I was in dire need of tires I bought a set here a couple months back and I've been super happy with them. I came in today for a nail that was lodged in one of the tires. I walked in without an appt and walked out within a couple of minutes. Very happy with the service. We requested a quote on new tires and the gentleman that assisted us stated our tires still had life in them so we will continue to use them but once they're done we will be coming here for our next set. This place is a joke. Called Marco (the owner) on a Friday, went over tire options, and set an appointment for Saturday to get new tires mounted and balanced. Upon arrival the tires were not there and the woman working said "we would have to go to our warehouse to get them, they should have been here this morning". I waited and waited and asked her what the deal was and her only answer was "the warehouse isn't answering the phone". Waste of my time. And to boot they won't answer the phone now. DO NOT GO HERE. I called at 4:30 pmthey told me any minute they'd have it ready and at 5:48pm they told me I wouldn't be able to get my tire til the next day. Really makes you appreciate the SMBs after first going to the dealership for a nail in the tire (with a tire warranty) and driving out because of the insane cost just to "evaluate"!!!
