Each time I've been here they always go above and beyond and are so friendly and helpful. I bought my tires here a couple years ago and was quoted the best price out of any other place I had called and i won't be buying tires from anywhere else but this place going forward. I had a nail stuck in one of my tires and they removed it at no cost to me and had it done in a timely matter. I have never had a bad experience here, only the very best. Came in because I bought a charger with 20" rims on it and the guy I bought it from didn't give me the wheel lock. Plus one if my low profile tires went flat. So instead of paying over $200 for a new tire I found some stock rims and tires online. They were the second place I went to and they took the wheel lick off no problem. I had a pretty big issue with my Mazda that the dealership was asking $2364 for in regards to an issue with shaking at idle. I'm a college student so that was not possible on my budget. I went here and talked to Marco who took my car in for two days (it was friday when i dropped it off and it was packed). It's a small shop so it did stay for the first day but they were able to give me a call with a full circle inspection of my vehicle. It's funny because they even had me drive my car to replicate what I was experiencing to one of the repair consultants which is why I gave it 5 stars. Update #1: At the end of the day he explained it to me, I only have to get a few things replaced and cost me around $500 while he stated the other things aren't contributing to my issue and can be dealt with later since my sway bar wasn't worn out and the end links weren't either. Update #2: I hate to not have my car for over a day so I called both days and the main person at the desk wasn't annoyed with giving me an update to make sure I knew when it would be done. My car drives fine now and I saved a lot of money as a college student read more

I have just returned from my second visit with these guys. I have to say they are extremely professional and their work is first rate. They are also very honest and saved me money when getting new struts installed on my Volvo. They could have charged me more, when it seemed I needed a new bushing along with the struts. This community shop is great! Parking is hard to deal with but just go inside and they will valet for you. Not many shops deal with UTV, ATV, and motorcycle tires and repairs because their machines screw up the rims. Marco was great, patched my RZR tire without TELLING me it had to be patched and plugged. I didn't want it plugged like some other shop said I, "HAD TO HAVE" at double the price. They are diversified with the products and services they provide, intelligent, and personable. They will try sell you on their products but not if you don't need nor want it (not pushy at all). Always comparable pricing and good when working with people on budgets. read more

Not only did I get a way better deal, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had a blow out and needed a new tire, so I came back here and found the same friendly faces who were eager to help! Not only did they swap my donut for the new one, but they reset the sensors and made sure the rest of my tires were at the recommended PSI level. All this in under 20 minutes, too! I'm extremely disappointed with the service here. I called around 11 to see if there would be a wait. I was told that they had a few people and then they would be on a lunch break until 1 and to come around that time. I got there around 1:10. He didn't mention anything about a wait time or the fact that there were x amount of cars in front of me. Now, I'm a fairly patient person. I didn't even say anything until almost an hour had gone by and my car was STILL sitting there. Marco told me that there was 4 cars in front of me, with one taking up a lot of time, and that they go in order. Which fine there is a wait but why wasn't I told? Why not tell me come back another day if that one car is taking up SO much time? All throughout this time I hear 2 guys (not sure if it was Marco and/or the guy at the counter) talking and cussing to friends on the phone. Telling them to come by and they will give them an estimate. I saw two trucks come in, and then one of the guys was out talking to them and giving them a quote. Which oh hey, that's what I was waiting for too! A quote. To get my window track fixed. Utterly ridiculous. Almost another hour goes by and Marco swings by to tell me the cost but that they don't have the part and won't until tomorrow and if I want to leave it. Ya no thanks. This is my car, what am I supposed to do? Walk home? A customer had walked in before upset because he apparently called yesterday and they told him they were working on it only to come in today and find out they hadn't even started yet. He was pretty upset and I don't blame him. What a joke. Seems like they will do anything to keep you there, including lie, which is why I was not going to leave my car overnight. And to be cussing at the front counter, in the lobby was extremely unprofessional. To be sitting around talking to friends, unprofessional. What is this? A high school teens shop? Get it together. If they had simply told me they were booked all day I would not have wasted 2 hours of my day. I work in customer service, being honest goes a lot further than lying to your customers to get the money. And no way would I be cussing on the floor. That's the kind of stuff you should get written up for. Part of that is my fault, I'm non confrontational. But don't let them have you sit there for 2 hours without even pulling your car in. Ya they never pulled it in. He walked to my parked car to look at the window and then get me an estimate. You couldn't have done that earlier?? To at least know if you have the part or not?? I have honestly never been so upset with customer service before. Sometimes people are rude but to have hours of your day wasted is unacceptable. What Riverside Lexus said was "impossible" they made happen , our brakes were squeaking Worse than before we needed to get them done , and the Alignment was way off.. I drove to CaliStreet to get the catalytic converter replaced on my 2000 Toyota Sienna. After providing me with an estimate, they suggested that the problem was probably not with the catalytic converter but just an exhaust leak (which could be repaired by a different shop that does welding). I brought the van to a muffler shop the next day and they were right, saving me a substantial amount of money. I highly recommend their integrity. read more
