Bring your car her if you want to deal with 2 year olds that don't know how to use a phone nor leave a voice mail. Went through the whole process of scheduling an appointment to drop car off 6 days in the future, which includes providing my year, make and model. No communication from these clowns until I walk in to drop the car off and they tell me they don't work on BMWs. Imagine that, a collision center that doesn't work on cars. Probably saved me a ton of grief to go elsewhere if these guys don't know how to communicate properly. Thanks Edgar for wasting my time bro. read more

Ok first off, I would like to say that Caliber did well with the repairs on my vehicle and I'm very happy with how it turned out. The reason for only 3 stars has more to do with customer service and ultimately feeling like I was put in a very uncomfortable situation. So let me explain... I was referred to Caliber through my insurance, Mercury, for two separate claims/repairs that happened back to back. Again, the repairs were done very well and they kept me updated and informed the entire time, which I really appreciate. Generally speaking, everyone was very nice and provided good customer service. The problem came when I picked up my vehicle after the repairs were finished... On my way home, I noticed there were dirty finger prints and marks all over the ceiling of my vehicle from the repairman touching it with his hands (repairs were done to my roof). The vehicle was supposedly inspected before I picked it up but clearly they didn't check the interior. So I was a little frustrated because I would have to go back. When I contacted them, they apologized and said they would take care of it and give me a gift card for the inconvenience. Honestly, I value my time more than a gift card, but appreciated the gesture. What I really didn't like is that they asked me to give them perfect scores on their survey and specifically to answer "no" to the question about if I had to go back for any reason and that I do that BEFORE the finger prints were taken care of. I opted to wait until they did so. The following week when I took my vehicle back to get the interior cleaned, the manager came out and again apologized for the inconvenience as they were cleaning it. He did not have a gift card for me, which was fine, and offered instead to fill up my gas tank, which I appreciated. However, while I was there, he emphasized at least two more times for me to give them a good review on their survey and answer "no" to the question about returning because "it causes a lot of problems for Grace," and "it's such a minor problem." Ultimately, he indicated if I couldn't do that then it would be best I didn't complete the survey at all. So I decided not to because I'm not going to lie. My biggest problem with this is that they made it MY responsibility, THE CUSTOMER, to ensure that they did not receive any punitive outcome from their mistake. Honestly, if they had just taken care of the problem and not asked me to lie on the survey, I probably still would have given them 5 stars. When you ask a customer to give you a review, don't pressure them into giving you a specific score or specific answers. That's not the purpose of a review in the first place. Just take responsibility for your mistakes and allow people to give their honest review. read more

WOW! I just bought a new/used car and noticed the bumper cover was slightly mis-aligned. I stopped by Caliber Collision in Canyon Country (Sierra Hwy) just to get an estimate. The General Mgr, Anthony Trejo, walked out to my car with a trim tool in hand and inspected and proceeded to fix a lazy mistake made by the previous body technician (from a different business). To my surprise, he would not charge me and denied my offer to buy him lunch. Needless to say, he just earned any future business from me and anybody I can tell. Unbelievable. If I tell you what happened today....you will be skeptical. You will think surely I know someone at this bodyshop or that something mutual ushered the amazing level of service I was given. However, I never visited this bodyshop or knew anyone before and technically not after. However, one thing is certain.... Caliber Collision on Sierra Hwy is the only place you can trust. Here's the backstory- I was driving on my way to get my rear windshield wiper corrected because the body shop that fixed it after my accident somehow screwed up the direction of the wiper... Long story short...after a few wrong stops thinking I found it I landed at Caliber Collision. Something inside me said just ask if they can fix it? After all it was something so minor which is why I was so annoyed by the individual I worked with before. So I asked and an absolutely delightful gentleman by the name of Anthony Trejo!!!!!! The General Manager... stepped forward and was ready to help. The entire 1-2 minutes it took him to fix my problem I was struck with shock. Thats all it took? And think about it would you? Anthony had nothing to gain by helping me. - i was a random guy off the street.....and he had stacks of files on his desk but he saw someone in need and took it upon himself. What a gentleman! What a great asset to Canyon Country. I got to say how good it felt knowing that if anything happens again... I took my vehicle to Caliber collision recommended by the other parties, insurance company, State Farm. The other party rear ended me and put a hole in my bumper. Caliber Collision told me that they were going to replace the bumper. Turns out they didn't replace the bumper. They repaired it after discussing it with the insurance company and didn't inform me before making the repairs I would've objected and taken my car to someone else who would replace it. I don't give bad reviews but I trusted them and they betrayed my Trust. I'm highly disappointed. read more

I was in a car accident just 5 months after purchasing my 2023 subaru. I went to Caliber for the repairs and I couldn't be happier. The customer service was amazing, from the first day I received cute little update texts to keep me informed on the progress of my repairs. And my car was done a whole week early!! When I arrived to pick up I was so impressed to see the level of care and attention my car received. Every detail of the repair was perfect and the staff was amazing. My car was fully detailed inside and out and looked incredible. Just like I was taking it off the Subaru lot the very first day. I even noticed a scuff from a totally different issue that Caliber had no responsibility for and the gentlemen working immediately grabbed the supplies and got it out for me just out of kindness. I also asked for help with a small dent on my door, and they were extremely honest about better repair options and pricing. Truly looking out for the customer and their best interest. Told by Ameriprise that I should use this business. Would not give a copy of the estimate to repair my truck. Was told by Ameriprise that it might take weeks to get check issued. Caliber Collisions would take my truck for repair but would hold it for payment until check appeared from Ameriprise. They would not even let me pay out of pocket for the repairs. Told me they would not endorse the check to me after I would pay out of pocket. I have heard disturbing things about Ameriprise and Caliber Collision. I think that having Ameriprise is like not having insurance at all. I would not do business with either company. In the process of finding a new insurance company too. Under California law you can take your vehicle anywhere to be repaired. No insurance company can tell you where to have it repaired. I suspect that some positive reviews here are planted. read more

Caliber collision is awesome! They took care of my mother in laws car in such a fast and professional manner. We had a little unfortunate accident with the plastics under the front bumper melting which caused some minor damage to another part underneath the front bumper area. They had the part ordered right away and when she left her car she received it back the same day and it looked as if nothing ever happened. I've dealt with a good number of auto body repair shops, most of them not good. Wasn't sure what to expect from this place when the insurance company recommended it... The staff were very professional and helpful. They set me up with the rental car people, who picked me up at the shop. When the car was finished Caliber took care of returning my rental, zero hassle. Repair time was faster than originally quoted, they sent me updates every day, and kept me informed when the insurance company would no longer cover the rental, and offered help if I couldn't come get the car before the weekend, which I ended up not needing. Expert repair job; paint matches perfect, can't even remotely tell where the damage was. A+, would use again (though hopefully I'll never need to). read more

On August 19 I was involved in a slight fender bender that involved another vehicle. I immediately contacted my insurance and began the claim process. At that time I was referred to Caliber Collision in Canyon Country by my claims adjuster. He stated that he had worked them in the past.
