This is a nice car wash in Grand Prairie with a nice set up. I will say that the self-service bug cleaning station before driving in is not arranged in a way that's easy for incoming traffic to enter. If there are multiple cars trying to clean bugs off of the grill of their car at the same time, then it can cause a back up. They need to reconfigure that because it can and has caused a traffic jam that I've witnessed. After reading the reviews below, I got bamboozled. I wish I had known about the $10 unlimited car wash special when they opened. I was never informed of that. I just came for the free car wash that I saw on facebook and I opt for the cheapest wash that's about $7 each time I visit. Just imagine if I were only paying $10 a month as opposed to $14! Compared to other car washes in Grand Prairie, this is the latest and greatest. The drive-thru portion is nice and they even provide a sleeve for your back windshield wiper. I enjoy the light show inside and the vacuums are nice, have great suction, and make the interior of my car look great afterwards. The dry feature is great to prevent water spots on the outside of my car and I love it. It needs to warm up from this wintry cold snap that we are currently experiencing so that I can run my car through the wash again and vacuum my car. Luckily, Q keeps my car looking decent despite the rain, leaves, and dirty that have plagued my car since my last visit. read more

I do not recommend going to this Caliber Car Wash location. There is often trash around the facility, and the towels are rarely dry. In addition, one side of the wash (the passenger side) did not even appear to touch my car. My biggest concern is the billing issue. I canceled my original membership in November. When I returned in January, I signed up for a new membership and was given a new membership sticker. Despite this, I was charged for both the old and the new memberships for two months. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue. I emailed through the website, called the location (they do not allow voicemail), and even stopped by in person, but there was no manager available. Unfortunately, Caliber makes it very difficult to correct billing problems. At this point, my only remaining options are to file a complaint with consumer protection agencies and attempt to reverse the charges through my credit card company. If customer service is important to you, I would not recommend this location. read more

I don't go to this location often, I have had problems with the vacuum cleaners not working, no drying towels or what's available are still dirty. The grounds are usually not kept up, there is debris on the ground that is tracked back into your car, lastly you never find anyone except the guy in the tunnel or the one who cashed you out. My car is clean! This car wash is quick, efficient, and with a perfectly normal setup for navigating through and getting your choice of multiple car cleaning choices. The employee who greeted me was chatty and super friendly. The Basic is $7 and it goes up from there. It's right next door to Aldi's and just down the street from RaceTrac Convenience store on the opposite side of the street. And they actually have restrooms for customers and they are CLEAN. Drove 20 minutes and arrived at 7:45pm. They had the chains up and were closed. Hours of operation say 9pm. They were there and a couple cars were waiting to vacuum. They only had one spot open for those 3 cars. Very disappointed to drive that far and they closed almost 1 1/2 hours early. No rain!! Update: It's pretty easy to update your hours that still haven't changed. It's also easy to see that closing early at 7:45pm is not a normal thing. I can see closing at 8pm. But with cars still waiting on the single vacuum your guys just decided to pack it in for the day early because they wanted to. read more

Horrible customer service! I repeatedly asked for the tire shine to be turned off during my car wash. At first the attendant acted as if he couldn't hear me. I specifically made this request again. When I exited the wash, my tires and rims where full of tire shine oil. I attempted to report this to the "manager" who initially stated that my monthly package didn't come with tire shine, then stated that the button to turn this option off was broken. This place has gone down since new name and management... they kept my business when they took over because I loved that they had several locations in different areas BUT when I have to visit 3 different locations for 1 good wash is ridiculous!!!! My regular location has issues with the vacuum for over a month , my second location has no pre wash sprayer pretty much since they opened MONTHS AGO, my third has issues with the tire shine .. why am I paying over $32 a month when I can't get a a good wash !!! We got the $9.99 unlimited car wash special when they opened maybe 2 months ago. I should have like 8 check-ins by this point, if not more because it's such an awesome deal. And if you live around here, you know it's been a wet and muddy start to autumn, so we're not just stopping by for kicks. Although we could because it's conveniently located at the corner of Great Southwest and Bardin, right behind the Aldi (southeast of the 360 and I-20 intersection). I appreciate the strength of the water rinse, the blow dryer, and the vaccuums. DD enjoys watching all the colorful lights during the wash and the smell of their bubble gum soap. I was pleased with the wash I received and I love the free vacuums. I've been here multiple times. And every time for the most part my car comes out nice and clean. Workers are nice. They have towels we can use to wipe our cars, free vacuums and free mat cleaners. The mat cleaner machine is cool bc it's washes it then pops out mostly dry. I'd let it sit out to air dry bc it was a tiny bit wet still. As a car enthusiast, or not car washes matter lol... Beena customer here since Grand opening and never stopped coming they use quality and up to date material products. The staff is extreme attentive to "members" and "non members". Your not rushed into leaving right after your wash and dry... you wanna take 1 hour to clean you car or 5 mins. It doesn't matter if you have a luxury car or a dust bucket... You'll leave satisfied with your wash if not the staff will have you run it thru again. They use a rain water process (aka reverse osmosis) so you don't have those infamous spots they use a high quality foam compared to other car washes in my opinion, the next step would be a hand wash. And this location is perfectly place in the sun between 11-3 you most likely won't even need much effort to dry your car. read more

I decided to do the membership and was told that it'll be contract free and cancellation anytime. The managers are telling me it's a policy if you quit or get fired they won't give you your commission. While thousands of people in their own city had no access to water during a state of emergency, and a plea from the mayor to conserve water, they chose to open up and waste thousands of gallons of water washing cars. This place used to be nice. Now, they're definitely short on customer service and quality. I went through the car wash today, the rinse cycle is super short and weak on pressure. My vehicle was still covered in soap on the top and back. I asked an employee if they could rinse off the soap. He said, "nope,, we don't have a water hose but here's a towel to wipe it off". I was not happy. He recommended I drive back through. The guy at the area to enter the wash and pay said we don't have a way to rinse the soap off and it's what happens with SUV's here, but you can wipe it off. I told them I want the soap off or my money back. I drove through again at their recommendation. Still covered in soap! It wasn't worth spending any more time on, I went home and washed and rinsed my vehicle myself. Not worth the time as a car wash!!! read more

When this location opened the gentleman managing it was very detail oriented. It was always clean, employees kept busy cleaning the vacuum area, folding towels, providing great customer service and making sure people didn't blast radios. Haven't seen him there in a while now and it's since become a terrible place. Employees stand around on cell phones, vacuum area is trashy, trash cans are over flowing. They place towel carts on the sidewalk in the vacuum area but rarely have towels in them. If there are towels in the carts they are just tossed in there so not sure if they are clean or dirty. ///////// "BE AWARE - STAY AWAY" ////////// As a reminder ---- I recently bought a vehicle 3 months ago and decided to use Q-SPEEDWASH on Greater Southwest in Grand Prairie. My car was new and the body was in perfect condition although it had normal rain water residue due to the recent rain we had on Monday. While going through the car wash machine I heard a squeaking sound and also the car slightly rocked a bit. It sounded and felt like one of the washing/rollers was too close to the body of my car. Nevertheless, once I parked and wiped the vehicle down I noticed a black streak and surface scratches on the right rear quarter panel/door area. Calmly, I asked one of the employee's for the manager so I can report it. In the course of me explaining and showing the manager the damage, he accused me of "Having a wreck and stated he has been doing this for years". He continued with, "This damage was from a side swipe". I immediately told him the car was new and I am the only driver and it has not been in any accident....! He then blew it off and said he'll prove by pulling up the video camera system. I agreed, and said let's look!! He pulled up their video system on the screen and sure enough, the images on their video system did not show any damages but rather a light glaze of rain water residue. Despite the clear images on their video system showing "no damages" on my car prior to entering the car wash he continued to refuse acknowledgement, accept responsibility, or even offer an apology. WOW!! //// Update //// The owner/manager finally responded to my recent review and pretty much failed to take responsibility or even acknowledge their defective machine.
