and will have them posted on yelp and other social media outlets.
Great service and quality, did not feel rushed at all. They took their time on my pedicure and deluxe gel manicure and the massage was long, big extra points. I'm pretty picky about my nails and often will go to a place once and never go back. I will definitely be continuing to go to Cali nails. Will be recommending this salon to friends and family in the future.

A friend referred me to come here. I got denied after they asked me what type of service I wanted. My response was regular manicure. I think it's BS that they told me they don't have time today. It's 2:00 p.m. and they close at 6:00 p.m. I would have respected the denial if they told me they didn't have time today before they asked me what type of service I wanted. I truly feel like I was declined service because I wanted a regular manicure which is probably one of the least expensive services they offer. read more

French Acrylic Nails (no special shape) $70 + $10 tip. I came here for the first time due to the positive reviews. I had a pleasant experience and Andrew was very fast. I am happy with my set overall. I did notice the edges weren't as clean as I would like. They also charged me $10 over the listed price ($45 french, +$10 tips, +5 acrylic color = $60 per their "menu") I'm not one to argue or be rude, but it did feel unfair to be overcharged. Had I gotten a special shape (tapered or almond) then I wouldn't mind the extra charge because that's listed on the menu. There was no extra "shaping" tho and it felt dishonest. Hence why only a 12% tip. To which the lady at the desk asked "that's it?" I felt that was fair considering my experience. read more

Andrew has done it again love this recreation! My first time ever having holiday themed nails!!!Each time I come my sets are more beautiful than the last ones. The staff is amazing always attentive super friendly and hard working. Support Cali nails you will not be disappointed. Most importantly Andrew's ability to make you feel welcomed in his establishment. Whenever I call to make an appointment he knows who I am greets me by name his wife also. Those are the little things that make me continue to be a repeat customer. He runs a business but also does the hard work. Needed to find a new spot to get my nails done and found Cali Nails online so I took a chance and I am so happy I did! They always work to get you in as soon as they can. And I love that about them. Andrew has been doing my nails ever since. My first experience has been the same thus far and that is so hard to find, especially in this day and age. Most shops get you in and out while still charging an arm and a leg and you never know what the results will be. When I found Andrew, I came to him wanting all these fancy full set designs I've seen on instagram but have never been able to replicate with anyone else. He is able to complete every single nail style I have ever asked for! I love to get them sups fancy!!! And he delivers EVERY TIME!! From regular to extra long or square to coffin, he gets the shape perfect every time. And makes sure my nails match sizes on both hands. They have all the best nail polish colors. From regular to cat eye to gel, they carry it all! They have such a vast array of colors to choose from. But my favorite are the blue book gel colors. They even carry all the best rhinestones and nail embellishments and glitter accessories to really update your nails if you want and they don't charge a ridiculous amount of money for all the fun stuff. Not only all of the above but all the technicians also give PROPER pedicures. I was used to paying $50 for a pedicure that was basically a quick foot wash and nail color change. Cali Nail technicians ACTUALLY take their time on your pedicures. They make sure every toe is nicely done and they do a complete massage! I even get cucumbers in my favorite pedicure option. I was so used to not getting a massage before I'm mad I didn't find them sooner. They take their time and massage your feet and legs so well! And my toes come out so pretty every time! One of the best parts is my nails are always so durable! Even though they are super long, I never have issues with breaking or cracking. They always last me longer than 2 weeks. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Cali Nails and Spa if you are looking for proper manicures and pedicures! read more

First time coming here. Since moving out this way, I have been searching for a bomb nail tech and finally found Eric! He literally nailed the exact style I wanted. Nails are consistently filed, shaped and even throughout. Nice to chat with. The salon is nice and big. I'll be back for sure! read more

I've been struggling to find a good nail salon in this area, and finally found one! I was really nervous, but Eric did such an amazing job with my nails. I wasn't sure on length and color options but he was incredibly patient, kind, and even showed me samples to ensure I was happy with how my nails turned out. The entire staff was kind, friendly, and professional but Eric truly exceeded my expectations! read more

Went with some friends to get our nails done. We were there for about an hour and a half. Don't get me wrong, I love how my nails turned out but the process took forever. The woman that did my nails looked like she was new. I showed her a photo of what I wanted which I thought was simple. She didn't even know how to do it. I had to give her suggestions. She finally figured out a way but it wasn't what I wanted. My full set cost me $80 which was more than I expected since it was a simple design. Safe to say I won't be back. My usual place takes 30/45 minutes and the designs are flawless. read more

Yes my nail art was beautiful, yes my nails are now split down the middle and in horrible condition. I believe this place uses MMA glue which absolutely destroys your natural nail. At the time of application I was unaware and didn't even bat an eye, but about a week ago one of my nails was causing EXCRUCIATING pain. I made the hard decision to clip it off. I knew soaking wasn't an option as I had a sinking feeling some skin was exposed underneath, and it was. This process continued and less than 24 hours later I had 3 nails split down the center. I am now sitting on 7 after removing all my nails, and you can imagine my horror when I went to remove 4 and was met with some of the worst pain I have felt in my hands. I don't usually do reviews, (this is probably my first one on here ever) but I had to this time because Cali Nails is the place to go! I was searching for a place to get my nails done, so I went in at 11am on a Monday as a walk-in. They sat me down right away, I showed Tai the design that I wanted and he absolutely nailed it! He did a great job with the nail shape and color choice. My experience was really pleasant and the shop was clean. The set and design I got ended up being $80 total. Super worth it, and I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area! read more

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've been here. Nail Technicians are friendly. Shop is clean and they can usually do any design you request. I called for prices before we went and was quoted $50 for short nails acrylics with gel polish, $60 for long and if I wanted a shape it would be $5 more and $40 for fills before designs. I was charged $125 for my medium full set and $75 for my daughter in laws. We also got the cucumber pedicures which is listed for $45 but we're charged $60 each. If you use a credit card they charge 2% more. Total we paid was $320 for two full sets and 2 pedicures. read more

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP !!! - May 2021 I have been going to Andrew for the last 3 years to get my nails done. I followed him from another shop he used to work at (Dream Nails)! First; I have to admit I come to him with very elaborate sets with designs and diamonds. I am very picky and particular and also like my nails pretty long. Andrew is the most talented nail tech I have ever met. I trust him with my designs and have never once left unsatisfied. Andrews work is meticulous, shaped perfectly, always even. My diamonds never fall off before two weeks!! Over the years Andrew has paid attention to my likes and dislikes, gotten to know of my family as well. Our visits include catching up on my personal life. If your looking for someone who cares about your preferences and not focused only on the money - he's the one! His pedicures are also incredible, I always go for the cucumber pedicure. Andrew squeezes the cucumbers and exfoliates my legs with them when finished ! Alice also does really good pedicures ! I systematically spent 5 weeks fighting pain and Un comfort on my toenail as a result of a botched pedicure. I started to have issues wearing my shoes I wore to work on a regular basis. I had to buy new once. Don't get me wrong I love buying new shoes but having to do it because the once I have hurt my nails is not pleasant at all. She was cutting my nails like normal all of a sudden I feel a pinch. I looked down and that's when I noticed she was going to cut my nail to much. When I said ouch and my nail started to bleed bad. She sprayed alcohol and hurt even more. She continued to finish my pedicure at this point I just wanted to leave but I sucked it up and decided to let them finish and not return. As she continued she showed me what she cut and placed it at the bottom of my leg. I looked at her and she said nasty. I was like no not nasty that's my regular nail.(though this to my self). She than said it will be much better and won't hurt. Little did she knew it only hurt after she cut it and still hurts to this day that's why I decided to leave a review. My nail was bleeding the whole time she was finishing my pedicure, the whole time she was spraying alcohol on my nail. I am still not comfortable going to get a pedicure again, which sucks because I really liked going for a spa day as a treat and miss it. But going through this HELL of pain is not worth it, so I will stick to doing them myself. I'm hoping my Doctor can help me since it looks like it's getting to be an ingrown toenail! So I'm giving this place 3 starts because I loved it before this incident however the pain is telling me that I need to give them 1 star. No nail salon should give you pain! read more

I was pretty nervous trying out a new nail salon after spending so much time with my usual one, but my mind was put at ease once I saw my nails! I worked with Tai and he was amazing! We collaborated together to come up with the design, but his skill was the foundation. I came on a Monday to get my nails done for graduation, and wanted a nude glam moment- they got me in and started right away. He was super helpful in helping me choose the right shape and length for my hands (which are sausage-esque). I will definitely be returning when I need a new set! read more

I'm here visiting my parents for an extended period, and desperately needed my nails done, of course I get on yelp to search for reviews and photos. When I stumbled upon this gem, and the photos provided were impressive, especially since I love having designs done. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday and was able to get in with no problem. I came in at my scheduled 2pm appointment, I did have to wait about 15-20 mins before being seated at a table, once seated I showed the nail tech the designed I wanted and requested to have my nails dipped and not do the brush on acrylic. I was then transerred to a different nail tech, probably because of the design I requested, not too sure. Ann did try to sell me on doing brush on acrylic, but I declined, I've noticed that the dip is more durable and can last up to a month or longer if needed. She understood and did my nails, and I was very impressed with how meticulous she was, making sure that the nails were evenly shaped, the cuticle clean was excellent, when it came time for my design we did a little tweak and she free handed the design and it turned it out beautifully! I will definitely come back when I'm in town. read more

By far, this is my favorite spot to get my nails done. I was recommended by a coworker, am glad I give it a try. Andrew is a true artist, he can design my nails however I like them. Believe me, I'm picky when it comes to my nails and he can rock them out lol. I have never been to a nail salon that is constantly packed. And it is a family owned. Everyone there are very friendly and takes their time to care for your nails and pedicures. Considering how busy they are, they do take walk ins. I highly recommend this place. Found Andy on Yelp and he was able to squeeze me in for a last min same day appointment before an upcoming trip to Disney. He does amazing work and is quick! His nail art was amazing too! The reviews for this place are DECEIVING. My gel color started chipping hours after I left the salon. I went in the following day to have them repainted and they reprimanded me for "the placement of my hand in the uv light" I was in shock. Not a week later and the gel starts to chip again. Save your money, customer service and quality of the work is not worth it. read more
