Thanks, Yolanda, for your expert and professional demeanor while practicing kindness. I appreciate you! My only complaint is the parking situation. The parking area is too small. It's frustrating when you have to drive around and around hoping someone is leaving so you can park in their spot. It doesn't put you in the best frame of mind to begin your business at the DMV. You can understand people have difficult jobs, but that does not excuse being rude, standoffish, or speaking to customers with an attitude, especially when many people are already frustrated after being given the runaround multiple times. Today was a perfect example of how poor the customer service is in this office. People come here because they need help, not to feel like they're bothering employees for asking questions. A little patience, professionalism, and basic kindness would go a long way.
