This spot is located in a shopping plaza and there are plenty of parking. Inside is well organized and clean with plenty of dining tables and cool wall decors. There is a wall-mounted TV displaying the culture. Once inside, I was greeted and welcomed to pick any open table. There is a table-top digital touch pad which displays the full menu and browse through to select items to order including drinks except for water which can be requested from the server. Many different selections for ramen flavor and dim sum!! Placed an order the following: ***Wonton ramen with bok choy and egg, mild spiciness $15.99 - 5/5 ***Shrimp and pork shaomai $13.95 - 5/5 ***Green tea (cold) $3 - 4/5 The server also provided some water as requested. The wonton ramen was sooo good and delicious! And I love bok choy anytime! The shrimp and pork shaomai was very savory and tasty! The chili sauce could be a bit more spicy but it was still good! The green tea cold drink was very refreshing and soothing, especially on a hot day. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Great customer service and very respectful. Will be back again when in the area. I highly recommend!

This is packaged and the noodles taste like it as well. The dumplings are sweeter than Shanghai which already is very sweet The wrappers on both the steamed and the pan fried is quite thick which, if you know about quality Shanghai steam dumplings it's all about the wrapper and the pan fried as well Chili oil has no taste, etc. etc.

He was saying initially the owner was running it out of a truck and then finally bought this fish market and converted it into the restaurant you see today. I typically stay with the standard pepperoni pizza whereas my friend will occasionally try their new specials. But no matter what pizza you get the pizzas are phenomenal. I usually can only eat half while I'm there, I take the other half to go home and I kid you not by the next afternoon that pizza is already gone, sometimes it doesn't even make it through the night. I guess that's why my friend tells me that sometimes he'll buy two pizzas for himself. They have plenty of seating inside as well as outside, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They offer beer, wine, and soft drinks if you're not looking for alcohol. There is not enough positive things I can say though about this pizza and you have to try it for yourself. But be warned once you've had this pizza it's hard to go anywhere else. Thank you so much for providing a great restaurant for the boys night out!

Good day, Yelpies!…read more As someone who has spent years chasing authentic Asian cuisine, I'm always amazed when an unassuming spot completely exceeds expectations -- and this Vietnamese gem did exactly that. From the outside, tucked into a humble strip mall, you'd never guess the culinary experience waiting inside. But the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted by the intoxicating aroma of simmering broth and fresh herbs -- what I can only describe as "Pho cologne." Honestly, if someone bottled that fragrance, I'd wear it daily. Yes, the menu offers the traditional Vietnamese favorites you'd expect, but every dish arrives piping hot, deeply comforting, and bursting with authentic flavor. The pho is rich and aromatic, the ingredients taste incredibly fresh, and each bite feels thoughtfully prepared. What truly elevates this restaurant, however, is the hospitality. The staff operates with a level of attentiveness that is becoming rare these days. Drinks are constantly refilled, every table is checked on with genuine care, and you can feel the pride they take in both the food and the dining experience. Even better, the restaurant is spotless and welcoming -- the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. Don't let the strip mall location fool you. Some of the best Vietnamese food is found in places exactly like this, where the focus is entirely on flavor, warmth, and authentic hospitality.

It was our first time visiting from the Bay Area, and it was truly a memorable experience. We ordered the chicken wings and calamari, plus two drinks. Our bartender recommended the Freak Show Cabernet, and it was delicious. I appreciated how attentive the team was: when I accidentally knocked over my drink, the staff quickly and graciously helped clean up, along with a few flowers I bumped in the process. I apologize for the clumsiness on my part. The chef also came out to greet us, which was a wonderful personal touch. Overall, we had an incredible time. If you're looking for great food and warm hospitality, I highly recommend The Exchange. I'll definitely be telling everyone on social media to stop by for a wonderful experience.

We sat inside, where the space features exposed brick, artwork throughout, and very comfortable seating... my partner specifically pointed that out. The layout includes a mix of seating areas, which gives it a more relaxed, layered feel. The bar area, known as the Ghost Lounge, adds a darker, more lounge-like element to the overall atmosphere. Service was excellent. Our server, Lacy, was friendly, attentive, and witty - easily one of the best servers we've had in a while. For drinks, I had a local Oak Farm red wine that was excellent. Others in our group had mimosas, which were well received... especially the grapefruit mimosa, which my partner really enjoyed. For food, there were several highlights. My partner had the chicken and waffles and loved it; I tried some and would agree it was very good. Another person in our group ordered the steak breakfast tacos, which came as a set of three. They only ate two, and I had the third and it was delicious and something I would recommend. Another in our group had the eggs Benedict and thought it was excellent. I had the biscuits and gravy with fried eggs. It was okay, but not something I would go out of my way to order again. In terms of value, prices felt consistent with the quality of the food, service, and overall setting. It's not a budget brunch spot, but it feels appropriate for the experience. Overall, it was a really enjoyable Easter brunch with great service, a comfortable and well-designed interior, and several strong menu items. I'd rate it a 4 out of 5, though if half-points were an option, this would land closer to a 4.5. We'd definitely come back.

I'm sure there's reasons why they don't, won't, can't carry them, but oh well. Getting used to Lodi being kind of a vegan food desert has been a bit challenging. There just aren't a lot of us veggie people here I guess. If you read my reviews you know I'm vegetarian. I review for people who are looking for veggie friendly food as a priority, and I include vegans wherever I can. Anyway now that Bridget W. told me about the Happy Cow app I will probably have more luck. Other than that pretty large gripe, this place is A Ok. Clean, quick service, customer service is adequate, food is made fresh to order, nothing too crazy. There are tvs to watch sports and the bathroom report is a pass with flying colors. It's usually packed full of families. But sorry not sorry, unless I'm not very hungry while out and about with my partner, we're going to pick Buffalo Wild Wings every time because they have cauliflower wings for me. So if someone reading this has any pull, maybe consider having the beyond chicken option that your website implies that all of your locations carry.
