Walking in we were greeting with a smile, Lady Cherry was/is very professional, lively, Cheerful, attentive and informative about the dresses. Are intention was to just browse, but found what my Goddaughter was looking for here, Repunzel themed dress, with the help of Cherry and her assistant my Goddaughter tried on the dress and Cherry put different crowns to match the dress. Allowing to take pictures, because other shops we couldn't touch or take pictures. Here it was all hands on. Thumbs up. Will be coming back and referring Cali Queen Dresses to friends and family. If I could give it a zero I would. Went today trying to find a dress for my mom. The older lady at the store was very blunt and rude. When asked about dress size, color, etc, she would comment that that would not look good. We have never experienced this type of "body shamming" from anywhere. Wouldn't recommend this place, there were many other stores on pacific more accommodating. read more

I ordered my dress the size the blonde girl recommended. When it arrived, I had to call and ask if it had arrived. When I went to try the dress on, the blonde girl again, helped me. When she was trying to zip up the dress she had the audacity to ask me "Damn girl did you gain weight!" The dress did not fit me and needed to get exchange for a bigger size. The blonde girl was trying to sell me the dress on the manikin. The dress was already ruined and tried on by many women. I paid for a brand new dress, the store management was trying to explain to me that they only exchange and will no longer be able to exchange again. When I explained to the other girl how rude and inappropriate their blonde girl was with me, no apology was given. Don't go here trying to buy a dress, overpriced and horrible customer service. read more

This is the worst place to buy a dress. They guarantee you a dress and they don't get it as they promised. Then they have you come back several times to try on different dresses and promise to get you the one you want again and when you go pick it up. No they don't have it.
