That's 30hrs in 30days for a teen who is still in school and has after school commitments. You can understand people have difficult jobs, but that does not excuse being rude, standoffish, or speaking to customers with an attitude, especially when many people are already frustrated after being given the runaround multiple times. Today was a perfect example of how poor the customer service is in this office. People come here because they need help, not to feel like they're bothering employees for asking questions. A little patience, professionalism, and basic kindness would go a long way.
