I went straight to him because the loose tobacco I wanted is kept behind the counter. I waited a moment for him to hold the call and acknowledge me. Instead, he held his hand up to me motioning me to wait, which I did. I gave him 30 seconds. That's when he motioned again for me to wait. I told him he needs to learn his business and walked out. Neighbor said they had the same experience with the same guy, as well. It's a shame because this used to be a nice shop with friendly, helpful staff. I hope there are new owners soon. Anaheim deserves better!

This is beyond the most upsetting and I've never dealt with a more pathetic individual in my entire life. Not only am I going to sit here and say that the person running this shop during the night is a petty person but also an entitled individual for no reason. Not only has this person demanded "tips" from me but has also taken money out of the my change as it is supposed to be given back to me. First off, a tip? Since when does anyone ask, and DEMAND a tip??? What individual feels entitled to STEAL money from me and think that it's alright? This person. Not only me has this experience with this person but I've seen and talked to other people I've watched him shake down for "tips". This place needs to update their employees on basic standards of human etiquette. Also getting upset with me for not tipping you is a sorry way to go about anything and a sad way to exist. Thirsty, and a greedy pathetic existence. After video tapping my interaction with this person and showing it to my lawyer who believes that I should consider legal action i believe the owner of this establishment should know what's happening here. Seeing as this person also stated to me that he is the owner and I've come to find out that that statement is far from true. In fact this employee is just a desperate, greedy money hungry hourly employee that believes he deserves a tip for his "hard work". A word of advice to the owner, everyone else working here is great except for the one person pressing people for money and then gets mad at someone who doesn't tip him and then steals from them, you should get rid of the nasty infection that's infecting your establishment. If you don't, tis person might cause your whole store to be the subject of possible involvement of a crime since stealing is a crime after all. .definition of "tip" -A gratuity (often called a tip) is a sum of money customarily given by a customer to certain service sector workers such as hospitality for the service they have performed, in addition to the basic price of the service. Also begging people for money or to press people for money is called "panhandling" Yes. Panhandling - "the practice of accosting people face-to-face in public to beg for money or other handouts - is against California law under PC 647(c)." In short this man is panhandling at his job like a sorry sad loser. With that being said, the near future will be very sad for this individual as when a complaint to the owner isnt sufficient enough. This is beyond just a little complaint. I feel bad for anyone having to deal with this individual. Im so baffled on how every other person working here is actually great and this one stain is just the total opposite. Good luck to this place in the near future, and I hope that people wise up and stop accepting this sheisty, disgusting behavior. Its unacceptable. read more

Ive been going to Smokeyz since it first opened. Its conveniently on my way to work, and has the best selection of Swishers ive seen anywhere. Just today I been meaning to look into the packs of Mini Swishers and they were buy 2 cigarillos get one free in a pack. So I stocked up! Besides tobacco products they also got a nice selection of pipes, bongs, rigs, etc. If youre into Hookah they got you covered in that department as well. I dont see myself going anywhere else unless I move out of Cali. read more

This Place ROCKS. they Sold me the YOCAN Herbal Vape. Its freak'n Cool... at first i disliked it. But if you clean it every 3 days or so it will work like new. Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!
