My girlfriend found this guy from an ad he posted stating he needed someone to tag along with him for car detailing work. My girlfriend in school thought it would be a great way to make extra money, so she reached out to him. Instantly he responds back and asks her if she's available in the next 45 minutes to work... I found this very sketchy because the only thing he knew about her was her first name, and he was offering to come all the way out to where she was just to pick her up. My girlfriend insisted that I let her go and see how it went, and then if anything happened, she would call me ASAP, so I told her to tell him to come pick her up from my address, which he did. Upon arrival, I noticed that there was one other girl in the car as well, so I was a little bit relieved, but as soon as my girlfriend got in, she texted me immediately telling me that she didn't know that there was another girl going to be there and that he just introduced her and that they were going to go do a cleaning together, all three of them, because supposedly the car was so dirty that I needed three people in order to finish on time. She told me she asked him how much they would be getting paid, and he ignored their questions. She also told me that he made remarks towards his clients and their cars, stating how he was going to charge her extra because of the hairs that were left in the vehicle. She also stated how she and the other girl were doing most of the detailing while Carlos spent a long period of time attempting to get this machine to work, and once it did, it took him less than 10 minutes to complete the task while they were still scrubbing and vacuuming the same spots for over 25 minutes, and he did most of the easy work. Once the work was finished, both girls discussed how they met Carlos and how much they were hoping to get paid. Carlos ended up dropping my girlfriend back off, and about 15 minutes later he sent her the payment for the service she did, and can you believe he only sent her $50?! I mean, seriously? She worked her ass off for only $50?? This man constantly critiqued the work that they were doing even though he knew that she was new to doing this for the first time and still ended up paying her only $50. He took advantage of my girlfriend and the other girl because he knew they were women, and he didn't have to pay them much for their work, and they wouldn't complain about it. This dude is very weird and sketchy, and I wouldn't suggest any woman looking for extra money to work for him.

This shop is very helpful with the convenience of working with enterprise and being able to drop off and receive your rental vehicle. My hat is off to Eli for making it an easy-going experience and keeping in touch. The technicians have done great work and have worked around some complicated things on my vehicle including my professional lights that I use for work.

We thought maybe it was the runoff or that it had drained down the block. We were patient. However, the oil wasn't a little - it was a lot. We took the car back and here were the different answers we received: sometimes the plug backs itself out, they didn't want to strip the threads so they didn't tighten it and sometimes this just happens. What? Unfortunately, we now also have our new car making a new noise and no confidence in this establishment. I feel compelled to warn others only because a car is such an expensive investment to have a company demonstrate such little care and attention to detail when doing their ONE job.

This was my first time buying a vehicle and I was extremely disappointed with how rushed the…read moresalesman made me feel. He said he had another appt an hour after mine and needed to hurry. We texted about details prior to me arriving but of course I wanted to see the vehicle and look paperwork over beforehand. He told me "full disclosure" multiple times and pointed out things that were not an issue for me. But failed to disclose the massive hole in the drivers side floor. They made sure to hide it with a paper mat when I checked out the car. I wish I could have had even 5 more minutes to inspect the vehicle prior to being pushed to sign. Additionally, I asked hours before arrival if this was ever used as a rental vehicle. My question was ignored and then right before signing the salesman mentioned oh yeah it totally was a rental. Grrrrreat. For the paperwork in financing, they show you a screen to sign but don't actually show you what you are signing. It was very disappointing. I needed a car so I allowed them to shuffle me through the queue as they did. I would not recommend them to friends or family. I will eat my losses and just pray there aren't worse undisclosed issues with the vehicle. UPDATE: the salesman called and apologized profusely as he was unaware of the floor damage as well due to the paper mat covering it. He said the dealership will cover the cost of new custom fit floor mats for my vehicle. If they come through on this offer I will gladly update my review to a more accurate rating!
