After a repair in August 2024, I've had nothing but issues--mismatched paint, peeling, and a faulty grille shutter. Recently, I heard persistent squeaking and discovered that multiple supports on the bumper had snapped. When I reached out to my service advisor, I was pushed back and was told the parts were new and "couldn't fail," completely ignoring the reality of the installation. Because I needed my car safe for commuting, I replaced the broken aftermarket parts with actual Toyota OEM parts myself. Upon removing the bumper, I found shocking evidence of negligence: 1. The bumper reinforcement bracket was loosely attached to the impact bar and not mounted to the bumper at all. 2. Holding retainers were missing. 3. Screws were mismatched or missing entirely. 4. Electrical wires were installed incorrectly and left hanging. Despite their "Lifetime Warranty," they are refusing to take accountability for poor craftsmanship and unsafe installation. Proceed with caution.

Today after it rained it leaked again and my husband just had me take it to a reputable shop we've used before. They couldn't even repair it do to such a botched job. Tech who was working at this location on Saturday, August 10th, looked really nervous when he tried to drill a hole and was not confidante in his work. After drilling two holes he put pressure on the windshield and made ten inches crack that requires a new windshield. His first thing came out of his mouth, is that his manager told him that someday this would happen and today is the day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
