Friend ended getting sport jacket, shirt, slacks and tie. He needed alterations on sport jacket sleeves and slacks. Total price was over $325. They get you on the alterations. Which now leads to getting it done supposedly at 3pm the next day. Employee lady asked the alteration person if it could be done. They said yes. This would've been perfect because my friend has no transportation other then another friend would be in the area to help him pick it up. And immediately have to go home to beat the traffic. But noooo, it didn't happened. So this is the next day and they're there to pick up. Employee says not ready. Won't be ready til 6pm. *&%*$#. That's an additional 3 hours. No consideration. So they waited and waited and then it was done about 5-ish. They picked up and left because they were tired and wanted to leave. No discount to compensate the extra time waiting. PLUS, they messed up on the sport jacket. It didn't button. We think they did a switcheroo. Another word be bait n switch. The sport jacket he had tried on earlier and purchased, he could button it. The one received could not be button. We are very disappointed in their workmanship and customer service. It was wrong to take advantage of customers. We won't be coming back nor recommend this place to others.

They asked us to wait outside until they had someone available to help us out, which is understandable. there were 2 older ladies waiting with us. After a min they let us in and someone greeted us at the door. We went our way. As you go in, on the right hand side they have a "stage" with a piano in the middle (this is a step high) one of the older ladies did not see that step, tripped and fell onto the stage. Which is definitely a hazard. The owner comes out furious from his office yelling at the employee and asking why was she trying to go on the stage. The employee was trying to explain that she tripped on accident. At this point, I'm very upset. The owner does not care if the lady is ok, if she is hurt. nothing at all! all he cares is about his damn stage. I jump in and suggest maybe they should have a sing to watch their step to prevent this from happening again. his response "was I talking to you" - in a rude tone! I said, "no, but I work in customer service and I know about customer care. Instead of you checking to see if the lady is ok, you're worried about your floor!" Instead of going back to check to see if the customer was ok he told me " TO GET OUT OF HIS STORE!" I will never do business with someone that doesn't care about anyone but himself!

Hearing that in front of all six of my bridesmaids was humiliating and completely unacceptable. On top of that, throughout the appointment she was visibly judgey, making faces while we tried on dresses instead of being supportive or helpful. When we told her the color we wanted, she assured us it was available, but after going through the whole process and being ready to purchase, we were told they didn't actually have the color. The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and ashamed instead of excited, which is the exact opposite of what dress shopping should be. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

At the first fitting, Jerry proudly presented the finished suit and shirt, walking me through every thoughtful detail. He explained the stitching, pointed out how the trousers were subtly tailored at the hem to drape perfectly over the shoes, highlighted the custom embroidery, and even showed the sweat guards sewn into the suit--along with countless other details I would have never noticed on my own. His enthusiasm and pride in his craft were unmistakable, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about creating something exceptional for his clients. I thought I was coming in for a consultation, and I liked the fabrics and patterns we came up with, but he was disappointed that I was not ready to throw down $4,000 for the custom suit that day. (He convinced me that anything cheaper in his shop wasn't worth my time.) I can see why he likes to close the deal the day of. The more I thought about it, the less comfortable I felt throwing down than much for this suit... I had a few other reasons, too. Anyway, I sent a message to the store the next day, politely explaining why that I appreciated Jerry's time, but the shop wasn't for me. Jerry ended up calling me, and I wish I hadn't answered. He started trying to get me to get his cheaper stuff that had already talked me out of. He was pushy, dismissive of my reasons and all around unpleasant. I think they have some off the-rack suits available, too, and I believe they offer tailoring, but I am no longer interested. He'll probably respond to this and be dismissive again, but those are my two cents. He has a nice assistant. I won't pretend it's bad quality. Still three stars.
