Caliber Collision truly has a way of turning one of life's most unfortunate events into a surprisingly positive experience. They've been at the top of AAA's recommended list in the area for as long as I can remember, and ever since we moved to the area over 25 years ago, they've always been our go-to collision center. The last time I needed them was about 10 years ago when I got rear-ended (and a couple of car accidents my family had) and after recently becoming the victim of a hit-and-run accident, I found myself back again. (Thankfully, AAA eventually tracked down the driver and their insurance.) From the moment I called to schedule my appointment until the day I picked up my car, I was greeted by Stephanie's cheerful personality and genuine kindness. She instantly made a stressful situation feel a little less overwhelming. My advisor, James, was exceptional. He was professional, communicative, and kept me updated every step of the way through estimates, emails, texts, and progress reports. I was initially told the repairs would take about eight business days, but knowing I had a trip coming up, James somehow worked his magic and had everything completed in just five business days. That level of customer care did not go unnoticed! When I picked up my car, James happened to be off that day, but Carlos took great care of me. During the final walk-through, he noticed a small water spot left from the car wash, grabbed some wipes from the office, and cleaned it himself before handing over the keys. He carefully walked me through the repaired areas and reminded me that Caliber stands behind their work with a lifetime warranty. It's those little details that speak volumes about the pride they take in their work. While getting hit by someone who decided not to stick around was definitely not on my bingo card, Caliber Collision reminded me that there are still honest, compassionate, and trustworthy people out there. My heart still races a little when I think about the accident, but I'm incredibly grateful for a team that not only repaired my car beautifully but also treated me with empathy and genuine care during a stressful time. Unfortunately I recently had an accident and AAA sent me here to get an estimate for my damages. They were able to take me for an appointment the next day. I took my car and dropped it off. Don was friendly and quick with getting me set up. They had to take the car apart, so he couldn't give me an estimate right away. I got a yelp account just to do this. My car was hit during a hit and run. This shop is amazing. I have state farm insurance so Carlos helped me out. I needed the car in very few days in order to go home back from college. they fixed the car in under a week. amazing quality fix, they even cleaned my car out and buckled in my stuffy. I stopped by Caliber Collision Valencia today hoping to get a simple estimate. What I didn't expect was a front-desk experience that could win an award-- specifically "Most Uninterested Reception of the Year." The receptionist--blue eyes, long straight hair--greeted me with the kind of enthusiasm you usually reserve for spam emails. Questions were answered with sighs, eye rolls, and a level of coldness that made me wonder if the AC was set too low or she just really didn't want to be there. It's amazing how a 30-second interaction can make a customer think, "Yep, time to go somewhere else." If you're looking for a place where you feel welcomed, respected, or at least acknowledged as a human being-- you may want to explore other shops in the area. Great repair work means nothing if the first impression at the front desk makes you want to turn around immediately. Caliber, you might want to check your reception. First impressions matter. We have used this Caliber Collision in the past and needed to have the rear panel on our CRV evaluated. It had popped out and we were not sure if someone hit the car. I'm extremely dissatisfied with service here. The area isn't the cleanest, there's no coffee/tea for those who wait and the waiting can take longer than what they estimate. There are several items they missed or didn't fix properly despite having the car for over a week. After I informed them of the need for repairs, they miscommunicated the time frame in which I had to be there. The ONLY detailing person they have is only there briefly on the weekdays and the shop's closed on weekends. They contract with no one else. It's a foolish business decision. Not only do they charge high prices but they also failed to fix everything correctly the first time and the lazy communications led to further delays. I only choose this b/c of my insurance and it was the closest shop. However, I don't recommend it at all. read more

They cater to and for Insurance companies. That's their business . A walk in estimate is much higher than other body shops. Repairs on older cars much likelier to be deemed a total loss. They make the repair easy "for your convenience". Decided not to use this repair facility as I have an older car. Courteous and friendly. Someones more important to their revenue model and it isn't you. Caveat Emptor. read more

My AAA insurance recommended bringing my AUDI to Caliber as they are a certified AUDI repair shop. Don provided the estimate and kept me well informed and updated throughout the whole process. I was not able to pick up my car when they called on Friday afternoon letting me know it was ready. Don offered to meet me at the shop Saturday morning even though they are closed so that I didn't have to wait until Monday. Workmanship looks really good and has a warranty so if I have any issues I can bring it back to them. read more

After having a minor accident with my 2022 Volkswagen ID4 with a speeding car trying to pass me in a parking lot. I looked for a certified VW collision repair facility. Didn't have to look far, Caliber fit my requirements here in Santa Clarita. As promised, they kept me updated with emails advising the status of repairs. Since they were certified with VW I felt there would be no problem in getting the necessary OEM parts quickly. I was right as my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up in 14 days.
