Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I brought my 2022 BMW in for minor front bumper damage and was told the repair would take only 3 days. Instead, my car ended up sitting there for almost 3 weeks. Every single day I got a different excuse and a different promise about when it would be ready. The biggest issue was that they supposedly couldn't program the BMW headlights, but nobody seemed to know what was going on. I was repeatedly told, "It'll be ready tomorrow." After returning my rental car and going to pick up my vehicle, I showed up only to find out the car STILL was not ready. I then had to pay for another rental for an extra week because of their poor communication and delays. In total, my car was there for 20 days over a minor repair. To make things even more suspicious, they reportedly only told the insurance company the vehicle was there for 4 days. That raised major concerns for me. I've been here before, but this experience completely changed my opinion of this shop. The communication was terrible, the delays were unacceptable, and the entire process felt unprofessional from start to finish. AAA customers: you do NOT have to use the body shops they recommend. Shop around and read reviews first. I definitely wish I had. I will never return. read more

The entire experience was nothing what I expected no sense of communication no sense of urgency my car sat there for days untouched no inspection no parts ordered absolute silence. When I was told my car would be inspected the latest Monday 12/29/25. On the 4th business day I had to call to get status information I expressed to Cory my discontent and that's when finally my car was inspected and parts were ordered. After 2 weeks my car was finally completed. Upon picking it up I was being charged $1,000 deductible when I clearly signed a paper for Cory stating $500. I asked him why he said because that's your insurance policy! I told him to verify that $1,000 turns out it was $500 after 30 minutes of standing around I finally got my car this entire situation was handled so carelessly it was very frustrating! Been here a few times unfortunately, but never again. Brought my son's truck in after an accident. After they fixed it the hood flew open while my son was driving to school. Luckily when he braked the hood slammed shut. What we wouldn't know until a few weeks later, was that the shop had left an empty cardboard tape toll right on top of the hood latch. This is why it flew open and when it slammed shut it jammed in the latch, breaking the mechanism. Called the shop and they denied ever opening the hood. So they're not only careless and unsafe, they're liars too. Don't go here unless you don't value your kids lives. read more

I took my 2005 Honda Pilot here because of a claim of attempted theft. They only had to fix the driver's side door. They called me to pick up my vehicle, and it wouldn't start. They told me my car wouldn't start when I left it with them, which is a lie. I drove my car to Caliver Collision. Apart from this, I had to contact my insurance and then took it back to them. When I picked it up, to my surprise, my seats had been replaced with old and broken ones. I complained and spoke to Antony, the manager, but they refused to explain what happened. In conclusion, if you take your car to this workshop, take photos of the interior and exterior because if your car is old and the parts are no longer sold, someone who works there will steal the good parts and replace them with old ones. Thank you to Anthony and Garrett for the awesome job you did repairing my BMW X5 and for more importantly "restoring the rhythm of my life"! The work was done in such a professional manner from the time I made the initial appointment, to when I picked it up. I'm very happy. My vehicle was repaired and looks new again. Also and most importantly, when I dropped off the rental car, unbeknownst to me, the driver side mirror had popped off alignment. It was still in place, but somehow the rental car agent narrowed in on this. I believe they rented me this car with the mirror casing in this condition, as there was no other damage to the mirror. No dent, nor scratches. So I called Anthony at Calbur and he came to the rescue, With tools in his pocket, he was able to repair that rental car as well, by popping it back in. So Enterprise did NOT charge me for the side mirror!!! Anthony also drove me to pick up the rental car and drove me back from Enterprise to Calibur. Wow!!! The Canyon Country location was nearest to me so I asked if I could take my car there for repairs. Anthony, the manager, agreed and we brought the car in. I was hit by someone who asked if they could pay out of pocket as opposed to going through insurance. I initially came here because this Caliber location was referred to me by someone I trust. Upon my first visit, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism. Anthony took care of my estimate the first time I went and took the time to explain to me how it would work for out-of-pocket versus insurance. I was so grateful for this advice. I was at the start of this long journey and didn't know anything about this stuff. His advice helped me to have a solid ground to stand on as I went around town getting more estimates and eventually spoke to insurance company of the person who hit me. They informed me that Caliber was one of their approved repair shops. After about a month of talking to insurance and various repair shops, I decided to get a check instead of go through with the repairs at this time. I had to take it back to Caliber one more time to have a non-out-of-pocket estimate (since pricing is different). State Farm handled all of the hard stuff and told me Caliber would reach out or I could call. I called as soon as we hung up. Edgar at Caliber already had my paperwork and was quick to schedule me in for my second estimate. While I was gathering my things to exit the car, Edgar was already on his way to greet me and start the estimate. When I went inside to wait, I also met Lindsay and Garrett. They were both kind, friendly, and professional. While I won't be getting repairs done on my car this time around, I will be coming back here if I have any repairs that need to be done in the future. Taking my car to Caliber Collision on Sierra Highway was the biggest mistake I made. My minivan was hit on the freeway, and the person who hit me was insured through StateFarm. Caliber Collision is a "Select Service" shop for StateFarm, so I took the car there. Despite only having cosmetic damage, they wrote my car off as a total loss. I elected to retain the vehicle as a salvage title, and that's where the trouble began. First, they refused to let me take back the car unless I paid for the teardown of the vehicle they performed (I never requested this, they claimed it was necessary to determine repair costs). I paid the money to get the vehicle back, as I naively trusted them. I had it towed to another shop, and upon getting there, the mechanic noticed that they failed to give me back a number of parts - including the entire interior door panels. I had to drive back to get them. When I picked them up, I verified with them that they were sure that they didn't have any more of my parts - they said they didn't. The next week, my new mechanic told me that I was still missing a small window and some trim. I called them back, and they managed to find my window, but claimed not to have the trim. Only after threatening to file a complaint did they attempt to search for the trim, and lo and behold, they did have it! I finally picked up the rest of my car, and hopefully that will be the last time I set foot there. In addition to the incompetence of losing my parts, they also double-charged me and StateFarm for the teardown. I called StateFarm and they confirmed that they always pay for the teardown - a direct contradiction to what Caliber told me. I believe Caliber Collision was attempting to take advantage at me at a vulnerable time of trying to get my family's car repaired, and assumed they could get double the money by charging me and insurance. I ended up getting my car completely repaired at After Hours for just over half the price of what Caliber Collision quoted me. However, that is a far smaller concern than a business that takes fraudulent advantage of its customers, and is so poorly organized that they are unable to keep track of customers' belongings. read more
